Our contact in the Sales Office was honest and helpful. It was a no-pressure situation and he helped us throughout the process. We also used Lennar Mortgage and Title Insurance and the experience was very professional. Our home is as promised, delivered on time and as we had hoped. We did engage an objective property inspector, who checked out the house before sheet rock was installed and then again just before closing. There were very few items to report to Lennar and they were minor in nature. I had a realtor, however the sales people at Lennar were excellent, especially Sarah. I looked at Wales Ranch initially. They had the model I wanted but not the lot. I told Sarah my wants. Two weeks later she calls and tells me she think she has what I want at Bella Vista Farms. The division had not been released and would be soon. It checked ALL the boxes!! The home buying,Title and mortgage people were great as well. Randy who does the walk through was also great! I highly recommend.
