Good basic starter home. Would be good to have tp racks and towel racks. I encountered too many personnel changes during the closing and post closing process. I had numerous post closing issues that should have not been issues. My view is that the last portion of the build was sloppy, most likely because of changing roles of Lennar personnel. You need a full time on site person to manage the post close warranty issues. doing it remote didnt work for me and certainly dealing w numerous vendors that just show up not speaking english is not something I have time for. Poor management

We closed on our home in April. We fell into it essentially. It was someone else's to buy but their contract fell through last minute. We snatched it up. Within the last month we have had a couple of issues. From day one the shut off access points for the water near the curb set up very high and lean to the side. The water main blew out the other night at one of these access points. Pipe broke off. I guess one too many times bumping it with the lawnmower or trash cans. We love our home. The process was great with Lennar helping us through the process. Sometimes to many times redoing paperwork. Needs more windows in some areas but it's what it is. Wiring for garage door is to thin. I still don't get why they would not have a garage door opener included. We spend enough it should be. This area needs a whole house serge pertector we were told it had one. It doesn't. Laminate on floor is to thin. My dogs hate the grass. They do not like walking on it. Overall satisfied. Could have done a little better job with the final cleaning inside the house. Have a few warranty issues that I’m sure will be taken care of. Everyone we dealt with so far has been very helpful and pleasant.

The overall buying experience with Lennar was a very pleasant one and was a smooth process all the way through closing. The staff was very helpful and attentive prior to closing. My concerns and negative feedback is a result of post closing ownership. Following the closing on our home it seemed like we were forgotten about within the first 30 days. We had issues that arose within the first 30 day period that were ignored despite constant phone calls and messages sent. Contracting the house was seamless. Once we had to deal with construction site supervisors, we had many issues. They did not keep us updated. We had to call them to get updates. Closing dates were moved without notifying us; they changed it seven times. The craftsmanship was awful. Sloppy work. The painting contractors were the worst. Paint splatters all over wood floors, door sills, and tile. Painters never covered roof metal accents so needless to say overspray all over it. The notified closing date changed multiple times. We were given an original closing to be October 2022 and based on that we planned for furniture delivery and for us to move in by November. Lennar missed the October closing and we had to pay rent until we could get into the house. We were notified of next closing to take place in January but we found problems with construction that had to be corrected before we could close and get into the house. Disaster all the way through. I really believe Lennar failed in every aspect. And from now, the house is already falling apart. All baseboards have left the wall. Outside panels are peeling back. Incredible. The finance side of this I could write a novel on how bad it was. Absolutely unacceptable.

My experience with Lennar builders started off great. Very responsive and helpful during my whole contract signing process, HOWEVER once I was under contract the whole game changed. I felt I was no longer a priority as they already had my deposit and commitment. Upon closing on my home I was told I would not be given my keys as my wire transfer wasn’t received yet. Even though it was 5 hours since I had wired the closing funds and I had proof it was sent. That was an awful experience to be on what should have been a happy and exciting moment . The communication was horrible from start to finish. Painters were really bad. I’m a repeat buyer. My experience in Charlotte was awesome however in Hardeeville SC it was really bad. The quality and supervision was not there.
