This was my first home so cannot compare with other builders but it was a decent experience. The consultant I worked with would quickly respond to my questions. I feel they could have made closing more exciting, you do not meet any lennar representative while closing and getting keys.

After the walk through nothing has been repaired. We also have not been able to complete the warranty process. Call numbers and no one will return calls. Make sure everything is done before you close or you will be extremely disappointed

Overall experience is just "ok". If I had the option, I would have chosen a different builder. Complete mess, from the Lennar mortgage (waited 3 hrs during the closing) to home automation (water shut off, door bell video), which was described as a key differentiation from other builders but then wasn't on my home, and when I queried Lennar policy, they said they no longer supply automatic water shut off.

Elson was great as was Angela with the mortgage I am very disappointed that no one can tell us when the boat slips are to be finished or how they are to be allocated. I have seen NOTHING done to build them and that is one reason we moved here

Our last few homes were of much higher quality. From thin paint (areas you can see the drywall), to cheap fixtures and materials to Lennar dropping the home automation (wireless thermostats, ring cameras, etc), backyard paver patios & grills - they were certainly looking to maximize profit and finish out the neighborhood (we were one of the last homes built). Would likely not buy another Lennar home.

Overall, we had a great experience purchasing our home. It is a very well developed neighborhood and great place to live.

Selling office very friendly and helpful. Home build very nice.after purchasing customer support was excellent.

Terrible trade quality across the board

As realtors and having brought 10 new clients to the community prior to our own purchase, my wife and I expected to have an advantage going into the new construction process with Lennar. No such luck. Having been assigned the worst construction manager we've met - a 25-year old who was brand new to the community, new to his trade crews and new to us - the experience was more challenging, more confrontational and upsetting than we could have ever imagined. We came to know Parker as Mr. No because his knee jerk reaction to every request for improvement was "no", or "It's not Lennar standard", leaving us disillusioned and unhappy. He had in no way mastered the craft nor did he take a proactive approach to the quality of his crews' work. Biggest issues - watered down paint applied single coat, trim, roof and siding. If not for the strong support from Lennar customer care before and especially after closing, our ratings would be lower. But I guess from the get-go there were some warning signs that Lennar wasn't too concerned with catering to every customer's needs, as we saw Sales reduce the prices of neighboring homes several times after after we went under contract. Highly recommend having a home inspector. After moving in there are little issues left and right that I don't feel like I should be finding in a new build. Sod that is not placed properly, floor buckling, uneven walls, uneven floors etc. After paying 400k + for a house I should not feel like i've been cheated in a way. Not sure if I recommend Lennar.

The finishes of the house could have been better especially when it comes to the paint . Flooring is OK engineered wood for Flooring isn't the greatest option, the quality isn't good. So far no major issues with the house.

Tabitha was amazing from the start to the end as I wanted rbis house since Feb of 2022. She kept me in mind and promised me I would get this house. Any questions I had she answers and if she didn’t know she made sure to find out. Ryan made sure my house was not only completed on time but earlier than expected. Any questions I had he had the answer. This is our second new build and by far as been THEEE BEST experience thus far. My family love our “HOME”

Lennar is exceptional and would love to buy my future house with them.

I had a great home buying experience. Everyone from office sales people, construction managers, Lennar reps, etc. have been extremely helpful, informative, and very courteous. I would recommend to everyone to buy a Lennar Home

Happy with my home , great after service from Lennar after we move in our home.

I had a bad experience with Lennar throughout the construction process and even after completing the house construction. Construction manager was terrible, he does not care about what you are saying, even he does not listen to you. Whatever you say he simply says that is what it is. I wanted to go for the prepurchase inspection and asked the construction manager several times that was everything ready, he said yes every time but, on the inspection, day we noticed water meter did not get installed and house was messy everywhere, toilets were messy I concerned about it several times, but construction manager did not even care. The grading and house quality is very poor. They rushed me to find the cosmetic and other issue in the house within an hour. They don't let you to put blue tape as well. Too many issue overlooked. I don’t really know why they have a construction manager if that person is not going to supervise. Here is the list of some of the issues we had the first 2-4 weeks after closing. Gas leak, broken septic tank, electrical issues, Dishwasher was broken during installation (it leaks) really poor drywall finish where you see all joints, poor workmanship for all finishes. Honestly this does NOT feel like a new home. It’s been a headache from day one. In my opinion Lennar is like a fast food restaurant. I will never recommend lennar!!!!!

Very satisfying. I reside out of town in another state and relied on a relative to handle on site visits as well as some correspondence. All went well and Lennar cooperated with the situation. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Lennar took great care of me. Andrea (Lennar Mortgage), Mary (Closing Coordinator), and Derek (Construction) were by my side every step of the way in my buying process, making the whole experience seamless.

USPS will not deliver mail for those of us on Eden Ave. our mailbox location in the wrong location for the mail carrier our street uses. USPS says they can’t get Kenner to do anything about it. It’s been months of having to go to usps location to pick up ourselves.

The house design and sales agent were great. That is where it ends. At best the craftsmanship is poor. Lack of attention to detail is on full display. When you are paying near 500K for a home, one deserves more than shoddy work. Lennar is not responsive to requests for service and fabricates excuses why they are not liable.

Professional and focused representatives. From the initial contact and sales experience through the construction management process to our new home finalization and orientation, everyone has been thorough and helpful. We expect and hope to not need to move again for a long long time, but know the builder and employees do seem to care well for potential and current homeowners.

Except for garage door issue and HVAC, which are taken care of timely upon request, otherwise 5 stars for all other

The overall experience was stressful , I believe that the craftsmanship of the house is poor, as I am already seeing nail pops , had to have warranty work done . When asked if I could have some paint to touch up my walls after moving in , I was told you can go to Sherwood Williams and tell them Lennar house Walnut Creek and they know the paint . To be honest that’s not what someone that pays 500,000 for a home wants to hear , your build supervisor did catch the pillar in front of my home as twisted . Placement of light switches are awful why not have a switch in the garage for the garage , No outlet near the water main to use the monitoring items that require 120 v , I rate my over at 3 stars , some people on your team work as hard as they can to please the buyer others are just there to collect a check and you can see that , the warranty dept was quick to come and fix my issues , slate did a great job of keeping me in the loop. ... The home buying experience went well and was easy. The quality isn't exactly what we expected. There are dents, dings, flaws, and stains throughout. The carpet was placed in the home much too early in the process and was handed over to us with clay stains throughout. Two toilets were covered in urine from the construction workers, and the primary shower was not clean. The house just felt dirty when we moved in. That was disappointing. There hasn't been any follow up with anyone on the team either since escrow closed. This isn't the experience we expected from Lennar. We're hopeful the flaws are only cosmetic.
