Lennar does a great job selling you the house and helping to get you in. After the sale every contractor who comes out to fix issues says they are unable to fix it. Poor building material makes less than stellar quality.

Overall experience was not great. quality of home materials is okay.

We had a great experience with Lennar. Our home was completed on time and the team was responsive to any issues we had prior to closing and after. We love our new home.

Consistently great response

With the exception of the initial selling individual who wrote my offer, each person I delt with at Lennar was incredible, helpful and honest. Especially Haley in finance, she was incredibly helpful and helped me understand it all as this was my first home buying experience. The initial salesman left something to be desired as he repeatedly put dates in the contract that I did not agree with for closing. If I had not read it and asked hime to correct it, twice, I would have been in a hard financial place as I was in a lease situation. I did not appreciate the dishonesty. Luckily, that was only the beginning and the rest of of Lennar from finance, closing, and the builder redeemed my opinion completely. I am so blessed to be in the beautiful new home I purchased! ... Customer service experience was terrible, my sales person Brycen ghosted us during the entire process. My garage door and A/C failed within the first 2 months.

Quality of finishes, sloppy.

Poor. Miss information given during buying process. No follow up with issues since moving in.

Every person I have dealt with from Amy-Securing house and accepting deposit , walk throughs during building process to charmaine on closing details, all have been just so great and helpful.

I was very happy with everyone at Lennar including title and escrow. The process was easy and stress free

Very happy with the house! The builder has been extremely responsive to any issues I've had, which have all been purely cosmetic. Staff is extremely warm and friendly. My only complaint is the music ***** of the work crew. I knew I would be moving into an area where we would hear construction noise and machinery, but I never thought music levels would be disruptive. It's common courtesy. The crew has been asked three times to keep music levels at a reasonable volume, and it continues to be a problem. If you are sensitive to these types of issues, think twice. Otherwise, zero complaints!

The process was straight forward, the sales people are approachable, fair and easy to work with.
