House are beautiful but as soon you have issues (I found some defects on the finished) some where fixed as courtesy because the warranty didn’t cover it.

I had a horrible experience . The sale of my home depended on my purchase of this home. I needed one more day but lennar didn’t care. They would not give me one more day. They told me they would turn around and sell it for more than I was buying it for. The paint is awful it’s a flat pain shows all the marks. In the bathroom caulk is missing around the floors. I fell that the home was built so fast that paying attention to details are missed. My grass now that’s another issue. I have holes in the back yard where grass is missing. I was told that someone would come roll it but never happened. ...

For the price Lennar should paint the house inside with quality paint. We should not have to paint our entire house as soon as we move in. Also the lighting should be better. Only have canned lighting and have to replace lights. The tile is not sealed and you have to do that immediately when you move in.

Cheap material for the price paid. My stairs has crack from the neighbors garage, another wall has a crack from the other neighbors garage.

We really enjoyed working with Joe. He was the real face of Lennar for us. Always took the time to explain things and respond to calls and texts in a reasonable amount of time. I would work with Joe again and refer him to friends and family who are looking for a home!

What you see (model home) is not what you get. Have a professional home inspector look into the quality of home before you sign closing docs and get issues resolved.

I am very happy with my new house and community. The construction manager and sales rep were helpful during the build and responded quickly to any question I had. I particularly like that I can put a work request in the computer and a representative gets back to me quickly and sets up a repair man in a timely manner.
