The commercial grade paint on the interior looks nice, but is if poor quality. The walls scuff terribly, the paint is already wearing off on the trim and doors.

Lennar provides many upgraded options in their base price. Great deal on a really nice home!

Very accommodating, willing to help us in anyway possible. They were very flexible with our situation when we had issues selling our other house first. Our construction manager (Chip) is second to none, he did a great job on our walk through and explained everything well so I was able to understand how our new home works.

Building was done per schedule. We were given all of the information we requested and had all questions answered during both walkthroughs. Issue were fixed immediately.

Overall, the experience we had with Lennar was great. There were several minor issues found in the house when we brought in our own inspector, but Lennar was with us every step of the way and fixed everything before move-in. They were extremely communicative throughout the process and kept us up to date of any and all changes due to weather. We ended up closing early in the end, which was a wonderful surprise!

Sales staff are friendly and helpful. Quality of the home is good, some drywall issues as expected, but we have a 1 year warranty, so will have them come do repairs near the 1 year time frame. Very responsive to issues and questions.

Everything about purchasing from Lennar was wonderful except for my experience with Eagle Mortgage, the lender we were referred to.

Home Consultant; Construction Manager; Loan Officer (not Underwriting). All of these folks made transitioning into a new home seamless. Quality people with both clients and company at the top of their thoughts.

Lennar and our realestate agent were very helpful in the purchasing process and we had to buy remotely as we were in Europe. I love the house, the primary bathroom, high ceilings and porches. I am disappointed that we have no amenities or pool nearby. Hoping for mega pool to be finished, Publix and golf cart trails. Trees are a necessity. Desperately need trees on our street. But we love the spacious home and alley fed garage.

Overall, it seems to be used cheap materials. Especially the wood molding surfaces are very rough and quality is bad. Lennar service is responsive and handles request timely. I wish Lennar allow options to choose for floor, kitchen and carpet(2nd fl).

The home buyer process is great. The workmanship is not up to par. We just had to SAND and repaint the entire interior of the house. Scraping glue and tile mastic off the bath floors. I put in a request last week about the lawn, nothing but weeds, standing water problems in between the houses, erosion at the corner of the slab and no AC flow in the MBR closet. And, I haven’t had anyone contact me about those issues.

We are very happy with our last home purchase. Our salesperson Karl, our Customer Service rep Isaiah who is absolutely the best and Missy our home construction contact were very communicative, attentive and resolved problems. The quality of the home is ok, homes sat for a while awaiting inspection due to the heavy building in the area. It's a stick home and you have very little or no options, you get what you get that is on that plot. Great open design and very accomodating for 55 over. They have a tremendous amount of activities and clubs and can't wait for the amenity center to be built. In today's environment the homes are priced competitively and they give you a nice product but we have had better experiences with building up north. while i love our new home, i do see some quality issues that seemed to have been missed. we will address at our 1yr walk through. however it would feel better had the majority of these been addressed prior to move in. as of now nothing too major, but attention to detail says a lot about ones craft, and they seem to have been lacking in some aspects. more so cosmetic, the "smart home" set up has been difficult, and why not install all of the ring functions they leave you with?? like i said small things that can be fixed, just not something you want to deal with after an EXPENSIVE purchase and moving in etc ...
