Great experience working with Angie in sales. Not a fan for Lennar’s “new home celebration.” Lennar should provide adequate time for a proper walk through. Some of the work was not great quality and if items are missed in new home celebration, it is difficult to get Lennar to address. I have been “ghosted” by both construction manager and customer care team. Very unprofessional way to do business.

I don’t know where to start here. They use the cheapest labor. Cheapest parts. We moved into our home, and our home received 0 internet signal (we pay through our hoa). Cheap siding that had fallen off more than once. Then the people who fix it, leave white caulking on the side of the house and expect you to file claims to get it fixed. Plumbing was backed up with concrete. Rocks. Trash. Screws. Our customer service rep tried saying “well we can’t prove that it was or wasn’t you”. As if my family and o would take off toilets and sinks, to jam a bunch of rocks and concrete into our new home ...

Complete Disaster

Lied to us to get us to buy sooner, lost over 4K breaking our lease. Lawn either dead or dying when we moved in. Many issues with home itself, who puts a vent directly above the shower so air blows on you when you are in said shower? Nothing but complete regret buying this home, if we were not desparate to get out of renting we would have walked away. Should have looked at other options.

The sales woman Lauren completely lied through her teeth about multiple things. Most of the time I think she just didn’t know the answer but acted like she did. The day after we signed I never heard from her again despite reaching out multiple times. She passed us off to Elle the homebuyer concierge who was useless. She would take days to get back to me if at all and when she did she would not help at all just tie in someone else from Lennar who wouldn’t respond. My wife and I purchased our home in May 2025 and it was everything we expected! Of course being that our home was brand new we had small issues. I had a great experience after the real estate agent handed me off. Lauren gave us incorrect information about the home that would later cause issues for me. Everyone else was great. Jake especially, the construction manager, was really on top of everything. He handled all issues seamlessly. Love my home!

Home is basic,no laundry closet

I have been at the property for nearly 2 months and have not had the following issues addressed: Approval to garden in backyard (plant trees ),the sod placed did not take & has not been replaced. I inquired about installing a fence in backyard & again no response. There's no communication from the Lennar office personnel. I'm greatly dissapointed.

This was our first experience buying a new home and we were left with a very bad taste. I do understand some issues may arise, but having water coming down into the bedroom at the first storm and after the inspector had pointed out an issue with a pipe on the roof, was the extreme disappointment. I've observed nails popping out, which is also disappointing at less than 60 days. Cherry on top are the multiple driveway damages from your construction crews that keep driving big trucks over it.

House is nice. Purchase was not. The person I dealt with at Lennar’s office seemed to think it was a privilege to be buying this house. If it were not for the real estate agent, Barbara, the sale might not have happened. After the sale, Lennar has been good about addressing a concern with the backyard , and helpful with info to assist in upgrading the electric service beyond what would be needed in most residences.

The process was fast and efficient. We were able to do inspection at framing and post drywall. The final walk we found numerous items that the builder claimed were cosmetic (poor contractor practices) that will eventually become issues. Water pooling on the seat in the shower. Trim that should be square left at noticeable angles. Metal hardware left in the garbage disposal that we can't remove. They just got it done in the 92 day deadline with little effort to do it right.

My wife and I had a great experience working with sales consultants, builders, loan officers and everyone in between. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Listened and explained everything to us in a way we could understood our questions and concerns and answered all our questions in a way that made sense to us. They all worked with us on our schedule to accommodate our needs. It felt like we were dealing with family the whole time. Great experience!

The purchase process was more difficult than expected. Had to make numerous requests because the electronic system was challenging. Identified numerous blue and green tape items and some were missed or not repaired. QA/QC Program is in need of revamping or people really need to administer it. Upon closing keys did not open my doors. Dishwasher was not installed correctly. They are working to address these things now.

At first I had a great experience with the seller’s agent… however she left the organization and I lost a valuable contact as the new agent never called me or returned any of my messages. During the celebration walk trough the agent was a bit dry and kept making comments about how her house was not as nice as the one I was buying. She would get annoyed when I pointed out things that needed to be addressed, then the finance processing was a nightmare as I was not even sure if I was going to close until 30 mins before closing. Paper work for closing wasn’t ready on time waited till the day before closing. And there were a bunch of mistakes. Then the day of the closing I had to sit there for way to long because they took forever to fix the mistakes! 10/10 will not ever go through lennar for a mortgage again!

I had the worse home buying experience!!! NEVER use all Lennar products together, like the builder and loan company (even though they give you insentive) because when 1 of them goes wrong they will work together to screw YOU. From the start the agent Kim was terrible. We felt something was off but didnt want to make blank judgements. Cannot be trusted for the first dream homes

I was very excited to buy a home in this community. First of all, they didn’t finish the home until the day of closing. They were still working on that day just until I closed and then vanished. Work outside and inside was pending. I had reported the plumbing issue and was told it will be taken care of. They have installed a non-standard bathtub and surrounding wall which does not fit and due to which lot of water is going to waste. I raised several requests but all requests have been closed without any resolution. I am very disappointed with my decision to buy here.
