Overall satisfaction of the home is good the overall satisfaction of the construction going in around the home is terrible. I understand the consequences of living in an area with construction but didn’t realize it would be like living in a war zone. They take little to no pride in keeping the work areas and surrounding lots clean.

The sales team and the builder were amazing. I have had very terrible experience with customer service. My doorbell stopped working and it took 2 months before I could get it fixed. I have outstanding repair work, and I have had 2 no call no shows and last time a Manager actually stopped by and promised things will be resolved quickly. I have not heard anything. Part of my door was broken before moving in. It is still broken and no one has come to fix it. Overall, the customer service team are unreliable and don't particularly care about the customer. Buyer beware that the repair process after you own is not very good. Simple items take a while to correct. Often the customer care team communicates a repair date as a completed work, when actually nothing has been done and it may take several more weeks to resolve. My advice is get it all 100% prior to close and do a complete and through inspection to minimize issues. Don’t accept the sales line that it will all be completed, that will just lead to frustration on your part.

From the first contact with Stephanie at the sales office to the final walk though with Maurice the experience was excellent. I have built homes in the past and this was the best experience yet.

Excellent experience all around!

The builders completely missed our change request order, had we not found it ourselves by driving by, it would have not been caught u til too late. This happened twice during the build. And don’t even think about trying to use their financing company, most unprofessional and joke of a lending company

The process was easy and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. And we love our house!!! Great experience through and through.

Lennar did not deliver.

I have been pleased with my home purchase from Lennar. I have also been very happy with the customer service department and their prompt response at resolving any issues I have had.

Get everything Lennar promises to you in writing.

Cheap materials and sloppy work done by all contracted vendors. Lots of rework and projects to be done by Lennar after move in.we had to each take so much time off of work well into two months to accommodate for things that should have been done. Not exactly turn key experience we had hoped for. Might as well have flipped an older home, saved money and had more space between homes. For the money paid, one would expect better quality work.

Love the craftsmanship and the friendly peoplw

Shortly after our youngest graduated, we were already building our new ranch+full basement just two miles away. I cannot say enough good things about The Lennar sales and construction teams. They were accessible, responsive, knowledgeable and dependable. We really love the house and how well the design fits our lifestyle.

Difficult to contact to resolve issues. Poor landscaping prior to moving in, was told it would get fixed however, I have been waiting 3-4 months for new sod I was promised.

I was promised during my walk through that the huge hill of mud beside my home would be removed. It is also being used as a trash dump. Been over 4 months now and absolutely nothing has been done about it. If you drive down the alley behind Caite ridge road you can’t miss it under the power line. I guess since all homes on that street are sold it no longer matters.

Beautiful home no issues at all

Everything went ahead of schedule and Ed our builder was very easy to work with. Eagle mortgage now was a terrible experience

The quality of the home is very good and any issues are typically addressed quickly. There is an issue with the vinyl material used on the floors as it keeps chipping. I am currently negotiating with them to replace the floor with a higher quality material. I am confident there will be a positive outcome.

Home is beautiful and workmanship excellent. Home was constructed with excellent materials and finished on time as promised. Highly satisfied with the home and location. Agents recommendation for home were highly valued and results were as promised.

Interior doors are not the best quality. Garage door is thin no insulation. Garage needs to be insulated. To few electrical outlets in garage. Trades need to talk to one another( paint on hinges on doors, nails coming through door trim and being covered up, floor grout not finished up )

This is our 3rd New Lennar Home. We have had one in Plano, TX, Houston, TX, and now, Cross Roads, TX. Each one was built with quality and attention to detail. Our total experience from the first viewing of the home with the Lennar Sales Rep, to the finance officer, through the closing, and the move in were all totally outstanding.
