Qualify workmanship. Never hear any noise from the connecting walls from neighbors. Made one request after moving in to adjust the front door, so it didn't rub at the rop when closing. Fixed right away. Very happy with our new townhome!

Very happy and satisfied with my new home. Collin is very helpful, trustworthy and good customer service.

Pleased with home and eventual completion of warranty items. Had to email my warranty representative multiple times with no response and website did not work. Eventually got amazing help. Be nice to have a referral program with a finders fee when homeowner finds a new customer for Lennar.

Overall experience is pretty seamless however it was not worthy negotiations I didn’t got good support from seller it was my interest in Lennar construction to move forward with, quality of construction is good. Only thing I hated is experience with lending they could have done much much better they barely take your calls being first time buying I expected better handling of my case. Apart from that I love this home.

Some things were a little different than in the model home which wasn’t expected especially the paint! Did not like the flat white paint throughout the home.

This process was fast (16 days start to finish) and we were not prepared to move in 16 days, but we did it. The process is definitely nerve wracking because things move so fast and if it is your first time buying a home, it will be very overwhelming. However, everyone is amazing with helping and walking your through things. The most nerve-wracking thing was not knowing you had the final approval until days before the closing and having to pack up your house and do all the things associated with moving totally by faith! That part was probably the most frustrating thing, but it's the way it goes and we got a great deal. As far as craftsmanship, the houses are constructed well and very well thought. Sure, there are things that were done because it was cheaper, like the paint. It's contractor's paint and the cheapest they have. So, plan to repaint at some point once you are completely moved in because you will have scuffs from moving and so forth. Overall, we would definitely recommend Lennar. ... More

Don’t ever use Lennar Mortgage. They are horrible to work with.

Working with Lennar was great . There were a few minor hiccups in my home.

The sales person was terrific, very helpful and informative. The home is quite lovely, there were a few minor issues but Lennar was Johnny on the spot and took care of them super fast! The neighborhood is lovely, only issues are the same everywhere, parking is challenging and while parking on the street is not allowed, there are those few who park there any way. My husband and I are very happy with our home and with Lennar, especially our property manager, they are just such a great resource for everything! Finally, if you're looking to buy a new home here, Do It!

The house is beautiful, and well built!! My salesperson Brent was exceptional, and so helpful!! The whole process was great!! I only wish the garage was a bit bigger, but I'm very happy in choosing Lennar for building my new home.

The Lennar staff were so welcoming to my Realtor and I. Every staff we reached out to were very professional and communicative. Every question I asked, they were very knowledgeable. I would recommend Lennar to family, friends, and associates.

Going under contract was very smooth and easy. The financing was quite a different story. We advised the mortgage person that we would be paying off the mortgage as soon as our former house closed. We were approved for the mortgage and then informed at a later date that we had been denied. We were able to work with a mortgage broker to secure financing...nonetheless. Once we moved in any issue that arouse was immediately addressed and resolved.

I waited on doing a review to see how the entire homebuying experience would be from start to finish. Let me tell you, Lennar has an outstanding group that will help you every step of the way.. Amy did my showing and she has been wonderful. Even after she did her part she stayed in touch checking in with me through the whole process and even after. Nick and his team were a huge help going through all of the signing, collecting documents and making sure I understood everything from start to finish. He’s even helped me since I’ve moved in answering any questions I’ve had. I’ve been in my townhouse for 2 months now and couldn’t be happier with my experience with Lennar. We found the Lennar staff very easy to work with. Always responsive with questions and concerns. I think my only disappointment has been "builder grade" everything from the floor coverings to appliance package. But, for the great price we paid for the home I guess that is to be expected. We practically begged to install our own carpet but that was not happening. I do wish there were some options to upgrade but that doesn't seem to be how Lennar operates. Overall we are very happy with our home!

Was not informed I had to buy and install towel holders . never bought a house with that not included. Also garage not finished off never had that issue as well. we have built 7 new homes in the last 10 years so I am aware of what other builders include. Price was very good for area.

The main problem I had is with the mailing address being different from the physical address. Also it would be nice if the buyers were given the measurements of the furnace filters. Perhaps leave one set of filters with the home.

Don't explain items until after sale

This is the first time we have bought a home. We decided to go with a new build in the Woodruff area. The sales people and finance people were great. Once we were in the home it was hard to get a hold of the HOA over our neighborhood. I will say to read the CCRs before you put down any earnest money. They are not transparent about that. We have a few pets a lots of children. We wanted to put up a fence. They say explicitly that you can’t do chain link or wood fences. They want you to get a black picket fence. There are two other homes in the area with white vinyl fencing. So we decided to go ahead and ask for the white vinyl as the dogs can jump over the black picket fencing and there is no privacy with those. The HOA approved our request but only with constant hounding. It took months for an approval and they have it written in the CCRs that they can take as long as they want to get back to the home owners with an answer. Well, we decide to go ahead and order the materials and get a contractor to schedule us for install. Two days before the installation of our new fence the HOA sends another email stating that they have to revoke our approval because Lennar “the builder” decided they don’t want us to have white vinyl and we have to stick with the black picket fencing. The HOA even wrote in an email to me stating that they are all for the change to include the more modern fencing options but they can’t do anything against Lennar. Now I have to spend more money on legal counsel and will be looking to sell my property if we can’t get this settled. By the way, we can’t get a straight answer for anything, Lennar points us to the HOA and then the HOA points us back to Lennar. I highly recommend doing all of your due diligence. If you are a new home buyer please please read your CCRs before committing to anything. Lennar is not on the home buyers side, they only want you to buy their homes. I mean we are working to bring up the value of our homes and feel comfortable in them. ... More

Loan officer did not use all information given. Loan officer locked us in on a rate of interest and we were floating. Property agents gave us the wrong information for the property most. Company.

Dana was great throughout the process including weekly video updates of the progress for us making a coast-to-coast move. It was very informative and nice of her to go out of her way.
