Overall the process to get to my new home was great. There are opportunities to improve the flow of communication and their process working with their internal lender that were mildly frustrating. But the quality of the home and getting to the finish was fantastic. My family is enjoying the home that Lennar built and hope to for many years satisfied years ahead.

Attention to small details needs improvement: , painting, door latches, caulking around door frame, noisy fan motor, window blinds. No choice of side walls color. Wish we had available options of paint type even as an option. Overall, it was a great choice for us.

Watched building of the house from the ground up. Supervisor did a Great Job keeping us up to date. Answering all questions with knowledge of the work being done. Can't say enough good things about them.

Overall, we have had a great home buying experience with Lennar. At inspection, they responded to all of our questions and addressed our concerns immediately. We would recommend Lennar as a good builder to our friends and family.

From the time you choose a home until the time you move in Lennar is best in the business. The things after closing need a little help - like things that were pointed out during the walkthrough but missed in the repair - hard to get someone to care.

The house is very nice. There were definitely some issues that weren't caught initially but they're happy to fix everything in a timely manner.

Was impressed with the overall process from contract signing to loan closing, the timing was exceptional. My loan officer was extremely cordial and worked the processes throughout smoothly and kept me informed. The concierge service doesn't seem to be any benefit to customers or the company, at least to me personally. No follow up and untimely responses unfortunately. Responsiveness to issues does not apply to sales or lending otherwise it would be a 5 star.

My husband and I moved from Suffolk County, New York and are extremely happy in our new home and neighborhood. The house is beautiful, there is so much natural light that you can’t help but smile. We have had a few issues but they were all taken care of very quickly. So happy that we chose a home built by Lennar.

The entire experience went so smooth. Everyone from Lennar were great to work with. Lennar took care of everything very quickly and responded quickly to any issues after closing, like door lock adjustment or missing a rod for our blinds. We only had minor issues. I would highly recommend a Lennar home!

Great experience from purchasing, loan and final walk through, Riley, Andrea and Marcelino are top notch and grateful for the beautiful home in a great area!

There is one issue i am still waiting for the superintendent Daniel to resolve. That is the dead grass, at the orientation we asked about the dead grass and he informed us the grass was installed when it was cold then it turned hot so the grass was not doing good and then said they were going to fertilize and airate it. the following week when we closed the grass still looked dead so we asked him about it and he said he would continue watering it and would send an email (never got ) regarding the grass. When we moved in grass was still dead but there was a-lot of weeds so it looked green. i spoke to Daniel twice about the grass since we moved in and the first time he said he was going to get the landscaper over, i never heard from him so when i called back he said he had to talk to his boss. still waiting for a call back to tell me what his boss said. Very disappointing to come from the desert expecting nice green grass to only have weeds. i also was not happy i did not know about the big drain grate in my back yard. Thats what you get buying a house 1800 miles away and not seeing it till the orientation. Please contact me! trustworthiness and responsiveness are 4’s due to the dead grass. ... More

We had a great experience buying with Lennar. Everyone we worked with were so friendly and answered all of our questions. They answered the phone every time we called and always got back to us quickly. We will work with them again in the future.

Working with Lennar was no work at all. They kept me in the loop from foundation to closing. Great workmanship. I love my new home!

We did everything remotely after picking out the style of home and lot we liked. The team at Lennar was always relaying messages and weekly videos of our new home. They made it seem like they were there the entire time!

As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous about buying A home even more so a brand new home.I have to say Lennar has developed a very cohesive and efficient process from making the home purchase, to their mortgage lending process, home walkthroughs (pre-drywall, new home orientation and celebration walk) and to customer service contacts and help post closing. In each phase of the process every Lennar representative acted with professionalism and quality-care. The online step by step guidances provided to the new homeowners are well planned/thought out and extremely helpful and insightful. I would be lost without them. The Everything’s Included and automated packages are a plus. I could go on and on, but will end on this note. Could make the closing a little stressful. Had to make last minute changes in order to close.
