From the start it was a struggle. Seeing the quality from frame to finish was troubling. Todd at Eagle home mortgage was great to work with for the year long process.

We have asked multiple times for help fixing our yard and have been ignored constantly. When we closed on our home we were told that if our yard needed to be re-sodded then they would take care of it since it was January when they laid it initially. Since then, we have asked for help and have not heard from anyone. They told my husband that the task was “too labor intensive” for them to do, so my husband ripped out the old sod himself to help speed up the process. When he did this he found concrete, drywall, metal stakes and so much more underneath our sod preventing it from growing that was ...

We love the home despite the fact that we are still having to deal with punch list issues prior to closing now that we’ve been in the home for 4 months. The Lennar agent our realtor worked with was not trustworthy come to find out on things we were told early on when we decided to buy. Lennar management is horrible! I wouldn’t ever seek out to work with this builder ever again.

Experienced numerous problems from purchase to closing. Did not receive things we were told were included in house. Couldn't even get in house for a couple of days after closing. Still unresolved problems. Overall was not a good experience.

The project manager and after close the warranty manager for my home have been extremely helpful at resolving any issues. There's a lot of new technology and they've taken the time to walk me through everything and even followed up to make sure everything was still functioning as excpeted.

How many corner Lennar cuts and how bad the building materials are used. If it’s the cheapest then they use it.

If you want a quick build with tons of issues and half butt work? Go with Lennar! Fit and finish is embarrassingly bad. Having Lennar fix the grout in the master because the workers stained it with moody shoes. At first they weren’t going to fix but thank God for the amazing people in warrenty. That’s about all that’s good with Lennar is their warranty department. Guess they needed a good one with all the issues they have. Walls aren’t straight, base boards are wavy and/or chipped with paint just put over top, paint everywhere on everything. Looks like a Jackson Pollock painting until I had ...

They just don't care. Everyone home buyer (including all of my neighbors in the hood felt like a number to the sales team and the building team.

They are not trustworthy. They tell you they will finish items and then do not. They want to take your money and then leave you hanging.

Love Lennar, the whole process was seamless. The house cost me $200k less than another builder after I tacked on all the extras. Definitely a great value for such a beautiful home. I’m so happy to have a downstairs masters and my own home office! We love our new home!

Overall, the experience we had with Lennar was great. There were several minor issues found in the house when we brought in our own inspector, but Lennar was with us every step of the way and fixed everything before move-in. They were extremely communicative throughout the process and kept us up to date of any and all changes due to weather. We ended up closing early in the end, which was a wonderful surprise!
