The entire purchase and customer service experience was awesome. I found the staff from salesperson to project manager to warranty rep to be very professional and trust worthy. Lennar hires excellent people. The home was completed on time with just a few minor issues that were addressed promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend purchasing a home from Lennar.

Every Lennar employee was excellent! Always available and very responsive. Couldn’t ask for better! However, the quality of products and workmanship created quite a few hardships for us. The new air conditioner had to be replaced before the third one worked. Also, the workers drilled into the pipes in the pantry which created sewer water, mildew and mold in our townhouse. This happened twice! The floor and wall had to torn out and repaired twice. All this since August. Lennar project managers/supervisors were excellent and responded quickly.

I continue to be impressed with Lennar Builders' team -from the beginning customer interest , through loan procurement, home inspection, closing, move-in, & after the move follow through.

From the sale by Dan to the post customer care from PJ and Matt we have had but nothing but professional, caring, exceptional service from all of the Pines Lennar staff. Thanks Dan,PJ, and Matt.

I am very happy to have found an affordable new home and appreciate Lennar making it possible for me to buy! Not happy about how appliance package was handled, when they provided a refrigerator that was too big for the space.

This builder is the first builder I have built with that does not have a one year warranty punchlist, fix items, including cosmetic flaws in sheetrock and dry wall nail pops. I have found many flaws since moving in tgat I will now have to spend money on out of pocket to correct. This is totally unexceptable. I came from a builder in Tennessee that hung beautiful doors with beautiful woodwork and a wonderful one year walk through punch list check off. Ryan homes, Parkside Builders, SK builders, D R. HORTON builders all do this. My handrails never got a top coat of polyurethane in my home. Title work in showers was perfect, flooring was good. Walls and trim really poor work. I had to paint the entire home inside before moving in. Doors wouldn't close had to have them removed and plained. Crackbin guest room header upon moving in and an electrical circuit box was in the guest room wall. Why not put that on the other side of the wall in the guest room closet? I could go on and on. The actual home buying was super easy and pleasant! The home itself is cheaply built and the neighborhood is definitely not as described.

Dana was great throughout the process including weekly video updates of the progress for us making a coast-to-coast move. It was very informative and nice of her to go out of her way.

Overall the buying experience hasn’t been terrible. The house is nice and the process was fairly smooth. I’ve been a little disappointed with the communication though. Trying to find the right person to get answers from for certain questions has been challenging. Sometimes I didn't even get a reply at all. When I did finally get the right person to help me, they did help me to the best of their ability. Overall it’s been a good experience, but there are definitely some areas of communication with Lennar that could have been better.

We started the homebuying process the homebuying process in October. The overall process took a very long time. Initial closing was supposed to be mid January, but it got pushed out a number of times. End of January, then early February. And all final closing "certifications" from Lennar didn't happen until beginning of February. Being on credit lock down for 4 months is a LOT. To have to wait 4 months to do anything because the final approval on the mortgage was delayed was more than a little stressful.

We are very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our new home. Lennar is priced very well compared to all of the other builders in our area. Defects we very few and minor and were corrected very quickly. We feel that the follow up and attention to details after the sale were lacking. We asked several times about who the trash company was and how to receive postal mail, but never got any answers. We are still having trouble with these issues. They also messed up our New Home Welcome and Closing dates that ended up costing us an extra $2,000 in expenses that we complained about, but were never addressed or resolved. ... More

Great house for the price. Small details were overlooked but it’s the things that you only notice living there for a month. Love the townhome that I got! The welcome packet could be a lot more helpful and informative. Had to figure things out on my own which is the only reason for the 4 stars. Overall I love it!

We have been in our home for two months and we still don't have a mailbox.

Overall, we are very happy with our townhome. Other than the garage, the workmanship was great, but we wish there were window casings, Crown molding, and towel bars. They offered a nice incentive package to be applied towards closing, but didn’t tell us until after the fact that a portion of that would go to buying down the interest rate with Lennar Mortgage.

I would love to give a stellar review and I will say the majority of people I worked with from Lennar were great. From Lennar Mortgage to the walk throughs and everything in between, people were knowledgeable, helpful, and got back to me in a timely manner. Because I believe it’s important to give credit where credit is due, Scott with Lennar Mortgage was truly a pleasure to work with, Beth did my first walk though and was a lovely person, and Dustin did my final walk through and he was awesome! The exception to this was the selling agent on behalf of Lennar. She gave bad information several times throughout the process and made it so much more stressful/frustrating than it needed to be. It was evident she needs more training and coaching to do her job more effectively so future home buyers will have a more enjoyable and positive experience. ... More

Salesman David not as responsive as I would have expected. Good: quick transaction (I paid cash). Aaron and Patrick the builder reps we're excellent: responsive, professional, helpful.

Still waiting on issues to be repaired before we closed. Said they would be taken care of and was not completed

We were tired of playing the game of looking for existing houses for sale after only a few weeks. Most were only on the market for 48 hours or less. We heard Lennar was building in an established neighborhood and had a few lots ready to put on hold. We saw the product and the value for the money was way better than anything else. It took a little over a year from the day we signed the contract until closing. We are enjoying the home and the area so much. Once the build started the process was fast.

There have been multiple construction issues requiring call backs for the installers which should have been taken care of before the move in. Wall tile was disposed of in the shower drain resulting in a complete blockage and causing water to leak under the shower pan and walls. It has been 4 week waiting to complete repairs. The warranty staff has been great responding to all issues but very frustrating and time consuming waiting for the installers to repair issues.

Final product is very nice, but it as a lot of work to get it to that point. Salesman was great at making sure I got a quality product... and he really seemed to care.

Builder wrote contract to where buyer was liable to pay for lot tax at closing but, issued a credit at closing for most of this cost IF the buyer used Lennar Mortgage. External Mortgage company could not make this $ amount up in credits in order to be competitive on closing costs.

I missed some things on walk thru and I called to get items to be fixed, and now I was told that is a cleaning issue and that is not per design. So be sure to take your time and mark anything you want to be fixed otherwise you will have to fix the items yourself. So I am having to fix items myself that I should have flagged. The red dirt stained several items on front entry now I will have to paint and do lots of scrubbing! The home needed cleaning before I moved in also but was not. Dust on everything including paint spatter on stove. I’ve been here a month and still cleaning and finding other stuff. But when it’s all done the home will be beautiful. I guess this is normal for moving into a new home. And the home I chose and was buying got changed at the last minute to next door. I thought it was ok but no, now I have half the yard I would have had. That’s why I gave a three star on trust. ... More
