My hubby and I are very happy with our new Lennar home. Everyone that we worked with were professional and responsive to our needs. Overall it was a great experience.

Apart from minor issues everything else is good

Lennar is very responsive prior to closing, after closing I have discovered many issues with the house and the response has been slow. The quality and workmanship is not the best and the HOA management company, employed and controlled by Lennar, is very picky and intrusive.

From the sales staff, financing, service professionals, and beyond, a 10 star experience! Easy to work with, very responsive to questions. Follow up service after purchase is also 10 star! I would not hesitate to purchase a Lennar home again!

Good quality and great customer service

Lennar personnel promised to resolve quality/warranty issue within 30 days of closing on our house on 30 September 2019. After delays, and in some cases, multiple attempts by Lennar appointed technicians, we still have lingering issues with exterior doors. We also submitted a Lennar warranty ticket on a cracked countertop in our master bathroom that still is not resolved. The exterior doors have had added added in various places around each door that look terrible and have not solved the door sealing issues. Initial purchase process was smoother, design and options selection were easy to go through with sales person, construction manager was less responsive during the build, many issues found at final inspection and during final move-in. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Construction was ok, found many issues after 3 months period. Builder promised many items and delivered accordingly. For example, Amazon products give away. Ring, echo dot etc. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? Always do proper research about builder and quality of products they are using. Ask questions and expect details. This will be worthwhile after closing. ... More

We recently purchased a home with Lennar. We first were not sure about the builder because they were new to the area. Once we did some research and compared to other builders we chose Lennar. We are happy we did! The staff was great to work with and we feel we got a Quality built home in our price range that is built to last! Included options with quality products makes the new home purchase easy! Don’t waste hours and money going through unlimited options offered by other builders that ultimately push you over your budget just to get the basics, just choose Lennar!

We bought a Model from Lennar. Everything in the Model were purchased in the home buying. Only wished more time was given during the walk thru (2 hours) to discuss items in the Model requiring fix or touch-up. The only statement we were given was we bought the Model in an "AS IS CONDITION". We were sadden that Lennar sells a new home in an As Is Condition. Inasmuch, we were still excited to live in a Smart Home. Wished the builder would have provided additional Smart Devices instead of receiving just the minimum to get the home started.

Shoddy craftsmanship all over. Trying to get the house is built and sold for the bottom line and not really caring about the finished product.

The value of Lennar is great. We have had a few issues which have been resolved quickly. The sales team is great. Viet was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the process of our build w pics.

The finish work is not that great and when you in your work order and they come out to fix their mistakes they make it worse and so you just end up giving up. Most of them do not speak English so you can't communicate with them.

I guess you get what you pay for.

I love the floor plan, lot size and value I received for my money.

Poor customer service, errors on financial Documents even after correcting them multiple times, worse home buying experience ever

New is not always better. I have purchased several homes in my life time being prior military. This last purchased property is questionable.

The Everything Included is great and made buys home much easier.

Lennar is the home for anyone who is happy with the exact model presented. During the purchasing process some inquiries or requests were received with a 'No' Sorry. Lennar also put a limit on a reward card presented at the time we closed on the purchased, when ready to use Lennar had pulled the funds back, so missed out. Be careful of any promotions or giveaways. The Construction Manager has been wonderful and quick to respond on some mirror issues.

The builder's team where great all around.

My home included a lot of stuff that in other communities are expensive upgrades. Very happy with my new home.

Lennar was fairly decent to purchase a home with.

I'm having issues with my vynal siding and can't get a call back to get the issue fixed. I'm also having draining issues I can't get a call back to fix.

My experience with Lennar has been a positive one. Home completed ahead of schedule. Only issue I had was anticipated early close date went beyond mortgage lock expiration but Lennar picked up fee for that.

Couldn’t be happier with our neighbors but be very careful and cautious when dealing with Lennar. Have your “I’d” dotted and “t’s” crosses with EVERYTHING!! Make sure to get it in writing because they will change their stories in everything that they verbalize to you

Overall I am pleased with my new home. We have had some issues that have been addressed extremely fast so no complaints there. My one issue I do have is the quality of the products used. For example; the paint, appliances, sink fixtures, construction materials in general are “cheaper than I expected. A lot of the “quality” was exposed after closing unfortunately.
