Nice solid build. Builder did a great job. Nice neighborhood and location. Good value. Got a great deal at in November end of their fiscal year. I did get a private home inspection before my walk through and they addressed everything in my report. I am very happy with everything. I would reccomend Lennar builders. The home also comes with a warrenty. And dont forget to register all your mechanicals and appliances that were included for their warranties as well.

Bobby was my builder and he was great. He seemed to really care about ehat he was doing and if I liked it. He stayed near during my initial walk through and came and asked if I needed anything done or fixed. I have been in my home for about two months now and so far, I haven't found any problems.

My experience was not the best. There were Docusigs almost weekly. There seemed to be very little communication between the loan officer and the underwriter so I was asked to provide information more than once. There were delays that I still don’t understand. I waited in the attorneys office to close for twelve hours . I was given te wrong keys to my home. There was no information about the community. It was a mess!

Great house for the price. Small details were overlooked but it’s the things that you only notice living there for a month. Love the townhome that I got! The welcome packet could be a lot more helpful and informative. Had to figure things out on my own which is the only reason for the 4 stars. Overall I love it!

My overall experience was not bad. I adore Michael C that did my walk throughs. I did not have the same experience with the sales rep on site. She was on the verge of rude more often than not. I also have not enjoyed the fact that there seems to have been miscommunication on what my town I actually live, I am a month in and still don't know what my address is : Fountain Inn or Simpsonville : even the utility companies have the address listed differently.....but I love my home,

The beginning of the process exceeded my expectations until I was under contract. It was very difficult to communicate with some of the key players on the team such as the processor, loan officer, salesperson, and property manager. I left messages and I would not receive a response, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I regret buying it from Lenore one of the worst company I have ever dealt with every person I know looking to buy a house. I will tell them never buy from lennar I don’t know how this company is still in business

We looked at a few neighborhoods but when we found Longleaf Vickery we knew this was the one. The houses offered space and room but a certain coziness also. David was very helpful in answering our questions and helping steer us through the process. The entire Lennar mortgage team made the buying process simple and painless. We now own a beautiful, well-built home in a quiet, conveniently located neighborhood that offers us everthing we need, We appreciate everyone who helped us navigate the process quickly and efficently.

Overall, a great experience from beginning to end. Recieved weekly communication with pictures along the construction process from Sales Agent. Lennar is responsive to the few simple repairs that were needed. Solid Home with many great qualities and feature’s.

The unit would be more valuable and flexible if it had 2 feet more width and depth. The garage is too small for the average car. Doors to narrow for multiple passing and closing without interference of some kind. Doors to narrow 28" throughout. 4-5 doors would have been better as Sliding doors.

It was a great experience from the start to finish very professional great price. Houses are built with love. I would recommend them to anyone. They have some of the best houses I’ve ever seen and everything is included like they say.

From start to finish in our new townhome we felt like Lennar was artificially rushing the closing process, while completely missing deadlines on their end. We were in no hurry to close, but the Lennar agent was adamant it happened ASAP. They set an overly optimistic close date, and we agreed (thinking they could still have the home ready). During the first walkthrough, several issues were identified and added to their blue tape list. We had also been told appliances would be dropped off morning of first inspection, they were not. After a week, final inspection date comes and not only have the issues been left unresolved, appliances still aren’t installed. Not to mention the cleaning crew was apparently scheduled at the same time as the walk, so we had to work around them. They still expected us to close the next day, without personally verifying any of said issues had been addressed. I am not impressed with Lennar. If they weren’t adamant on closing under two weeks from signing nearly all of these issues would have been avoided! ... More

Buying a lennar home has been good for me and my family because of the home you get for the price. Some things seemed rushed during the building process you can tell. But any issue that arises it has been replaced or fixed immediately.

Lennar required me to use their mortgage company even though I had negotiated in the contract to use my own mortgage company. If I used my mortgage company, Lennar would not honor the contract by rescinding the negotiated $17k in Seller Concessions, or would cancel the contract and keep my $30k in Earnest Money. One month late, Lennar Mortgage finally got loan approval. But they wanted $10k extra in loan costs. I settled on an 8 1/4% interest rate, not paying the extra $10k, and closed 2 days before the end of the month. Lennar wanted to close before the end of the month, so they could make their quota, but that ended up costing me one extra months mortgage payment. If we had closed 3 days later, I would have saved paying an extra payment. This was the worse experience buying properties from a builder in my 35+ years experience in real estate. I will never buy a Lennar home ever again. ... More

Overall happy with my home. The purchasing process was painful. The person from the model visit let me down multiple times. She was non responsive, and made a significant mistake. I used Lennar Mortgage and he was quite disappointing.

