Everything went ahead of schedule and Ed our builder was very easy to work with. Eagle mortgage now was a terrible experience

We moved May 31, 2019, and have been very pleased with the home. The soundproofing is amazing and quality is great. A lot of value for the price. A deciding factor was the ability to install an elevator, and the kitchen is awesome! The whole team was a delight to work with. Very professional and friendly. Always willing to answer questions and help!!

This is the 2nd home we have purchased from Lennar. We have had a quick response from Lennar when we had a problem and although they were minor they were taken care of in a timely fashion. I would rate them as the most reliable builder in our area.

This was our first home in USA and it was a very easy process with Lennar sales team. Very helpful and professional service. Not much happy about the construction team as we had to go back to them several times with issues and took longer to respond.

The experience of buying a home in Summers Corner has been pretty smooth. Our salesperson, Karl, was a true asset in the complete process. Was the home perfect? No, some issues here and there, but the response has been fantastic. Overall, we are very pleased and love the home we chose.

Our new home like many has a few things that need attention, it's taken a month to get one repaired, while another one we're probably going to be waiting for 2 weeks for the part and being the holidays, be next month before it's repaired. The overall expectations of the house has been met, there are some areas that would have been better like the laundry room being a foot wider would have made a big difference. The dining area would be great if they stressed the area for a ceiling fan, it's only set up for a light fixture. Great experience from start to finish

The builder were thorough with all the work orders and completed everything on time before closing. There are some new work orders that are forthcoming but I am confident it will be handled with the same level of attention and professionalism.

The entire journey of buying a house from Lennar was nothing less than a dream come true! All of our prayers for what we need were answered in our Waverly home. We started this journey in October 2024 and mentioned all the options we wanted in our new house. Most of them were not available at that time. Because of the real estate market was moving slowly the sale of our existing home was delayed. However, it all worked out. Lennar sales rep listened to our concerns and included those options in the next building phase. We are so excited and pleased with all of the additional options. The walk through repairs were minor and what little we saw were addressed for the most part. We are so for Lennar being brought into our lives! I have a few advice. It would be nice to have the upgraded appliances throughout the gourmet kitchen. The zero entry shower in the master bathroom is super great! A wider shower door opening for easier access would be even greater! I love the way Lennar listens to their customers’ feedback. Please keep up the good work. After 25 homes, we settled into what may be our last retirement home. We have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive our construction manager, Bill was. We are pleased with the quality of the home and the value was tops compared to the 6 other 55+ communities in the Summerville, SC area we considered.

Overall our feelings are mixed regarding working with Lennar. Kasey was outstanding to say the least! We believe the purchaser should be allowed some input regarding finishing being installed into the home they're purchasing within reason of course. To purchase a property knowing you're going to replace the bathroom and kitchen is somewhat silly. A brand new house should be complete in our opinion. It's not to say we're not happy with our house but I could be better if allowed a couple inputs. We also didn't understand the timing of the builder. That speaks for itself when you buy with Lennar. To excel in some areas and blunder in others blithe's the entire process. Do better with the finishings! We do have a wonderful home in a wonderful. From the beginning everything has been great from Eric and Kimberly working as a sales and loan team, they made sure everything was in line and easy to navigate. The house itself was built well, there are still some creaking in the floors upstairs I need to submit a ticket on, there's been several little small things from trim around the kitchen island breaking loose which I just gorilla glued them back as it's just as easy for me to fix little things like that. There's a few spots in the walls we're screws are visible that weren't before, possibly from just living in the place because they were not there in the walk through, again ill submit a ticket on those as well or just let them be as it's hit or miss noticing them, it's shadows and lighting effects. My biggest complaint has been the yard and grass, the sod was laid with no water and died, the replacement sod was cheap and thin, it was rushed, the yard is undeveloped because of it and water puddles between homes and it's swampy after a rain. No rain and it drys out in a day or two. So it does drain just poorly. I've just been sowing grass seed myself trying to get a lawn started with the dead sod with thin centipede grass. It's green but thin, the neighbors around me have nice lush yards, but myself and the 2 neighbors beside me have dead spots and sod lines were our sod was done to quickly before there was water and replaced with cheap sod. Still Lennar built a sold home, it's just little things that come with being a home owner. If you expect perfection then you shouldn't be buying a home because even the Rich Folk have a Maintenance Team when they buy a New Home. As I said, besides the little things that are bothersome but not hindering, we love the home and the community, Our neighbors are kind and friendly, People in the Neighborhood are always walking and waving, saying Hello as they pass. We are still in a construction area but it doesn't affect the life of the Community as People are active in the community, you see cookouts, exercising, food trucks pkus the pool and playground are busy with fun and laughter. The builder delivered within the specific time frame. Our complaints were handled in efficient manner. We are. Very pleased with our house and design as well as their prices fit the middle income bracket. Our goreman was super nice and attentive. We will highly recommend Lennar to other friends.

This journey was amazing. I met Holly first and she showed me the availability of homes that met the criteria we discussed. She returned every phone call within minutes and was prompt for every appointment. She was very knowledgeable, and customer oriented. She was the best. Once I signed the contract on a home, I visited the site often. Brian was the main go to guy for me. When I had questions, he had answers! He was customer oriented, knowledgeable, and ahead of the project every time. He always ask me to make a list if I saw anything that needed attention to details with the construction. I made the list, but he always had every detail on my list corrected before I would see him the following day! I also was greeted by John and/or Darrell on some days as they were looking over the workmanship of the multiple laborers completing their task. They were informative, answered questions I had, and also made sure the craftsmanship was perfect as can be! They also shared suggestions and possibilities to me to make the house and property remain in perfect condition. I also looked forward to seeing Ed and Scott on my visits. They also inspected the workmanship and would oversee that any imperfection corrected. To team was meticulous! I do not know how to make it any clearer. I was part owner of a custom home construction company at one time and I know how hard this crew works to please the customer. They were all experts in their field and focused on the customers expectations. I never passed thru the neighborhood without them waving and making the effort to be sure everything was going well! Everyone from the sales office to Customer Care made the buying process easy and stress free. It's been many years since we bought a new home and the Lennar team was wonderful.

As a 1st time home buyer I would say my overall experience was good.

Very friendly experience, and good community. Would like see some benches around the walking edges of the pond.

It has only been two months and we are having problems with cracking in the walls and nail pops. Caulking is also separating from the walls. The house hasn’t been there long enough to “settle” Over all the house is great.

With all things said and done, we got a really nice home. Sales representative were helpful and did their job. But, I think the Constuction crew were very sloppy. They did leave paint and caulk spills on the cement driveways, sidewalks and garage floors thru out development.
