We love our home. Lennar’s attention to detail and the great quality they put in our home make this a lovely place for us. We love the layout. Bedrooms are separated well. The bathrooms and kitchens are top notch. Lots of well thought of cabinet space and a generous pantry. Room sizes and closet space is such a great asset. The outside is so pretty. Beautiful landscape and a nice size lot. We have had our share of builders and Lennar is number one to us. Thank you Lennar.

Reese was a great go between as our home buying was happening (he helped secure our freezer as it was delivered to the sample). We are so happy to be here .

I bought my house from a floor plan site unseen. Closing was seamless and I was extremely impressed with the walk throughs and me finally getting my keys and everything about the home. I would recommend lennar to anyone that is in search of a new home.

Lennar has been great to purchase our home with from the very beginning with Chris John who was absolutely the best in helping navigate the mortgage process and Josh Karcher who helped handle any small hiccups with surface related issues to everyone inbetween who expedited and responded internally Billy Degan Billy Cole and many others who were extremely supportive kind and responsive

Lennar delivered our home as per date promised, was a simple buying experience, there were a few fixes that were required and through the Lennar maintenance app every thing was addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Staff at the site were very helpful

From start to finish, everyone was great. The mortgage professionals walked us thru everything. The construction manager listened to us and responded immediately. Their lawyers took the time and explained everything to us in clear language. We love our new house.

We like the three bedroom, three full bathroom model. The central air conditioning system works great. The building manager Wayne is very helpful, responsible and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions quickly. He also helped us to resolve issues. In general, we are very happy with the purchasing.

The sales team, builders, trades workers all worked diligently to make sure our home was ready for closing and after. Many went above and beyond to please us. The paint job was only satisfactory. The rest of the work was very good. Thank you for making this a smooth transition into our new home.

Quite place, a lot of light in the house, great layout, nice patio, and great, knowledgeable staff

Lennar was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions I have. The whole buying experience was made easy. Our home is built well and everything works fine. The appliances are standard, but you can upgrade. The HOA is expensive, but includes WiFi. We would buy from them again if we needed to.

We had a very good experience with the purchase of our home! I did feel that the company cut corners on a few details! Bathroom accessories weren’t included, no window frames, all lighting is high hats, no fixtures, flooring, lack of carpeting, no outlets operate with switches to name a few!

Thank you Lennar Tupelo park sale office, great people, big help. And lennar Mortgage team as well. You are the best, very knowledgeable, helpful, patient. It was pleasure to work with you. Still have a question about flooring in our house, looks like LVP(planks) not planks, but linoleum. But all builders team are very good people, five star service, answering all questions, very helpful. Thank you to all of you.

I had a great experience all around from viewing the first time to the purchasing of the home. Had two issues since I moved in and both have been taken care of within a day or so of calling Lennar Customer Service.

Just recently purchased a Lennar townhome in Myrtle Beach,SC. Everyone from Jen the sales agent to Michael who did our final walkthrough was superb and very customer-focused. I really could not be happier with the service i received. Sorry, for the less than perfect score for quality, ask me again in a year!
