We are beyond disappointed after spending half a million dollars on a home where the walls aren’t square, nail pops all over the house, the pendant lights are not center over the bar, and we have nothing but dead grass outside. Awful experience. Wouldn’t do it again, and I wish we backed out of the deal.

Houses are built of poor quality and lot of cosmetic issues. Honestly this is my first time home purchase and I went with lennar since it's a good brand but very disappointed for the price that I paid. Lennar's mantra is 'Everything is Included' but they did not offer me a single extra thing I have asked for. Considering the price I paid this house is not worth it

We spent a lot of money for builder grade finishings like a can light in the foyer and bedrooms, no mirrors in the bathrooms, no towel bars or shower rods at all. We couldn’t know because there was no model for our home. The walls are wavy, the corners are all crooked, the master bedroom door wouldn’t stay closed because the lock was not aligned. The closing was over one month late costing us $2500 in rent which they refused to compensate. The microwave was unlevel and had to be fixed three times. I had a bad experience with Lennar throughout the construction process and even after completing the house construction. Construction manager was terrible, he does not care about what you are saying, even he does not listen to you. Whatever you say he simply says that is what it is. I wanted to go for the prepurchase inspection and asked the construction manager several times that was everything ready, he said yes every time but, on the inspection, day we noticed water meter did not get installed and house was messy everywhere, toilets were messy I concerned about it several times, but ...

Too many issue overlooked. I don’t really know why they have a construction manager if that person is not going to supervise. Here is the list of some of the issues we had the first 2-4 weeks after closing. Gas leak, broken septic tank, electrical issues, Dishwasher was broken during installation (it leaks) really poor drywall finish where you see all joints, poor workmanship for all finishes. Honestly this does NOT feel like a new home. It’s been a headache from day one. In my opinion Lennar is like a fast food restaurant. I will never recommend lennar!!!!!

What an absolute nightmare of a home, DO NOT BUY! This is hands down the worst home I’ve ever been in. From the terrible experience with their mortgage team, to getting left high and dry on terrible workmanship, I absolutely do not suggest you buy a Lennar home. Everything on my house was done last minute slapped together and I’ve just taken the beating because it looked good for a solid second. Giant moat in backward won’t get fixed so I’m stuck with a huge landscaping bill. Entire house covered in huge cracks, trim separations, and nail pops which won’t be fixed because it’s “cosmetic.” ...

I would not suggest a Lennar home to anyone. There is no quality in our Lennar home. The shoddy work, incompleted work, no attention to detail, horrible mistakes that were left, horrible painting job, etc. I can go on and on. #donotbuyLennar is what I plan to go viral with. Lennar released property to me as a purchaser with grading and drainage issues. Part of the property is a retention wall, house is built on a slope. During the construction, after hurricane Ian sink holes appeared on the property. In the next couple of visits, I expressed my concern with the stability of the land, but construction engineer said that Lennar will do it right. In good faith, I trusted that the builder have good reputation and will not allow unsolved problems before passing the property to the purchaser. The closing process was very stressful and communication between Lennar and the attorney was disastrous. Old documents were mailed, documents were signed after the fact, and signing day was not pleasant. Please do better, Lennar.

My experience was very bad. It started with the first walk-through. I identify some stuff. The second walk-through identified some stuff. It is now been 45 days in the items that I identified to be fixed is still not fixed. Follow up from all of the above is very, very poor. I asked for a price adjustment paid 15,000 more for the same home that sold across the street. overall a very bad experience.

My experience with Lennar was the worst. There were so many issues with the building of my home. Lack of communication with the Sales Person and Sr. Project Manager. I would not recommend Lennar Builders

Bad customer experience. Without water approval the sod is installed for the home backyard ,no water for the sod for more than month.During TLC review I have raised the concern about the sod dying,lennar said sod will come back.Now it’s 2 to 3 months and the sod is dead,when I go back and raise a request,no response.This happened for many houses . NO response from lennar and very bad customer experience. There are multiple points for the bad customer experience.

We had a great experience with Lennar up until the end. But 2 days before close they sent us an updated survey showing that 60% of our lot was unusable due to easements and buffers. It turns out that had been planned prior to us ever going under contract but was never disclosed. They essentially backed us into closing by waiting until we’d already sold our other home to tell us this. They didn’t sod half of our yard and left construction debris in it. This national builder does not live up to its promises. The representatives are either lying or don’t know their business. The closing was a slapstick scene from a comedy, but we weren’t laughing. The follow up to fix outstanding items has been a nightmare. Several repairs have required multiple visits. No one from the builder will take responsibility, everyone just passes the buck. Mediocre finished product and horrid customer service from the builder.

First our closing process was the most stressful and unprofessional as you can experience. Pushed , delayed, communication was poor and even threatened to lose our house . Wouldn't lock us in till 2 weeks before close with very little notice , tried to jack our rates up . Building process was same , using subcontractors with poor work inside and out. And been a nightmare getting fixed , tried to force DocuSign without completing work. NOT EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED as lennar states, they changed our wall color with no choice but accept. Craftsmanship is below par and have a lot flaws. Mentioned it to dirt walk through and took a long time to fix it. Took off many times and was stood up by concrete 4 times without a notice and I have to follow up a lot of times. Until now it’s not fixed. Been lied during building process and overlooked it . Been lied again and might follow up with Lennar corporate to get it resolve. Upset with the company and couple employees. Jerry and Brandon are the one been helpful

they are not building very neatly, they put a laminate with humps, the tiles in the bathroom are crooked, the water ticks in during the rain from under the door! they don’t give paint to the wall and it’s not available in stores! you have to repaint everything with another paint in a different color, instead of a little grease! troyat quickly and badly! I don't recommend buying from them!

I had a horrible experience . The sale of my home depended on my purchase of this home. I needed one more day but lennar didn’t care. They would not give me one more day. They told me they would turn around and sell it for more than I was buying it for. The paint is awful it’s a flat pain shows all the marks. In the bathroom caulk is missing around the floors. I fell that the home was built so fast that paying attention to details are missed. My grass now that’s another issue. I have holes in the back yard where grass is missing.
