Communication and response time is horrible for any warranty work needed. We were promised several things from first warranty guy then he was switched to different property and new guy has no idea about anything. Wait time to get items addressed and taken care of is ridiculous. We have asked to speak with supervisor verbally, through text, and via emails. No response on that yet either.

The home we bought from Lennar is perfect for us to downsize into. The floor plan is perfect for empty nesters. Lennar did provide a lot of extras for the price of the house. For the most part Lennar has responded to issues we have. One area that we have been ignored on is the grading in the back of the house. I feel there is a low area that needs attention but have not been able to get them to respond even after sending pictures of ponding. Nail popping on the walls is not considered a warranty item. I do wish builders would use screws to install sheetrock inside the house to avoid the issue of nails popping out in the walls. I believe most builders take the same approach. This is the 2nd home we have purchased from Lennar. We have had a quick response from Lennar when we had a problem and although they were minor they were taken care of in a timely fashion. I would rate them as the most reliable builder in our area.

The Lennar staff worked really hard to make sure we we’re able to buy our new home in the preserve for that we will be forever grateful

Lennar has been extremely responsive and helpful when I have contacted them.

The quality of homes are great but of course there is always some details that need to take care and the person in charge is not good like the person we have before (Jose)

Very nice home the problem my family had was after they were done building they left a slope of dirt and an uneven backyard so we have to pay to get the whole backyard leveled they failed to say that we wouldn’t have a backyard and that it’s an additional $3,000 to level it that is the cheapest we have found. So just keep that in mind.

We have had a great first few months in our new home and lennar has be amazing with anything!

My first time homebuying experience has been harrowing. It had taken four months for my driveway and walkway to be laid, and I'm still waiting on the landscaping. I get most of the process is weather contingent, but I've seen other homes around me completed and the owner have yet to move in. It has been an inconvenience having to park on the street with limited parking. I love my home, but the process has been exhausting.

To explain clearly when you upgrade to granite that it is not sealed and may get stained and for the warranty managers within the first 6 to 3 days should just let you know not lead you on that it would be done by the granite company. But I do have to say that Dennis one of the construction managers was definitely one that followed through with every request. And Michael definitely tried to do the best that he was able to do our sales consultant Nicole was spectacular and extremely professional and very helpful I would definitely recommend for her to always be at the front line of any sales office for an hour I would like this comment to be extended to her ... They will build you a nice house, just make sure you get everything in writing and even then be prepared to either wait or have to go back and forth about it. They don't always do what they say they will do. I would avoid closing on a house in the winter as all the spring things they say they will comeback and do have not happened. And finally, I would suggest you just get the full sod package because if you don't you will regret what they do instead.

Everything is falling apart! Too many issues to have only been here 4 months!!!!

Truthfully not happy with the workmanship on our new home. So many little things wrong that should have been fixed before we even did our final walkthrough. Doors with dents in them, the paint job was awful, it looks like a third grader built parts of the house. Shotty workmanship, Lennar will hire anyone to do the work. When you buy a brand new home you expect things to be NEW not already destroyed because workers are careless.

House is made of goof products but Lennar tends to rush some of the construction in which now warranty has to get involved and that is a never winning battle. Overall the house is good, the grading is bad, but we are happy overall.

Great value for the quality and size home. Not custom but you and customize it your self with our the custom price tag. Viet was fantastic walking us through the build price keeping us with in the price range we wanted to be in. He addressed issues quickly and still continues to be a wonderful resource.

Took a while and some personnel changes to get everything done, but it is all great now..
