I love the community I love in here at Stonehaven. The homes are beautiful and the home buying process was made less stressful because of caring sales staff. The homes have great stylish modern features and both there town and singles are fairly spacious. Great location for shopping in all. I love my new home. Thanks Lennar!

Warranty work not completed or completed satisfactory. Multiple mistakes found throughout the home. Yard left in unacceptable conditions, not safe for children. Serious electrical issues not address in home despite notification to company.

Lennar should be embarrassed to close on a home in this poor condition. There is no quality control. From door knobs falling off to plumbing fixtures detaching. The list is long. I feel they threw my home together and they are taking their sweet time fixing all the problems. I do not recommend nor will I ever buy a Lennar.

The houses should have gutters on the sides of them..... The houses are built so close together that when it rains the water runs off of both roofs so hard and so fast that the water cannot drain into the ground fast enough and it creates a big mud pit between the two houses. They want to charge me $800 for each side of my brand new house to put in a drain and regrade the ground to fix the drainage problem. Why should I have to pay to regrading the ground or to install a drain on a brand new home.

There are several things wrong. My home flooded within 24 hours of moving in, due to Brandon *Building Site Manager* not properly installing a whose on my washer. Ultimately causing 3-areas of my home to have water damage, mold/mildew and wet carpet. Took the builder 3-months to rectify the problem through warranty department. Builder was not flexible with home owners. Builder insisted the homeowner take off work for repairs instead of working around homeowners schedule. Lennar made a lot of written (via email) promises and never kept them. Horrible Experience. I will never recommend Lennar to anyone looking forward to purchasing a home. The team for Lennar are awesome, but the quality, design, and contractors used are lacking. Contractors are sloppy and leaves trash throughout site and neighborhood, design was not up to my expectations, plenty of room but lacked drawers in bathroom and linen closet.

Lennar prides themselves as a production home builder to a point where their approach to a home is to build as many homes with the minimal quality and maximum profit that they can get away with legally. Where the buyer and/or potential home owner is simply writing the checks - without input and concern. They set closing dates for acceptance and turnover before the work is complete and/or inspected. They leave behind many conditions of Non-Conforming work like dead trees, code violations, grading problems and leaking roofs / insect infiltration to name just a few. There is nothing in their delivery model where they allow disclosure of their home package - inside and outside or where you can provide your expectations for your new home. You take it or you leave it! Buyer beware in any Lennar community if you value quality, partnership at a fair price. That does NOT exist with anyone at Lennar and their business culture of delivering a good product! ... More

Conscientious, responsive, and not pushy.

I love the floor plan for my home but the customer service after I moved into my home has been horrendous!! I've not seen nor heard from the person who walked me through my home since he asked for a five star rating while delivering 1 star service. They've not followed up to get all the items from the original list nor address the ones I've added since the move. The quality of the flooring and cabinets is not worth the money charged! Most of the workmanship and material are decent quality but not to the standards expected at this price point. The most offensive actions is the decision to change the size and value of the homes in the community. This decision has a great impact on my investment and the overall look of the community. I would not have purchased my home in this neighborhood had I known that this switch was coming. ... More

We had a leak in our house during the first rainstorm due to a broken fan on the roof. Lennar quickly fixed the fan, but we had to escalate our grievances to get the interior damage fixed. It took 4 months and 3 contractors. I think they are expanding too fast and can't maintain the quality of customer care once they have sold you your home. We love our house, but I dread anytime I need to seek help fixing a construction issue, including a leaking exterior door.

Working with Lennar was very easy. Hebert sat us down and discussed all of our options. More importantly, what he said was going to be the final numbers, were indeed the final numbers! No surprises. No gimmicks or add-ons. Once in our new home we had a couple of small issues; light socket short circuit; garage door not closing; missing shelf. But once we put in a service request, I have to say they came and provided fixes to all of the things in the request. I was skeptical. . . VERY skeptical that we wouldn't have any problems but we have not yet. It's been GREAT!!

Know what you want in a home. Buy your own flooring.

Beginning with so much promises and still waiting for them to be fulfilled. So much stuff that is not done ✅ correctly done without care nor Quality there’s some stuff so bad that are already falling apart and we haven’t even being in the home for 5 months, starting from bad finishing job on cabinets, walls with horrible cracks, caulking and pain horribly done throughout the home, ships in shower bath floor. There’s lots of things that could being done right the first time before is given to the homeowner and run a right and good inspection, so Quality of products and workmanship they use is horrible very poor, inexperience who do not care about providing decent quality or good quality; horrible job in lots of stuff that every homeowner expects to be good quality. Builder claims top Quality, best and biggest throughout the US, but after this they prove otherwise very poor customer service, horrible materials and workmanship “very poor quality, ” Home not turn in or given to standard. ... I have had to have a bunch of stuff fixed or replaced since I moved in. They build these houses at a pretty good clip but a one year warranty should give all homeowners plenty of time to have any issues addressed. But Lennar is very responsive to these issues and they do follow-up in a timely matter. I hope all of the Construction Managers working at Lennar are as good as the one I had the good luck to be associated with. Andre is impeccable, friendly and knowledgeable. My customer care person also has done a good job. I do not regret my decision to purchase a Lennar home.

Lennar has not lived up to the standards promised with upkeep in the community. They were very happy to take money for the creation of an HOA, but there are no actualized benefits (i.e. common area upkeep, community monument), and so the community looks 'cheap' compared to those in the neighborhood. There are pros and cons to buying a cookie-cutter home, and just make sure that you are aware before committing your savings!

Getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth. Never hear from anyone and close out tickets without following up to make sure the repairs were completed
