My husband and I were blown away with our experience with Lennar! We are absolutely in love with our home and so thankful that we chose Lennar for our first home! They were incredible with communication and helped make the process incredibly easy, which as first time home buyers we greatly appreciated. Mike was amazing through out our new home orientation and made sure to throughly explain everything to us and what to look out for in the future with our home! Thank you so much Lennar for helping us get into the most perfect first home!!!

Everything was done to expectations. Problems were fixed in a timely fashion

Different statements at different times. Ever changing scenarios. Difficult to understand and difficult to trust

The house is good but all the things having issue with damage

The process, start to finish was well handled and communication was excellent from the sales process through closing.

Our experience with Lennar has been extremely disappointing. We had multiple serious issues with our new home, including a cracked slab, clogged sewer lines that resulted in raw sewage backing up into our home, and significant A/C problems. The biggest issue was that we simply did not have confidence in our superintendent to properly address these problems or do the right thing for us as homeowners. At one point, I ended up spending $1,200 out of pocket to get the A/C issues corrected because we could not rely on Lennar to resolve them properly. For a new home and the amount of money we invested, we expected much better quality, communication, and accountability. People like Amy ***** and Justin the on site manager who showed us the home were the two driving factors behind my ratings. They were always cheerful and provided excellent feedback and support throughout everything!

Although I have only been in my home a short time I'm happy so far. Everyone I've worked with have been very professional, friendly, and the home seems to be fully functional with everything working just fine, and in good shape so far, and I love the community!

Best thing with overall experience was Robbie. Great communication.

All the individuals we worked with from beginning to end were OUTSTANDING! My biggest concern is quality of materials used in home and some workmanship issues. Materials need to be upgraded! I am very UNHAPPY on how my driveway looks! It is very blotchy and permanent. This is due to the contractor doing a bad pour or bad troweling. It is terrible that Lennar feels they don't need to warranty this due to it being cosmetic.

The only thing I really have a complaint about is the garbage/recycle area. It's full of flies. I'm almost looking forward to the *****. But spring, summer is a long time to have to walk through a major swarm of (possibly) disease-ridden flies. I'm not the only one complaining about this. There has to be something that can be done

If customer experience is in the title, employee should be working for the customer. Told, "We don't do that." "I only have 20 minutes for this." "Colorado is a right to fix state." Changing which homes had fences included (the single family homes were excluded unless negotiated). Poor weed and construction trash control. Incorrect information on the form given to new homeowners. Person that created form definitely not familiar with ***** (Xcel when the whole neighborhood is electric; 0.7% tax rate--more like 8%+). Sprinklers watering the sidewalk, streets, etc. Water pooling in yards over boxes (electric, etc.). Found ventilation is inadequate for the size of my home by a ***** and roofing contractor, so hot air gets stuck in the attic. Did not put a pull string for Connexion to pull the wire to the basement making Connexion drill hole into basement and several places in the basement to reach the box. ... More

The home buying experience was fine and I had no issue with the team from sales, to mortgage, to title, all in-house Lennar. The build quality on the other hand has suffered from numerous issues. I had a roof leak because nobody sealed the dryer vent properly. The water heater smelled foul because it was left sitting and never flushed before sale. Several outlets never had the wiring and connection completed. The door seals did not properly seal. There was mastic debris in the air handler. There are a couple insulation issues I have yet to get addressed. To their credit, the warranty team is 100% on top of everything and isn't cutting corners to just tick an issue resolved box. However, that doesn't pay me back the leave I have to take from work. ... More

Switching quality of carpet after selection- big part. Refusing to correct damage another, and shortcuts that put Lennar with its reputation of being the largest home builder back in the middle of the pack with other production home builders. No sparkle- the end the "Lennar Policy" seemed to be "how can we move on with the least amount of care and detail". We like the folks who worked for Lennar but they all seemed to have a way to nicely say "this is all you get- we simply can't fulfill your expectations". We do like the house, the layout, the area- but there was and is not "sparkle" landscaping of the site C-. House quality "good" but a lot of corners cut. ... More

My overall total experience influenced my experience

Our salesperson, Brycen *****, ensured us if we had any issues getting ahold of anyone to call or text him and he would get it taken care of ASAP. We still have unanswered questions that he has refused to respond to. Our concierge, Sasha *****, was the same way. If you’re looking for a fast response, you’re buying from the wrong builder. Definitely a lower quality build. We got what we paid for. Studs don’t appear to be the standard width apart. Bowed walls. The “fix” did not fix it at all. The flat paint is awful.

I have gotten absolutely no response from Matt ***** concerning an issue of missing closing documents and checks that should have been sent to my Association

Cracks on doors that crickets or what Texas bugs come into the house! Dirt from the house being built behind has ruined my backyard after the storm! Neighbors leave their dog ***** on my lawn! Trey is the only that responds! None of these ***** (Keith or benjie) respond after I signed & moved in! I will never buy a Lennar home & in fact will sell this house when I’m able to!

I have gone through many mortgage loan processes over the years and this was the absolute worst. In fact, a day before the closing date, we were still being asked for documentation. Having put 49% down and the loan amount under $200, and excellent credit, you would have thought we were doing 0 down and asking for $500K +. We came very close to walking away from this purchase. Absolute worst experience!!

Great experience overall. The sales rep and the people working the finance were responsive to my questions.

Ease of receiving relevant information and submitting documentation towards closing is a major factor in a satisfactory experience. The ability to close remotely made it possible to complete the purchase from overseas, which eliminated the cost of international travel.

Get up to date with installing better products and give customers more options. Use better quality products in your kitchen and bathrooms. Stop using the cheap materials.

Well the home buying process started off good, but got progressively worse.

Working with this home builder was truly a pleasure. From the very beginning, their professionalism shone through, making sure every part of the project was handled with great care and skill. The team was always there for us, quick to respond, and dedicated to creating a home that was not only beautiful but also better than we had ever imagined. We can't recommend them enough to anyone who's dreaming of building their own dream home! Thank you so much!
