From beginning to end I am so happy that I had this buying experience with Lennar. Everyone is so professional, friendly and ready to help at every turn. I would purchase with Lennar again in the future in a heartbeat!

It was a smooth process, and we are very happy with our product. They are responsive to repairs and care about the customer.

We have been in our home for 6 months now and it still is not complete. We should not have closed but we trusted that they would complete items on the list in a timely manner. I would run far, far away from Lennar.

Builder in a hurry to get property closed but no rush to fix issues with home.

The builder was great they did great work and were very helpful. But the Lennar lender was terrible they always give us the runaround they never answer the phone and when we ask questions they gave me bad answers or wrong ones. We went through three different agents and at the end of everything two weeks before we were to close on our house they said there could be a chance we can’t go to closing and get the house and they didn’t know why they said sometimes ( it just happens).

The overall quality of the workmanship and warranty repairs are a joke. Dealing with the constant repairs and all too familiar "no call no shows" are a full time job. I've lost count of the number of repair tickets I submitted and I've burned through all of my vacation time rescheduling appointments because it is almost guaranteed that there's going to be a no show. I regret this purchase and I will never purchase another Lennar.

The quality of workmanship exhibited by the "trades" who worked on our home was NOT of a level I expected from a company like Lennar. There did not appear to be adequate/consistent on site supervision/control by the subcontractors utilized in the construction process. While there was a Lennar representative tasked with overseeing the various phases of construction; it appears he had little or no authority to enforce the correction of any discrepancies identified during his site inspections. Our closing was delayed by over a week due to the lack of attention on the part of a sub to a MAJOR problem which had been identified and documented by the Lennar representative well in advance of the expected date. ... We did a virtual build and our consultant Karl was great about keeping us informed along the way.

Lennar provides many upgraded options in their base price. Great deal on a really nice home!

We still have issues that have t been fixed. We still have tape on places in our house (closing was end of April!).

Very accommodating, willing to help us in anyway possible. They were very flexible with our situation when we had issues selling our other house first. Our construction manager (Chip) is second to none, he did a great job on our walk through and explained everything well so I was able to understand how our new home works.

Lennar is great place to live

Nice home, but many issues and no response on the issues. Still waiting for the back door lock to be repaired. Not very safe without it! And can still see outside front door when closed

We still have issues that have yet to be fixed since before we moved in. Getting ahold of anyone is impossible it’s like the got our money and we no longer matter

The workers on all aspects of the actual structure do work very hard and fast.

Building was done per schedule. We were given all of the information we requested and had all questions answered during both walkthroughs. Issue were fixed immediately.

Lennar made our home buying experience fantastic! From selecting the home style and options to closing they kept us in the loop on progress and delays (COVID related material shortages). Amazing touch with the welcome home banner and red carpet treatment at closing!

They should get on the level of Dragas.

Giving the Builder any concerns or questions is key to a pleasant experience

Don't believe everything that is told to you when buying a house.

Responsive to questions and issues. Professional and courteous.

Seems the ball gets dropped from sales to builder one blames the other when something is missed example pre-construction meeting. I was never notified. The builder blamed sales and sales blamed builder. Didn’t help me much as was all over and done with

The quality of the overall work could have been better. There were things during the building process that I caught that shouldn’t have been my job to catch. Also the sod was horrible, they had to redo it and it still is a mess. Sales Rep Gina was amazing and customer service Heather has been amazing! Overall still happy with my home but I feel as though Lennar needs to focus on quality over quantity as I feel they have gotten away from that.

From initial interest to moving in and beyond, we’ve dealt with well-informed, professional, friendly Lennar reps. We knew what to expect and when, questions answered promptly. Since moving in, there have been a few minor glitches, which have been quickly remedied. Impressive follow up from Lennar to be sure we are satisfied.
