Learning experience and for the most part a good one.

Moving to South Carolina from Florida was a big step for me and my family. Finding a new home became the spot lights for us. Lennar homes made our pick really easy. We have 3 kids and finding a home with well spaced rooms, open living rooms spaces and storage spaces are critical. The Lennar team also made it easy along the way, everyone was very helpful and provided key insights and suggestions along the way. Over all this was a great experience!

Karl the sales person was great. Can't say enough good things about him. John Proffitt mortgage person was great very informative. Both of these people made the home buying experience stress free. The only problem we have is responsiveness to warranty issues. This has been sub par

We had a Great experience from start to finish. Kasey found us the home we were looking for. Zach was great with the construction and Alison helped us get the financing. We love our home and would recommend to others.

Found a house almost ready to move in. Able to finalize and close in two weeks.

Our home buying experience was not stressful. We did a complete walk through a couple of weeks before closing and then a final check the morning before we closed. Any items that needed to be addressed after closing were handled in a very timely manner.

Very pleased with our house purchase from Lennar. The buying process was easy and straightforward. They don't let you customize anything really, but that's a good thing for me. There were several items brought up during the final walkthrough that were not fixed as requested (even though the construction manager tried to convince otherwise), but they have been worked on after the closing. Overall, I would recommend Lennar for others looking to buy a new construction.

We have had a few problems with baseboards and floors but they have come to fix everything very quickly and professionally

All in all a good experience. We got a well built home at a reasonable price. Some of the workmanship could have been better which required a number of tradesmen return visits. Lennar's was very responsive to any issues, kudos to them. Bottom line I am a satisfied home owner.

My Agent Penny was wonderful, she helped me find my ideal home that I love. The loan officer was through and made sure I had all paperwork needed. My project manager changed 4 times and I never had anyone to really go over any questions or concerns and a lot about the home was not reviewed with me. The closing day process not only was a stressful one but rushed. The mortgage office did not take the time to review things and explain certain paperwork so I left there clueless. Though that part of my home buying experience was not pleasant everything else was good. I love where I live and the home. The workers need to be better and not leave such a mess and clean the house before closing and make sure all is ready for move in day. ... More

My buying experience with The Lennar Team was very good. All questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion. I love the floor plan in my home and what other builders include as optional are standard in a Lennar home and for those reasons, I purchased my home. Other than blinds and ceiling fans, there’s nothing that needs to be added. I definitely suggest purchasing a Lennar house..

We love the home and neighborhood. It is perfect for us. Very few, and minor issues for the most part. The home does have a full warrantee but getting help with any issues you may have is sketchy. If you have an issue you submit a job ticket. You will be connected with a "virtual" customer care assessment... but nothing can be repaired "virtually" so that is a waste of time. In the end you will be bounced to someone that represents your neighborhood in person. Whether or not action is taken on your request is in that person's hands. I had that person throw away my ticket because I disagreed with his assessment. He officially declared me unresponsive and stated that the work was done. I responded many times, including phone calls, no work was actually done. From this point on I don't count on customer care and will just take care of problems myself. ... More

My husband and I recently brought a home in Lindera Preserve and had a great experience. Everyone from sales (Alvin), construction (Chip) and even during the underwriting (Rob) was very knowledgeable and helpful. We originally were going to go with a different lender but Lennar Mortgage was able to save us thousands in monthly payments and closing costs!!!! We have been in our home for a month with no major issues and we couldn’t be happier. There are a lot a bad review about Lennar in other states but we honestly didn’t have ANY ISSUES from contract to closing. This is not our forever home but we will absolutely buy another Lennar home. ... More

My experience with Lennar has been quick and smooth. We closed pretty quick and everything still didn’t feel rushed at all. Once I moved in the minor issues we did have our home Customer care rep always helped out and reached out quickly as possible. Overall experience has been good.

The experience was great. They worked with us and we oversaw every step. I could not buy resale without bidding wars. So new home was the way to go. We had a few hiccups after close but all issues have been resolved

Our salesman, Paul C. was great. Our builder Darrel M. could have been MUCH more responsive and more communicative.

What I especially loved about the experience with Lennar is the team who provided support and guidance from the time of purchase to build to close and now post-close. That one does not need to pick out finishes or worry about those details was a plus for me as everything Lennar selected was what I would have selected myself in large part.

Appreciate clearly documented mechanicals and unknowns (such as insulation) and how Lennar stands behind the homes with adequate warranties. Having the latest smart technologies is a huge plus!

Lennar did a great job with everything and fixed everything we asked from inspection to final walkthrough. We moved here from Ohio and were not able to see the build as much as we wanted, but the Supervisor was awesome communicating and sending photos.

Lennar did very well in securing the land and its layout of the community. I do not know how they rate among other home builders but I am satisfied with the product and experience.
