Issues were not addressed promptly, corners were cut on quality and some pieces were thrown together and not built correctly, like the island in the kitchen. The best part about this process was the sales person, Penny!

They just don't care. Everyone home buyer (including all of my neighbors in the hood felt like a number to the sales team and the building team.

Our experience is anything than positive. What I find the most interesting is I’ve already filled out a review, and it was not positive, and yet I’ve never heard from anybody regarding that.

Holly was amazing and was very responsive and helpful at every question or issue that arised. Carter was helpful with anything we needed. The large issue has been the lawyer and analyst they missed a few things and rushed through the paperwork missing multiple things and causing issues which to this day have still not been figured out. Tom and Diane were all over the place and contradicting themselves and each other through the whole process. We are still out almost 1000 because of they wrote a check to a creditor that can't be cashed and we have waited nearly two month for this issue to be ...

I will highly advise any new buyer to get their own finance, Lennar finance department is a joke!! We almost walked towards the end because they couldn’t get on the same page between their own company! Building department is ok, I definitely suggest visiting your property during construction as much possible! We bought from out of town and I wish I would’ve been able to walk the property at least biweekly, could’ve save a lot of headaches and problems I now have to deal with, bad tile cuts and grout, lots of drywall issues and a lot of trim not finished properly among other things!

Although Pam, my sales rep, and Des, my builder rep did their best to accommodate, it’s obvious to me that Lennar’s puts profits over customers. No blinds or even towel / to racks. Lawn is embarrassingly awful. Kitchen island crooked. Kitchen countertops amateur job. Light switches in random /stupid places. I have 3 Lennar homes now. Won’t do it again.

Lack of communication on her part was ridiculous! Started buying process 8/24 and was not informed about a project manager until home was 6 weeks from being COMPLETE! No one called me for any inspections (drywall) of which I wanted to be included in. The only way I found out anything was that I went to the house EVERY weekend since August and made a list of questions and had to contact her for answers which took days for any response. The Lennar sales rep that we had gave off "manager's son" vibes. He was never at work so we never met him and every time we called he was doing some not work related activity during work hours. He got extremely frustrated with us when we took a few extra hours to review the one-sided sales contract and then took as long as he please because he was "driving horses down to Georgia." This was one of the most stressful processed I have been through. If we hadn't loved the floorplan and neighborhood I would have walked away from a $15K deposit. To say that communication was terrible is putting it lightly. It was essentially nonexistent. I sent 100s of emails that went completely ignored and unanswered. I would highly recommend you get a plan, with dates on paper from Lennar. The weekly status updates were in the form of a phone call and if it wasn't for my notes from those, there would be zero accountability. We faced numerous delays which is to be expected with a new build but hit a series of catastrophic issues as we got closer to the close date. Terrible communication

There have been multiple issues with my home buying purchase from the Lennar mortgage all the way to the construction team that still over two months after closing has not completed the punch list or things that need to be addressed. The customer service has been terrible. I wouldn’t recommend ever buying a home from Lennar.

Sales guy wasn’t truthful. Townhome was not move-in ready. Follow up getting things fixed has been painful. President of Coastal Carolina was non-responsive. On-site builder Scott is truly a nice guy trying his hardest.

Couldn’t be happier with our neighbors but be very careful and cautious when dealing with Lennar. Have your “I’d” dotted and “t’s” crosses with EVERYTHING!! Make sure to get it in writing because they will change their stories in everything that they verbalize to you

Major construction issue brought to us days before settlement was scheduled.They didn’t run electric from the house to the street! AC hadn’t been installed, no one worked on all the unfinished work on the inside for quite some time. All painting and finish work is absolutely awful. The entire process has been a headache purchasing this home. Issues that arose with my inspector were not properly fixed before closing and is still something I am fighting Lennar with. They are quick to respond to issues but then “complete” them in the portal when it truly has not been fixed. I’m spending close to half a million dollars on this home and I’m getting work that is worse than my 250k DR Horton home.
