Installed much lower quality appliances than what was wrote out in a SIGNED CONTRACT and shown to us in the model (which was stated several times that was the same we would be getting). They now will not return any form of communication and have stated "that's what you get, we're not doing anything about it." Awful customer service. They do NOT care about you no matter what documents are legally signed. Will never be purchasing another home from this buyer, and if you haven't already I would find someone else!

Your salesman had some misinterpretations. During walk thru the representative lied to me right in my face. I was pressured to close on home at the time water hadn't even been cut on and when it did there was a leak. I was still being pressured to close. Then my home had no shutters but was being pressured to close. Terrible experience and I wishi purchased with Lennar. Then after seeing some of the workmanship after moving in it's truly terrible.

Well I felt in love with it since it was ash I felt rushveen that I still have to finish some budines in the other state I did not enjoy the walk to check tgat house n issues that had arise but I guess is my fault since I did not share my timing was very tight n the worst was that the registration of the ac I did not know I had to register not only one but 3 n beside the one outside I have to clim myself into the attic tgat but the way is dangerous ly build I don’t know how if there is a need to fixi it how the person is going to rusk falls down but any way I made it n send the info too late ...

The whole experience was well done. Due to all the computer work involved, Lennar 's people were very helpful and very patient with helping me work through the process. The house is very well built and is very comfortable. A word of warning...the HOA is very difficult to deal with and everything is written to favor them.

This is our 4th time buying a home so we're not rookies. Lennar is a top 3 volume homebuilder in US and a publicly traded stock. I knew not to worry buying from them...but they clearly know what they are doing. Any tiny adjustment needed was quickly handled by Jackie and Tony. Great people. Jackie showed us the app and it is GREAT! Thanks Jackie ! Great home and great experience.

This was our third Lennar home purchased in the Carolinas. Never had a problem with them before and overall we are satisfied with our purchase. That being said, there does seem to be a downturn in the quality of work. Hoping this turns out to be the right move.

Very mean and unprofessional staff. Issues are taken careless and lied to customers on sale and follow up is a disaster. They are very desperate to sell property with poor quality. No one care!

We are loving our Lennar home! They have been great from beginning to end! Angie the onsite agent was AMAZING and promptly answered any and all questions we had! Our construction manager Aaron was fantastic! He kept us informed with weekly updates and promptly addressed and corrected any concerns! Kari was a true delight and did a thorough walk through with us on our new home celebration. She even noticed some sod in the backyard that wasn’t rooting and requested that it be replaced before we even noticed it!! We have some concerns about our flooring. We had hard woods and had a major leak which required only replacement of a portion of the flooring. It was also installed without acclimation and air condition. The floor was installed for three weeks with no AC and the some areas are showing sigh Ed of swelling and expansion. The appliances specifically dish washer had various problems and Electrolux support is terrible.
