Easy to work with, seamless process- great price, rate, and homeowners insurance quote. My house was already built, and I couldn't choose any upgrades; however, I can make those upgrades myself due to the price I paid. Great bang for your buck in South Carolina

Everything went exactly as planned with our closing and move. Our new home is exactly what it was suppose to be. No major issues. any small issues was dealt with quickly and to our full satisfaction.

Explored the model home and purchased the same around 1.5 years later. Worked with John, who is helpful and professional and he sells without any pressure. It’s a spec home so what you see is what you get - no customizations. This actually made the process easier. Dan has been a great help and so has James in handling any issues found during and after move-in. The warranty service has also been easy to schedule with an easy to use app and they are very responsive. My only complaint is the quality of the kitchens: contractor grade appliances and not having soft close cabinets and drawers in 2024 is a real let down. ... More

I’m thrilled so far and I am very happy with my house and the upgrades that it came with. The warranty department has been very responsive to any issues and everything I missed during the walk through has been or will be corrected. Love the community and the close proximity to Sunset Beach and the Calabash waterfront area.

Our new home is great. Everything was gone over with the builder. Only thing to tell others is to paint, for we had finger prints made by installers. Did receive touch up paint but it was a slightly different color.

The purchasing process was very easy and went smoothly. All questions were answered and issues were addressed quickly. The home is well constructed. We have a few minor things that need to be addressed which is common with any new builds. The only major issue we have had is our side yard is erroding. We have a slope and wet lands beside us. The water from our gutters washed away the soil and the sand underneath. We now have huge craters in our lawn! We have addressed it through the portal and have had conversations with Lennar as to how to correct the situation. We have put extenders on our drain pipes. They will address it within 30 days. I still had items that were not taken care of

only issue we have is our front door. There were many attempts made to repair. They said they will need to replace the entire door and frame. trying to schedule when we go down, but it is difficult.

In the last 2 years, I've purchased 2 new homes, one in Moncks Corner that I purchased and then sold and had some real bad experiences with the builder, so I've been very aware of things in the purchase of the Lennar Townhouse and have been extremely pleased from the purchase date with David Nuckles to the Construction Manager, Kim, as both of them have been extremely helpful in our process. They have answered each question and assisted with multiple tasks, they are both true assets to your company.

Bryan was excellent working on loan app and paperwork. Kim was very helpful keeping us posted on building progress and also questions about the tienhome

We are very grateful to have a safe house. Kim was meticulous in ensuring the safety of the structure of the house. In having the home painted in a Benjamin Moore Aura Satin, we discovered sheetrock significant flaws. Given today's difficulty in obtaining plumb and flush walls in construction, we would have appreciated the option or suggestion to obtain textured painting such as Orange Peel.

This was such an easy process. Of course I was prepared for almost any problem that could come up in the mortgage process. As far as the building process goes, it was smooth and my Lennar homebuying rep was in constant communication and responded quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend Lennar to my friends and family.

Every new home will have its problems, and Lennar is no different. But there is a difference in how homebuilders respond to these problems. Lennar has an excellent stag ready to address any issues the customer has. They are quick to respond to questions and repair any problems encountered.

Lennar made the buying experience very easy, we are happy with our new townhouse. The Lennar team was very quick at resolving any issues we had.

House is great floor plan and price was good for what we got. Follow up of service is a little slow because of the rush to build new homes. Hopefully when building is done they will be back to finish up the little details that need attention.

I had a great experience with Lennar. The house was ready when they said it would be.

Lennar is a large company and grew to that size by being forward-looking and developing systems and processes to accomplish home-building and selling to satisfy the majority of their customers. Besides meeting local codes and working within a difficult economy and supply chain, they manage to accomplish this while keeping their prices in line and delivering a home in a reasonable timeframe. Having said all that, I am 95% satisfied with my new home. The floor plan I chose is time-tested and made with decent quality materials and components for the most part. Minor items like the dishwasher, carpeting and paint can be upgraded by the homeowner later to their own tastes as I did. The major components (HVAC, electrical, framing, roof) are all excellent. And I have no worries as a buyer because of their 1-2-10 warranty. Lennar has an excellent system and staff to address minor warranty issues for new homeowners and they do follow-up and make sure things are right. As with all large companies, the quality of their product depends on individuals. Most of the Lennar employees (not all) that I dealt with are very at their job and do focus on taking care of the customer. I WOULD recommend them to family and friends. ... More
