The new warranty system sucks

It was a nice experience

Lennar’s customer service representatives go above and beyond. Especially Landon and Carwin.

Lennar has been great -- friendly, responsive, prompt. Whoever did the appliance install is a different matter: the hot water did not work due to a melted connection, the microwave had been dropped, damaged and nevertheless installed, and the dishwasher install caused damage to the cabinet trim. Might want to review relationship with that subcontractor.

Sales and lender personnel are very knowledgeable, supportive and responsive. Their years of experience provide buyers with a trusted and proven source. Made the experience positive and assuring.

It's a very good choice

Being from out of state during buying and building process, Cannon and the sales team, and Dan and his crews were very helpful in making it a painless venture.

Our home is lovely. We found some problems, mostly plumbing, after we moved in, and Lennar responded quickly. Erosion control, however, us a problem throughout the community. I should be able to walk from my home to the nearby mailboxes using the sidewalks, but I cannot because they are covered with mud. The storm drains are clogged. Our backyard fills with mud and water after every storm.

I feel comfortable in my new home. The builders got done surprisingly quick. The quality is good.

Many hidden areas were not complete or unfinished

I was told that my property in the back would be level that was definitely not true , it is very difficult with the slopes and valleys . and also there are landscaping trees that are missing in the back which would Help with my safety from the main street . I have been denied twice concerning the fence in my yard due to the property lines.

Lennar does there best to guide you through the complete home buying process.

The staff is helpful and attentive. As with any new build, problems arise. Problems were attended to quickly.

Lennar is good builder. But, follow up is very poor. Roads are not done. Street lights are few and poor. The mail center is poor and a big trafgic hazrd. Betweem postal boxes and road there should be concrete. Now, it muddy grass The subdivision looks very poor unfinished roads. Please improve; Roads in the dub division Mail center Light in the streets Thanks.

Nice home, but some touch ups required by Lennar and the owner.

1. The quality of the drywall tape job in the ceiling was very visible in master bedroom, great room, and kitchen. 2. Some of the painting details was marginable. Paint shown on light fixtures, handrail and excessive paint shown on walls. (stairwell & hallway) 3. Although the garage was unfinished, there was one place the drywall tape exposed with no plaster.

I do love our new home, but I must say they dropped the ball on the finish work. Scratches on wood floors, nails protruding from walls, paint on carpet, dent in tub etc. It looks like it was rushed to complete and I don’t really think the finish workers cared that it was someone’s home. The neighborhood is great and the house is solid, but a bit more concern with the finished product would be good.

Well I felt in love with it since it was ash I felt rushveen that I still have to finish some budines in the other state I did not enjoy the walk to check tgat house n issues that had arise but I guess is my fault since I did not share my timing was very tight n the worst was that the registration of the ac I did not know I had to register not only one but 3 n beside the one outside I have to clim myself into the attic tgat but the way is dangerous ly build I don’t know how if there is a need to fixi it how the person is going to rusk falls down but any way I made it n send the info too late for 19 year warrant I wish the builders should have done this specially for a single senior woman the seller was very knowable n kind but a little push after all she needs to sale I wish I can give more feedback but I have not spend that mis ch time at the house yet n hopeful I don’t find any problems when the time cames thank u ... Cheap materials. Difficult to register LG appliances online. Electrical company doesn't know the address of our house. Had difficulty opening account.

The quality of the build is about what you would expect to find with any builder, meaning generally good construction, but like any construction there a few areas that are out of square.

The buying process was fairly smooth. I have had issues with the AC since moving in. It is working for the first time in 5 weeks.
