Not impressed with the quality and workmanship

I am just new here but we already have issues. My next door neighbor tells me of the problems they are having with the electrical in there home. We have experience some of the same issues. Will be wanting to get this done so we can get thinks corrected.

Problem with closing disclosure was not fixed until the last minute despite calling their attention to it several times weeks before closing.

The home itself met expectations in layout, finishes, and build quality. Lennar’s design options aligned well with our spatial planning goals, and the construction timeline was honored. On-site teams were generally responsive, and post-close warranty support has been mixed. The mortgage experience, however, was a major source of stress. The affiliated lender introduced repeated last-minute documentation requests, lacked transparency on closing timelines, and created unnecessary delays. It often felt like the process might fall apart entirely. For future buyers, I’d recommend exploring independent lending options to avoid similar friction or keep on top of the lending team. From down payment to closing everyone at Lennar were professional, helpful and courteous in a quick and easy process.

Lennar title is absolutely bad company with very bad people, who don't know/understand anything

Lennar offers affordable home with all needs as compared to market . They offer amazing customer support .

A little bit confusing with the multiple finance people that seemed to be involved but everyone along the way was very helpful and communicative and directed us accordingly. Special shout out to Kristen, Clint and Sarah who were super helpful and often went above and beyond to help answer questions and direct me even after the sale. They were the best!!

Great incentives, all issues found in walkthrough fixed promptly. Minor complaints: the fridge filter was clogged before closing and I couldn’t use the fridge to drink water and the appliance warranty wouldn’t cover the cost. Contractors used both for window blinds and solar panels are unresponsive and error prone. Its been 2 months and my solar panels still are not functioning due to a permit error. My blinds are still not installed correctly.

The moving boxes are being unpacked, and the house is starting to feel like home. Every day brings a new discovery, and we couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience working with Lennar! From start to finish, the process was smooth. What really stood out was how efficient they were with the loan process. Everything was clearly explained, well-organized, and moved along quickly without unnecessary delays. It made the whole experience much less stressful. Overall, I’m very happy with my home and buying experience.

Lennar's motto is "Everything is included" I just got done buying 6,500 dollar gutters, and 1000 dollars worth of ceiling fans because they didn't bother putting either of those in the home. A 16 dollar light in the bedrooms would have given us light, but they wanted to save money. Pavers without polymeric sand? just set them on the ground and leave huge gaps. I don't have working street lights on the entire street I live on. The backyard is nothing but weeds with no sprinklers, the HOA is oppressive with rules you can't imagine. if you want to feel like you are living in a town house but you have a tiny patch of grass you have to mow for the HOA, this is the home for you. There are two ways in, and insufficient parking, so every day I have to navigate past narrow rows of cars on either side of the road, Years ago, people would never have accepted shoddy houses with insufficient parking and 2 feet of yard on either side, but everything got worse. I was a sucker, don't be a sucker. The regret is so strong that everyday I wake up angry - did I mention, I wake up to the horn of a train? Oh yeah, Rivington, everyone can hear the trains, and they run every 30 minutes from 5am until late at night. ... More

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by how smooth our home buying experience went with Lennar. From the showing of the model homes to the credit loan application process, everything went better than expected. Based on the quality of the construction and service. I would definitely recommend Lennar for your next home purchase.

This is the second home I have bought from this builder. I am very satisfied with the home and quality of it.

I was quite happy with Lennar from beginning. There was one hiccup but warranty co stepped in repaired defect immediately.

Good experience during my home purchasment process

Lennar makes some beautiful home, and the process and quick. My only issue is the information the sales and construction manager did not provide the correct information. For example landscaping. They told me I will need to maintain my lawn.which is fine. I specifically ask who maintains the lakes lawn. I was told the HOA will. It’s part of the Masters fee. But that wasn’t true And other issues is I ask about the lake behind my house. I ask was there anything in the lake. I was told no it’s a man made lake. Come to find out there is two alligators in it. Now I can’t let my small dogs out or my kids. From the first walkthrough to the day I got my keys, the process was smooth and exciting. Moving in felt like the start of a brand-new chapter — I couldn’t be happier!

I'm so thankful with lennar, thanks to them I have my new home, they were always helpful so this make the process easy

Overall a good home, but after you move in you see the small defects. And there is no fixing them.

Lennar : Big name and you can feel the difference while buying home. Value for ur money ! I would recommend this 10/10 and if anyone in market looking for new house , must check out once with Lennar team as I am sure difference will be seen ! Thanks

Quality could have been better

Team at Lennar will not even resolve issues that were pointed out before closing. Their VP told us to take it or leave it as they are not going to repair the fixes we pointed out. Example, screws were not covered in the garage which should have been. Entry had pink all over the entrance. They do not stand up their core values - https://www.lennar.com/about/core-values

The overall buying experience was handled in a very professional manner. The display homes were very fashionable and provided us with many ideas to carry over into our new home. The sales staff was extremely helpful and offered several great incentives.
