Some of the items that we had gone through on the walk through for punch list did not get done. I was told they would take care of it even after the closing but then when I tried to follow up after the closing I was immediately shuffled off to the warranty department. This caused a problem because we were not planning on occupying the house right away ...so now in order to get everything done I have to fly in or drive-in to meet whomever needs to fix their work. The work that they did fix in time was done well. And their defense are closing had to be done in 30 days so I understand the ...

Move in was delayed due to not passing inspection for foundation. Was delayed 2 months and due to scrambling to move the date back up after we were told it would be a 3 months delay we was forced to pay a per diem fee while we waited for the appraisal, since they moved the move in date up on us last minute

Love our new Lennar home. Build was completed on time and most issues were minor and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Lennar employees have been a pleasure to deal with. Community has great potential, however still waiting on some promised amenity’s from Lennar.

From the time I walked into the model, it has been a top notch experience! Realtor was great through the whole process. So helpful! Construction Manager was so in point, kept me in the loop with everything. Responded very quickly with every question or email! The NHO/TLC was so worth the time! Very informative, now that’s a must have experience. I wouldn’t trade my Lennar home experience with any other builder!

The LENNAR team we worked with throughout the home building process was first class! From the time we decided to purchase our home and even until now, weeks after we have settled in the team has been responsive and beyond helpful. We experienced building a home during unprecedented supply shortages and we were always kept up to date knowing timelines weren’t always set in stone due to the environment and not the builder. For the most part good. However, the floor has some anomalies. Not even in all locations and caulking in bathroom is cracking. Finally, no instructions on operation of dishwasher. The dishwasher had no warranty information and appears to have been installed incorrectly. When dishwasher door is closed it is not straight. The whole thing with the dishwasher seems to be a lack of detail.

The houses are built quickly. The 8’ wood doors and 10’ ceilings are very nice. The trim is wide with an updated look. The house has lots of quality windows with windowsills. Lennar kitchens are roomy with a big islands and lots of counter space. The downside of Lennar homes is the drywall finishing and painting in certain areas. Quality paint is not used and some areas need repainting.

Customer service very responsive but limited in what they could accomplish, who every over saw the house being built very poor, when we complained about the paint to the sub they sent out the answer was it was building grade paint and they new we would be repainting lots of hi tech items but most don't work at designed

It may be a common practice, but Lennar is among those builders who simply clear-cut every living thing wherever they build. The fact that they also use Bermuda grass means that for long periods of the year you will be living in an area completely devoid of anything green and living. Additionally, the home I bought was rife with issues including a severely uneven foundation in one room that still wasn't fixed by move-in even though it had been brought to the builder's attention many weeks earlier. Make sure all issues are closed before closing. Expect to spend 10% (paint, kitchen pantry wire mesh, doors) more on fixing poor quality related work. Extremely pleased with the layout of the house including linen closet space. Excellent warranty service provided by Kelly, superfast and responsive.
