Really do your research. Do a very thorough walk through and Che k every little thing. Everything! And do not sign until it is all done properly. No promises! Repairs first.

New house and the driveway is already cracked. I was told nothing could be done, I've turned in the same problems three times now and they're still not fixed with no follow up. The workman ship is shoddy. There are hidden design flaws that you people have refused to take care of; All in all I would not recommend Lennar Homes to anyone.

Was left with dead SOD, every day I discover a new issue with the house. When I moved my stove there was a huge hole on the wall which I’m sure allows for uninvited guest (bugs) to make their way into the house. When we contact them for issues they don’t respond in a timely manner

Maybe someday my house will be finished !

Very poor quality workmanship. Built 5 homes and this is by far the worst one. Exterior painting not finished, house was dirty, electrical boxes installed with drywall screws, live wires not capped off, cracked concrete garage floor and entryway not repaired, drywall mud on woodwork and painted over, water leaking in garage. I could go on but this should give you a good idea of what to expect.

Worst home buying experience ever

I had problems from start to finish. Wrong information provided more than once during sales process. During the closing I walked who told me the closing was today. During walkthroughs before closing the repairs printed out more than half of them were not fixed. I did them myself. The construction was of poor quality and messy. I found cut wires that I had to repair. The paint overspray I took care of. Due to Lennars late delivery it looks like everything was rushed in order for them to make up the time. This is my first and last Lennar home.

Will never buy from Lennar again

I have two investment homes with Lennar and both times I closed was a disaster, unprofessional, shoddy workmanship and forced to close even though there were so many outstanding deficiencies, unacceptable. Was on track to purchase 4 more investment properties, it will not be with Lennar.

Lennare has repeatedly dropped the ball. They have not done anything that told us they would do when we bought. We closed in good faith, because they agreed to to fix avery long list of problems with our home. They have made excusses, take short cuts, tried to misslead us. Overall I have no trust or confidence that they do business with honor. I would never recomend them to anyone!

From start to now my whole experience was horrible with Lennar. Still having issues. They sold me a house without making the proper drainage. Even the site work is not done yet. The house is falling a part. Will Never ever buy from them and recommend to keep away from this company. The problems never end. After the closing almost every day we are having a fixing job.for example I’m expecting another crew today...! Ridiculous..!

Home was promised in March. It was not delivered unitl the end of May. At the end of the quarter ( so it would look good on financials). A week prior to closing, we completed the home walk with lennar rep. 3 full pages of damaged items, inop equipment, broken tub and tile. Day of closing (7 days later) nothing was done. Some Repairs were done but here we are 8 months later, im still waiting for the last 4 items to be completed. NO SENSE OF URGENCY SINCE THEY ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY!

Poor workmanship, over-promised and under-delivered. Needs to slow down the build process and monitor progress at all stages. Quality issues range from driveway, framing, drywall, paint, flooring, electrical, and air conditioning.

PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BUY LENNAR!!!First off Lennar baits customers in and ever so slightly switches what the customer paid for. We paid a lot more for a premium lot. We were told by our sale person that nothing or no one would build or construct behind us. We came home and found the area behind us staked off for a walking trail. There went our privacy right out the window. Do you think Lennar was professional enough to ever let us know anything about it? Now Lennar is saying that they knew nothing about the walking trail and that we have to direct our concerns to the city and the ...

I never take these surveys but always will for Lennar. Out experience has been atrociously poor. 1 star is not a low enough rating. Ridiculous amount of issues with house and horrible customer service.

Lennar cuts every corner and does not honor its warranty. They are unresponsive, rude and do not do proper repairs.

Lennar not the way it use to be

We bought 2 Lennar homes in the past. We had no real issues with them. This home in Verona Manor has been a headache for us, from broken appliances to water leakage. The response time on getting things fixed is the worst I have ever experienced. I would have love to have given Lennar a great review, but I feel that to make a company great you need to know what your workers are doing and that can hurt a reputation that Lennar held for so long.

The materials used are cheap. The craftsmanship put in to the home is cheap. There’s so many peoples and the customer service line refuses to fix them. Always finding a loophole. My first review was denied. Concrete is crumbling. Grout is crumbling. The home is 6 months old.
