Very good!

The purchasing of our home was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my whole life,something that should have been enjoyable was absolutely terrible.Our builders were our only happinesses throughout the whole process.

This is my first new home experience. The Lennar salesman was so helpful with the process of buying my home. Once I purchased the home the builder and the customer care consultant made time to explain the general information on the home. Going through the home to make sure everything went smoothly. Any concerns were addressed immediately. What a wonderful company to work with.

The ladies who helped me all the way through the process of buying my home are wonderful working women who have a great understanding of what to do. You could call them at anytime or if they weren’t available at that time, they’d called you back. They worked with me until the end and were available to continue to answer any questions I had after the closing. Ladies again I want to thank you for all your services with helping me through this process. Your guidances are greatly appreciated.

Lennar has the best floor plans of all builders that we saw in the area. Watching our 3rd Lennar home to completion very pleased with the process.

I don't know where to begin. Start to finish this has been the worst experience I have had in building/buying a home. We were left in the dark pretty much the entire process. All the people with this company do is put out fires. If you aren't relentless in calling and pressing for answers you will be forgotten. They are too busy to build any home, or give any customer experience of any quality. They will have to resend you documents to sign over and over because of simple mistakes like correct address or house number. This resending of documents lasted till we were sitting at the closing table as they made a mistake and attorney had to correct them. I didn't even know what my monthly payment was until I sat down to sign the closing docs. Then you have the builders who will make you all kinds of promises they have no way or intention of ever keeping. They will put you off and say just file a warranty claim after closing they will take care of it. NO they won't. They will be quick and courteous each and every time they deny your claim. In my case I had my new construction home inspected by a 3rd party before closing, he found 3 major 6 medium and 7 minor issues on a home Lennar had supposedly inspected and signed off as ready to go. Understand that it's not the people who work for Lennar that are the issue, it's the overall business itself and they are stuck trying to survive in it. ... More

The overall experience was great, however your sales person Paul did not follow through on any promises. After 4 emails, several calls and texts I finally gave up. Horrible customer service.

The hole buying the house was a big joke I would not do it again

The contract that you have to sign with on our is horrible and completely one-sided, totally in Lennar’s favor and abusive to the buyer. Some of the clauses you have to agree to are illegal and violate local code. Len’s lawyers did a good job of protecting Lennar and not protecting the homeowner in anyway.

I love my new home! I had an issue with my doorbell as it was not working, they issued a work order and came out quickly and replaced it as it was burned out. so very responsive and helpful!

Home was built extremely cheap, you can see the drywall tape in multiple spots, paint was splattered on floor, carpet, all over cabinets knobs, side of granite on island has cuts in the granite, whole home needs another coat of paint poor coverage you can tell it was watered down, cigarette butts and debris all over the yard, was recommended Open door everything they tell you isn’t correct , dirt wasn’t even smoothed out in the landscaping just threw pine straw on top to cover it up, home has so many flaws it is unreal. I was told it’s not going to be perfect, for a brand new home and price it should be be perfect, I did not sign off on originally walk through because of the paint issue , then after calling and complaining they didn’t care they had their money and commission, closing was delayed cost me a day of work messed up my internet connection I work from home, no gutters the rain comes off to close to the house so now I have to install gutters, homes are not sound proof at all can here people talking outside like they are right outside your door, the place was so dirty with drywall dust had to wipe down cabinets, doors, wood work , literally had to clean from head to toe, I wanted to back out they told me it was too late, a lot of these things you do not notice till you move in, they will not fix the issues after you move in unless it’s an appliance issue, air filters were so filthy changed right away, 3 wks later they are so dark, all in all it has been the worst experience of my life I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. I enjoyed working with everyone I came in contact with. Especially Eric when it came time to learn about the house he was extremely helpful. I have recommended 4 family members to definitely move into the same area I am confident they will buy one of your homes.

We were sold a home that was supposed to be completed to the model standards and the home we received was sloppily completed. We have go e back and forth with Lennar to fix our backyard which was not leveled or graded appropriately. The walk through was a joke. The attention to detail is not there and they rush to complete the houses. Paint splatter on floors. Caulking sloppily completed, paint on carpets, electrical fan boxes sticking out more than 1/4 to 1/2” shower rain head not secured by not ceiling and floor can go on and on.

I've always liked Lennar designed homes. My first home here in this area was by Lennar and it was my dream home and very beautiful. Due to life events I've downsized and I love the design of my new townhome but the insulation is not good. I now have to invest in panels to avoid hearing my neighbors.

Great experience.We found out Lennar has the best value on the new homes.Keep up the good work

Overall the entire process was wonderful. Good people to work with.

very poor quality build. our sod is all dead. we closed in february and when the grass woke up this spring it's mostly weeds and dirty. we also have huge divits all over our yard it seems that they just threw the sod over the construction site without regrading. and lastly huge puddles of water in between our houses. (lots of drainage issues) quality of the home is average. lots of things to complain about but it's a builder home. it feels like someone put this house together in a few months wiich is exactly what happened. does not feel like the quality we should get for a 640K house. ... Cheryl is the BEST! She was fast and patient addressing all questions, concerns and needs. A big help with information we needed to have additional work done after closing.

This is my 2nd time buying a Lennar home, fantastic experience both times

I was disappointed in my experience as the communication from all teams involved was inconsistent and created financial burden for me. I went through three different mortgage people with no awareness of the changes happening, my move in date changed multiple times with no communication and my sales team just blamed everyone else. This is a big company and the multiple failure points was very disappointing. Take ownership within each team for each family.

We highly recommend Lennar Builders. Over the years, we have had three homes built by different builders and have never been as pleased as we are with this home. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Chip, our Construction Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything met our expectations. The project stayed on schedule the entire time. We are very pleased with our Lennar Home.

Our sales agent, Gina was great, making this experience an easy one. She was always available for all of our questions. We are happy with our decision!