The home buying experience was very exhausting. Lennar was very helpful with the process, helping us get credit ready to purchase our home(which no one else were offering to help). The credit counseling helped us tremendously. As long as you follow what they tell you, you'll be able to obtain the home you want. The only negative thing I'd have to admit that made the process grueling is the extensive paperwork requirements.. The credit history checks where your creditors both passed and present have to be questioned on the way they were paid by you.. Also, feeling like we were never going to be able to complete all of the requirements to close the deal was rough. I think the verbiage that was used during the process was like we weren't fully approved to move forward to closing on our home. Even the day of closing, we were still not fully approved. That did take away from the home buying experience because we were on pins and needles waiting for the final approval. Our loan processors were helpful in calming us down during those moments of stress. We didn't feel the joy of being homeowners right away because the process was so frustrating. But at the end of the day, we became homeowners and we were glad the process was over. Iam thankful for the Lennar team that was there the whole time, whatever the situation was to help us through it. That was the highlight of the experience, our credit counselor and loan processors that were always there to help with everything. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people. ... More

This review is strictly for the construction and the quality of the construction of my home and is not for the warranty representative or the company mortgage staff. I have purchased several builder NON CUSTOM homes. I will neither purchase from Lennar again, nor recommend to anyone. The development design was very pretty. However, everything from contracting to closing was a disaster. Examples to name a few: I requested blinds in my home and was told the builder did not put them in (yet this was negotiated in neighbor's homes), I saw the embankment was causing water to be dumped right into my tiny back yard...I first refused to close until it was fixed, was told a swale was being put in and to date nothing has been done; I requested to change to a different home that was being sold for much less than what I contracted for while keeping the price the same and they refused; I requested 2 rows of wire closet shelving to maximize space and was told no, I ask to not install the shelving and I would do myself and was told no; the walls in my home are not square; one wall was completely "bowed" out; the water had to run five to eight minutes in each faucet to get hot; the workmanship was sloppy and all I was told was "this is not a custom home"; and I have my master bedroom door on backwards so the light switches are behind the door when opening the door. Fortunately, the warranty person is EXCELLENT and the mortgage people were EXCELLENT. However, there are many other quality builders. I chose Lennar because I had looked at Lennar Homes in Delaware and the craftsmanship was pristine, and the homes were excellently built. When I mentioned this to the construction manager in my development I was told well this is not Delaware. I would expect the Lennar standards to be the same regardless of the location. Lennar wants to use the excuse of being a production builder for major quality issues. They do not even adhere to their own quality standards. The finish work is atrocious. When the door manufacturer comes in your house & is appalled by how nothing is plumb so none of the interior doors sit properly in the frame with large gaps visible, it is really sad. They make their garages so small you cannot park a standard size SUV in it. The paint they use is so cheap that 4 coats did not cover pencil written measurements on trim pieces. Be careful to read what you are getting because the website doesn't necessarily reflect the actual features standard with your home. Make sure you have them document every single quality issue during your walk through or it will not be addressed after you close. It has to be added to their electronic list, not just marked with tape. And definitely don't let them tell you things will be marked later because they won't. Communication during the construction process was essentially non-existent so it's better to build with them if you are local & can actually come see what's happening. You won't get another walk through after a year like many other national builders so enter a contract with Lennar with extreme caution & be ready to live with a sub par finished product. ... More

Buying with Lennar was fairly easy with the help of my realtor and new home consultant John, there's a couple term/fees that will be missed if you do not read contract word for word in its entirety. I would also suggest for future buyers especially first time homebuyers to be firm and not intimidated during your initial walk through because otherwise the agents will make you feel guilty for pointing out every deficiency whether small or big and simply try to brush issues off, also Id recommend Lennar hire better paint professionals that have attention to detail and not just paint the interior of these home as a rush job because it definitely shows, despite those negatives any issue that arose Emily D was very kind and understanding & attentive in making sure and following up on all items. Great experience from start to finish

Im very happy with the house I purchased. It did have a small issue we found out after Hurricane Helene went through South Carolina. A small window had a very small drip. using the App I did a warranty ticket. I received attention the same day. Id like to compliment Kolby for her multi tasking several contractors to come in the right order. She's a great asset to Lennar

Michael the CCR was very helpful and went above and beyond with helping get a repair fixed

John was amazing. The walkthroughs were rather difficult. Had to be on there time. Weekends were not an option. Major plumbing issues right out of the box.
