Very poor experience, don't recommend to anyone !!!

It was my worst experience buiding a home . Quality is extremely poor, standards are very low for the premium price that was paid. Most of the workers don't speak English and try to do a quick very poor job . Would not recommend them to anyone

Poor experience. House built poorly. Still finding garbage everywhere they put the sod down over garbage I had to pull roof shingles out from underneath my lawn. Very disappointed.

Abysmal experience with builder. Beware. Over 30 items on our punch list were ignored or halfway completed to satisfaction. Should have been a great experience as this was supposed to be my "last" home purchase in this 55 and older community. Instead, it was defeating and super stressful.

Terrible overall experience

The builders completely missed our change request order, had we not found it ourselves by driving by, it would have not been caught u til too late. This happened twice during the build. And don’t even think about trying to use their financing company, most unprofessional and joke of a lending company

Horrible repair and maintenance

1) Lawn was horrible at the time of closing. After 1 that I was told that it was layed months back without any property maintainanice. Due to this I have pay the expenses to replace it. 2) Restroom and others have issues 3) newly installed fridge needs repair Overall not happy of getting a brand new house and get these issues frequently

Installed much lower quality appliances than what was wrote out in a SIGNED CONTRACT and shown to us in the model (which was stated several times that was the same we would be getting). They now will not return any form of communication and have stated "that's what you get, we're not doing anything about it." Awful customer service. They do NOT care about you no matter what documents are legally signed. Will never be purchasing another home from this buyer, and if you haven't already I would find someone else!

Complete Disaster

Lied to us to get us to buy sooner, lost over 4K breaking our lease. Lawn either dead or dying when we moved in. Many issues with home itself, who puts a vent directly above the shower so air blows on you when you are in said shower? Nothing but complete regret buying this home, if we were not desparate to get out of renting we would have walked away. Should have looked at other options.

Paper work for closing wasn’t ready on time waited till the day before closing. And there were a bunch of mistakes. Then the day of the closing I had to sit there for way to long because they took forever to fix the mistakes! 10/10 will not ever go through lennar for a mortgage again!

I wouldn’t trust Lennar to build a tiny home for a dog. Let alone another home for me. The saleswoman lied and was terrible, the construction team lied and made excuses for everything, the craftsmanship of this entire home is complete trash. We requested our earnest back when the backyard fell in and were told no- when you all to date have done nothing to fix it. The soil is so terrible back there the trees behind the home can’t even withstand a normal rainy day.

No kind of spare materials left. Shoddy work with damaged stuff with multiple holes put in kitchen cupboards and on raising it as issue, was justified saying this is all fine and put in model house

I love our new home but when it comes to Lennar taking care of simple issues that were clearly caused by them don’t expect much after closing. McKenna who is the Lennar employee responsible for processing the warranty repair’s is rude and unprofessional. For example she disagreed with an issue stating that it’s cosmetic and after speaking to her on the phone she AGREED TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT IN PERSON BUT STATED SHE WAS STILL GOING TO DENY IT even before seeing it in person. Very unprofessional and inexperienced construction managers with zero value addition or supervision. Subcontractors are all free to do or not to do what they want or not want.

We are beyond disappointed after spending half a million dollars on a home where the walls aren’t square, nail pops all over the house, the pendant lights are not center over the bar, and we have nothing but dead grass outside. Awful experience. Wouldn’t do it again, and I wish we backed out of the deal.

Houses are built of poor quality and lot of cosmetic issues. Honestly this is my first time home purchase and I went with lennar since it's a good brand but very disappointed for the price that I paid. Lennar's mantra is 'Everything is Included' but they did not offer me a single extra thing I have asked for. Considering the price I paid this house is not worth it

I was told I had to rewrite this because my first review was too strong. Our home buying experience was less than satisfying. Our salesperson, once the papers were signed, disappeared. Many emails and text messages were ignored. Not very comforting. We even recommended that a friend buy in the neighborhood. They did. Do you think it may have been nice if our salesperson reached out to us and said thank you for the referral. Of course not. We will move again for sure. But if this salesperson has anything to do with our next development, we will move on.

We spent a lot of money for builder grade finishings like a can light in the foyer and bedrooms, no mirrors in the bathrooms, no towel bars or shower rods at all. We couldn’t know because there was no model for our home. The walls are wavy, the corners are all crooked, the master bedroom door wouldn’t stay closed because the lock was not aligned. The closing was over one month late costing us $2500 in rent which they refused to compensate. The microwave was unlevel and had to be fixed three times. I had a bad experience with Lennar throughout the construction process and even after completing the house construction. Construction manager was terrible, he does not care about what you are saying, even he does not listen to you. Whatever you say he simply says that is what it is. I wanted to go for the prepurchase inspection and asked the construction manager several times that was everything ready, he said yes every time but, on the inspection, day we noticed water meter did not get installed and house was messy everywhere, toilets were messy I concerned about it several times, but ...

Too many issue overlooked. I don’t really know why they have a construction manager if that person is not going to supervise. Here is the list of some of the issues we had the first 2-4 weeks after closing. Gas leak, broken septic tank, electrical issues, Dishwasher was broken during installation (it leaks) really poor drywall finish where you see all joints, poor workmanship for all finishes. Honestly this does NOT feel like a new home. It’s been a headache from day one. In my opinion Lennar is like a fast food restaurant. I will never recommend lennar!!!!!

What an absolute nightmare of a home, DO NOT BUY! This is hands down the worst home I’ve ever been in. From the terrible experience with their mortgage team, to getting left high and dry on terrible workmanship, I absolutely do not suggest you buy a Lennar home. Everything on my house was done last minute slapped together and I’ve just taken the beating because it looked good for a solid second. Giant moat in backward won’t get fixed so I’m stuck with a huge landscaping bill. Entire house covered in huge cracks, trim separations, and nail pops which won’t be fixed because it’s “cosmetic.” ...

Lennar released property to me as a purchaser with grading and drainage issues. Part of the property is a retention wall, house is built on a slope. During the construction, after hurricane Ian sink holes appeared on the property. In the next couple of visits, I expressed my concern with the stability of the land, but construction engineer said that Lennar will do it right. In good faith, I trusted that the builder have good reputation and will not allow unsolved problems before passing the property to the purchaser.
