I bought my house from Gregg at Lennar. I even have not gone there to see it in person. But the purchase of experience is very good. Lennar is reliable. Look forward to seeing the house and get to know the materials soon.

They made everything clear at every step. We asked a lot of questions, directed at the agent and the project manager and the mortgage team. Everything was answered promptly and has been found to be accurate. Overall, we had a great experience with this home purchase (this was my third new home and seventh overall).

My home buying experience is going great ! Brandon Todd is excellent and a 5 star builder . He has been attentive and responsive with all my concerns leading up to closing and afterwards. In Addition Tim Martin and his partner are extremely kind and supportive as well with their roles. With this being our second home we have purchased the experience thus far has been better by far than buying from D R Horton.

I was taken care of in a timely manner and everyone keep me informed of what was going on before closing, and after closing and I moved in they made a visit to see how things were going. I would recommend Lennar for buying your next home.

We recently purchased a new Lennar home at BeachWalk in Calabash, NC. The buying experience was very simple since we were cash buyers. Basically we selected our home, put down a deposit and waited for it to be finished so we could get our inspections. Everyone was very easy to work with. communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, it was answered promptly whether it was in sales, mortgage, or construction. The house closed in less than a month. The walk throughs were informative and thorough. The few small issues were seen to immediately. As buying a house went, this was almost effortless.
