In today’s world can’t really complain how house was built. I’ve seen garbage from high end builders and vice versa so they did a fine job. Only major complaint is lack of customization options. Basically getting the exact model home. Paint colors, moldings, finishes, etc. would really cut down on future work and added cost.

We spent a lot of money for builder grade finishings like a can light in the foyer and bedrooms, no mirrors in the bathrooms, no towel bars or shower rods at all. We couldn’t know because there was no model for our home. The walls are wavy, the corners are all crooked, the master bedroom door wouldn’t stay closed because the lock was not aligned. The closing was over one month late costing us $2500 in rent which they refused to compensate. The microwave was unlevel and had to be fixed three times. The overall process wasn't smooth and the negotiation part could have been better. I didn't have a lot of trust in all that process, seemed like something was all the time hidden from me. When moved I noticed a lot of things were done quickly, just to be done. Especially painting and finished. Lots of things left unfinished which aren't covered by warranty. Overall process I think could have been better. For the future reference, try and negociate the more you can, don't rush and if you finance with Lennar and you don't like your mortgage officer, switch to a different one. That will ...

Every part of the process from first walking into the model home until the day of closing, was fantastic. The Home is beautiful. Encountered one or two small details that had issues after closing. I called Lennar and they were at my home in a week to fix it. Fantastic

I love the home and overall community. There are sone items from the builder stand point that I think should be handled differently. First, I have noticed multiple homes being sold to corporate rental companies at much lower prices which affects my homes price. Secondly, I have found the landscaping to be very cheap and not planted all that well. Since moving in I have had multiple dead shrubs and my grass is dying while other lots are flourishing. The grass is flourishing without water. I water my trees, bushes and grass twice a day but still dying.

The financial team was not aware of the new VA loan process. My processor did not communicate with me until 30 days before closing. I started my home buying process in August of 2022. I did not speak with her until late April early May 2023. I eventually had to use outside lenders and obtain legal counsel to close on my home. This process was horrible.

I had an overall good experience purchasing a Lennar home. Lennar has great people serving the company, including the sales agent, my loan officer, the construction manager and customer service rep., who were all excellent in their roles to support my purchase. However, I was personally challenged with a number of problems that showed right after signing the contract and moving in, which can happen. Overall very happy with our new home purchase. There are some minor issues that we have to take care of since the house was a former model home and purchased “as is”. Quality of tile craftsmanship was only average and paint splatters have been found all around the home on the hardwood floors. It does clean off but the cleaning crew that prepared the home for us was subpar. The baseboards and window sills were dusty and corners had cobwebs. I had a on site superintendent that was great and we were provided weekly up dates I do wish Lennar was more willing to do changes but I get it . My biggest advice would be to keep things personal and not so mechanical

I think that many materials are cheap. Outside too... they used not good soil for the grass and so much pine needle that people are changing with mulch. So I don t understand why they didn't choose mulch instead of pine needle

I expected better quality inside and outside. Also the cleaning...they left something in the carpet, some on the cabinets... I found piece of iron under grass... very dangerous if you are barefoot.

The buying experience was professional and smooth. The on site sales rep, Elson, was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficient. Made the process simple and enjoyable. Only problem was, at the price we were paying, Lennar should have been more flexible with some last minute changes. Also, many of the things they did in earlier homes they stopped doing: lighting, alarm, ring door bells, electronic locks, they stopped doing, but we paid a higher price than those folks without the extras.
