The workmanship ,details final finish in out was very sloppy. Have someone inspect the work while in process and be more detail oriented.

Responsiveness to issues would be a five star for warranty but other concerns a one star.

Everyone we worked with from start to finish was responsive I love our home the construction manager was incredible he always answered the questions and anything that he saw that would make our home better he added that in for us.

My experience with Lennar was terrible. The workmanship and attention to detail was extremely poor and I will never buy another Lennar home or recommend Lennar homes to anyone!

Don't expect your house to be built of the same quality as purchasing from single person or smaller company. You can end up with a good home as long as you're willing to go through the battle of dealing with warranty work. We had a good experience with our second sales rep and our warranty service.

The framers did a very poor job and set everything behind. Multiple repairs were required to move to drywall. ”Leaner” was desperate for subs and the project manager was in over his head. Good guy, but he could not meet expectations and is no longer running jobs. We love our home, but we are now waiting for warrantee repairs requested months ago. We have had an overall good experience with the home after being in it for 6 months. If you buy, watch closely as any corner than can be cut, will be.

Have home Inspector go over your home first.

I am a first time home owner and all my coworkers had me a bit freaked out about the process. I heard tons of horror story about their builders. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lennar. I LOVE my home, the staff are all amazing and the experience was great! I would and do recommend Lennar to everyone I know and meet. Lennar you are truly the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! Thank you!

1st: The sales process is excellent. Lennar and the sales team kept us informed throughout the build. Always available to answer to question. Access to the home during the build is excellent. 2nd: The floorplan, pictures, and model representation may not be exactly what you get. Make sure you ask specific questions about what is and is not included in the home. Don’t assume because it is in the floorplans, pictures, and model it will be in your home. 3rd: Lennar does not offer much in the way of options. You can’t get additional lighting in the house, you can’t get an additional gas line run to the backyard for a fire pit or grill, you can’t get additional electrical outlets installed in the house or outside (for outside lighting). It is easier to install these during construction than after. These are all extras I would have been willing to pay for, but wasn’t given an option. With that said, the house does come with a lot of standard features that most new builds don’t come with, and you would probably have to pay for with other builders. 4th : The house is structurally sound according to our independent house inspector we hired to inspect the home during the build. (Strongly recommend you do this with any home you buy) However, we found a lot of issues during our walk through that should have been addressed prior to the walk through. (This is not our first home purchase so we knew what to expect) We found cracked concrete, paint splatters inside and outside the house (walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures), dryer and oven not installed correctly, fan vent cover missing or not installed, window seal cracked, weather stripping coming off. In my opinion, I think there is so much building going on that the builders are having a hard time finding enough qualified people in the trades to do the work. So, they are rushing to complete homes. And that can lead to sloppy work. There is a lack of attention to detail. 5th: Landscaping is poorly installed. The good thing is that the whole yard is soded. It is not seed and straw like some of the other builders. However, they laid the sod over everything, (trash, nails, pipes, rocks). They didn’t go through and regrade and clean up the lot prior to laying the sod. 6th: Trying to get things fixed after the sale can be difficult. All service requests must be made through the web site. And that is not easy to navigate. Our first requests took more that three weeks before we got any action. And some items took longer to fix. Again, I think it’s because the builders are having a hard time finding qualified people to do the work. 7th: The current HOA is slow to respond. Getting things approved takes way to long. Getting a response from the HOA takes a while. The landscaping of the common areas (except for the pool is poor). Hopefully this will improve when the homeowners take it over. Currently the builder controls the HOA. 8th: While I understand there are several homes under construction. Lennar could have the sub-contractors do a better job of cleaning up trash they leave around the community. The least they could do is have the dumpsters emptied more frequently. That would fix 90% of the trash issue. ... More

So many issues. The entire process seemed rushed and unplanned. Not sure if this is how every new home buying experience is, but I would not purchase from Lennar again.

No clearcut person to deal with during the buying experience.

We have a pair of defective double panel window install and found out after we close the sale. Garding and landscaping need to work on how to manage the water drainage system works for the long term of the house. Buying a house is long term investment perhaps and I hope the builder can focus more on quality control and extend customer care after the house is closed.

The quality of the work is terrible. The finish is horrible. Walking on the carpet is like waking on the nails. I have heard a lot about Lennar but I think now this company prefer quantity over quality. I will never buy or refer anyone to get a Lennar home.

I have never had a better home buying experience than with Lennar. From choosing a home to closing, Lennar always had out best interests in mind. They were never pushy or forceful to hurry up a choose a home or to go with Eagle Home Mortgage. Ricardo was only interested in making sure we bought a home that was right for our family. They worked with us and our difficult time schedule. The mortgage company was just as easy to work with - they were on top of everything from the beginning and submitting documents was incredibly easy. Start to finish the process was a dream!

Efficient & reliable service with reasonable price.

Our house is well constructed and staff was easy to work with and communicated often during the process. Any issues were addressed and handled in a professional manner.

I have been in my house 4 months. The dishwasher, disposal and both thermostats had to be fixed or replaced. My roof has had to be fixed as well as my gutters. I think they are terrible builders, but they have fixed the items. Just seems it would be better if they did it right the first time instead of causing all the aggravation.

I had called for a few issues. Received response from Lennar and Im satisfied. I still have a thing or two but Im ok.

Lennar is a big company and will push you around if you let them. Don’t let them. Workmanship is ok, it’s goibg to depend on the contractors they hire. Just make sure you keep track of things and don’t let them get away with poor workmanship. Full disclosure: Our house was prebuilt so we didn’t get that chance and your mileage may vary.

We absolutely love our new house/home. We have had no major issues or concerns. The entire home buying process has been wonderful from day one all the way through move in day. Everyone along the way has been great. We highly recommend building with Lennar. Superb quality for a reasonable price.

Follow up fixes/repairs well organized and with few exceptions fixed all item.

The team was great before the purchase of my home . After I moved in I have had multiple issues which are not addressed in a timely fashion . The quality of the work is poor and after being in my home for 4 months still have issues.
