The entire purchasing process was professionally handled with excellent communication. My questions were answered promptly and respectfully. Lennar is a large builder and I assumed the purchase process would be a corporate transactional atmosphere, but I was wrong.....it was a human centered service approach. Thank you Lennar team.

Very happy with purchase. Few warranty items handled quickly by Mr Bell. As usual sales person pretty much discontinued responding after closing. The home was very poorly cleaned, especially the tile floors. We’ve spent hours cleaning and scraping junk off the tile. Do note that there are no ceiling light fixtures (at least in our unit) so consider you may have to add them. Overall very happy, but wish the cleaning was acceptable and you’d think they might put some sort of welcome letter or welcome kit in the home before you take possession. Great value however.

My biggest problem was the LACK of options. Stanley Martin built my townhouse and I had a plethora of options. Harmon Kardon in wall speakers, complete home surge, ceiling fan connections, gourmet kitchen options, Ethernet outlets etc. I got the option for a patio and the Ethernet that’s really it. Couldn’t pick our flooring/carpet either. It was suggested that I get a pre dry wall Inspection …I did and they found a lot. Also we were told we would get a fence….and no fence.

I’m very disappointed in the quality of workmanship of my house inside and outside. I will have a hard time recommending a Lennar home to anyone. However I will see how The Lennar team will resolve the issues that I have. If so I will change my review.

Be proactive during the walk through and final steps prior to closing. Issues during the final walk through were resolved but not without additional personal intervention. HOA is EXTREMELY slow to respond to requests.

Rocío our realtor was amazing and very professional, Carlissa was walked Nice on helping us navigate the loan process and made is fill at esse. The person who showed us the house was patience with us as we walked through it, he was very kind and professional too. Valerie, the agent she was extremely good in how she handled our request and helped to make the whole process a joyful journey! Thank you team, You all rock! Many blessings for each pne of you!

I will let my friends and families to buy house from Lennar but one thing is the closing cost is pretty high. It would have better to lower the cost to help buyers to buy house from Lennar

Issue elevated regarding outside AC unit fully block access to the side of the house and not matching blue prints which shows AC in the back of the house. Issue was not resolved and representatives seem to not care about me being unable to bring lawnmower or similar equipment to maintain the side yard.

So far I would have to say the house is ok - the workmanship and materials are definitely NOT the best whatsoever. When you move into a new construction you would think all the electrical would be working, perhaps there wouldn't be holes in the tilework in the bathroom shower area, or let's say the construction workers would have cleaned up after themselves instead of leaving all their crap in the garage or perhaps having better access to the people who can help with the issues would be novel... the frustration adds up quickly.

We found the Lennar staff very easy to work with. Always responsive with questions and concerns. I think my only disappointment has been "builder grade" everything from the floor coverings to appliance package. But, for the great price we paid for the home I guess that is to be expected. We practically begged to install our own carpet but that was not happening. I do wish there were some options to upgrade but that doesn't seem to be how Lennar operates. Overall we are very happy with our home!

Purchasing a house at the preserve was one of the best decisions I ever made is a great house on a great location. The house quality is fantastic and I’m very happy with what I purchased.

Overall the experience was a good one. I would definitely recommend Lennar to family and friends.

The bottom line is that if other buyers had been offering homes similar to the Next-Gen model that Lennar was constructing, I would have easily chosen a competitor. My experience with loan officer Jodie was disappointing; she lacked a customer-friendly approach and often communicated with an unhelpful attitude. As a first-time homebuyer, I needed guidance, but she failed to take the time to explain the necessary documents. My realtor had to repeatedly reach out to her for clarification on my behalf, which made me feel like an inconvenience. Instead of addressing my concerns, Jodie simply canceled my loan with Lennar, despite my full qualification, prompting me to seek financing from an outside lender, where I had a significantly better experience. On a positive note, Rebecca stood out as a refreshing contrast within Lennar; her professionalism and exceptional customer service were commendable. If Lennar had more employees like her, customer experiences would undoubtedly improve. As it stands, I will never consider purchasing another home from Lennar. ... More
