There have been multiple issues with my home buying purchase from the Lennar mortgage all the way to the construction team that still over two months after closing has not completed the punch list or things that need to be addressed. The customer service has been terrible. I wouldn’t recommend ever buying a home from Lennar.

We were happy with the initial buying process and incentives. We like the standard upgrades. We do not care for the pre walk process. We had to do the final walk 2 hours before closing. We were unable to change the time which left us feeling rushed. There were excessive cosmetic issues which means we have to wait until month 11 to have those fixed since there was no time. The flooring company left us extra flooring and it was here during pre walk, but was taken before we closed. No one can tell us the paint base. So a free gallon of touch up paint is useless without that information. There is work on the porch that needs to be completed and it had been 2 months since we closed. The trim work was very rough. Nothing is square or level pretty much all over the house. The landscaping was horrible and we had to spend over $500 to fix it ourselves. The front yard doeant drain properly. ... More

Delivered quality home in record time.

The finish work in my home is horrible. Poor workmanship in regards to the wood trim and doors. Lack of time taken to measure properly. Lights hung with no apparent designated location. I have a wall that is 2 inches out of plumb from top to bottom. The interior paint job is the worst I've ever seen, all around.

Appreciate clearly documented mechanicals and unknowns (such as insulation) and how Lennar stands behind the homes with adequate warranties. Having the latest smart technologies is a huge plus!

For the amount of money we spent on this new build, we are unsatisfied with the quality of work and very little attention to detail that we have found, and continue to find. The walls are extremely thin... we can hear everything inside and out.. and the home doesn't seem to be well insulated (drastic temp difference from room-to-room). Some of our windows were not level and the spackle within the window sills is terrible (uneven, not sanded well). The quality of the paint used in the home is like chalk. Even the lightest brush up against a wall and you've got a mark or scuff that can't be washed away without taking the paint off the wall. Two of our shower inserts were not installed properly and there are gabs and unevenness between the panels. One is so bad that there is already a severe crack in the wall after only one month. We have several spots under the carpet where we walk and there was clearly debris of some sort left on the subfloor before carpet was installed. The overall cleanliness of the home when we moved in was little to be desired. It's like they came in with a dirty cloth and just wiped the surfaces. There was still dust everywhere, especially along ALL the floorboards. On a positive note, Troy did keep us well informed on the progress of our house and was easy to get in contact with when needed. Brennan was a pleasure to work with and we understand that his time was spread thin so he couldn't always be on our site watching the work that was being done. We just wish the quality and attention to details from those doing the work would have been done with a bit more thought and care. Buying experience was great and easy, got update calls every other week from builder. Lennar severely lacks in skilled labor, many issues with craftsmanship, month and a half in to our new home and still a long list of items to address.

Love the house, but when I requested a pretty serious heating issue be addressed, there was no sense of urgency, to the point where the issue is still not resolved and it's been almost 2 months. Also noticed a crack in the tile the day we closed in December and the Crack has not been fixed. Had we not put tape over it, someone else besides me would've gotten cut .

We had issues right before closing and ended up delaying it. We have continued to have issues with the house. We love the location and house layout though.

Lennar has built a solid and well appointed home, the workmanship of the house itself is excellent and I’m very pleased.

Trim, paint and other final details of the “completed” home showed almost zero quality control. Oversprayed paint, poor paint coverage, dented, dinged and warped door jambs and trim.

I thoroughly enjoyed my home buying experience with Lennar.

Lennar did a great job with everything and fixed everything we asked from inspection to final walkthrough. We moved here from Ohio and were not able to see the build as much as we wanted, but the Supervisor was awesome communicating and sending photos.

Lennar did very well in securing the land and its layout of the community. I do not know how they rate among other home builders but I am satisfied with the product and experience.

We did not have any say-so to pick options or make any changes to the options that Lennar chose. Construction was rushed and it showed in the quality of workmanship. We paid a premium price for an average house. Would not recommend if you want design options or something better than builder grade materials.

The process of building was enjoyable until you decided to send me surveys everyday!!!! I literally hate surveys. Quit sending them to me.

Lennar has been a great company to work with, beautiful designs, quality construction and open communications with sales and project management. I definitely recommend them

Overall experience was great. Any concerns we have had so far have been addressed timely.

The Sales team was excellent throughout the process and even after we closed on our home. The quality of the build as well as the communication from the project manager left a lot to be desired. The change in timeline was not communicated and we are still waiting for items to be completed. We still have blue tape on items that were not repaired from the initial walkthrough.

Although we appreciate that Lennar pushed to meet our established closing date, it was at the expense of the quality and completion of certain items. We are now 4-5 months post closing and still have items unfinished. Our construction manager essentially abandoned us and it's been extremely difficult getting things fixed via the warranty group. We love the house but this did not go the way it should have.

LENNAR is very responsive during whole process

My superintendent was great! He kept me informed of every step of the process, sent pictures, and was always quick to answer questions. He also provided great post-purchase support. 100% would recommend.

Kasey in front office was amazing!! She answered all of our questions and walked us through every step of the way! Alan was exceptional and payed great attention to detail and fixing any issues that needed resolving!
