The lawn was unleveled and weed infested. The home interior was bug infested. And there were some speckled holes in the window trim. They would not fix these issues. The faucets and interior door handles are okay but seem cheap, would have been nice if better ones were included. Aside from that, everything else was amazing. Every team member I worked with at Lennar was tremendous, extremely nice and helpful, and communicated a ton, answered every question or concern I had. I no longer have reasons to reach out to them which is sad lol. But they have a job to do and other people to help.

The entire home buying process went very smoothly from initial signing to closing. All parties involved were very helpful.

Everyone I delt with within Lennar has been great. Michael was great when he was showing me all the different models of homes and neighborhoods I had to choose from. The experience of buying the house was pleasant. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I had a small electrical issue and I used the app to put a request in on the warranty and an electrician was here the next day to fix it. The neighborhood is nice and neighbors are friendly.

I purchased my home online from another state and Marnina is the very reason I ended up buying with Lennar. She listened to my needs and did video tours in the TX heat to show me different homes. This house is exactly what I wanted. It was easy to do all steps of the process with Lennar resources.

The Lennar mortgage team was excellent helping me every step of the process. They explained the why's and made it simple to contact them for providing whatever necessary for my mortgage. The home I bought is a basic home, a great starter house or retirement investment house. I plan on making a lot of upgrades. I live in a nice community, it's definitely worth the investment.

First time homeowner. Everybody involved in this process has been awesome! I was so stressed out through the entire process but everybody at Lennar would remind me that everything is fine. And….it was! It was a really easy process and all the stress was internal. Lennar knocked it out of the park for me. Hoping they do everyone else the same!

The buying experience is very good from my sales man Stan and sales manager Jennifer. I had a very good morgage officer Aaron who has guided me all through out my buying experience. The construction manager Ryan, is very accommodating and made sure that all issues found during the inspection by my Inspector was addressed. Brandon the Service Manager after move-in, has been very actively working the issues that I have reported and he gets back to you quickly on-site. I appreciate the new app Lennar has put out to make issue reporting easier for everyone. They also have virtual personnel that gets back to you immediately to schedules a virtual call just right after you submit a ticket through the app. All-in-all the experience with these people is superb. But I think the price of the home is quite to high for the location, size and yard space. You can buy 2 to 3 year old houses in the area with bigger space better upgrades for less. The only caveat of buying a used house is, you don’t get all the incentives that Lennar can give you. If you ask me if would I buy a Lennar again in the future. I probably would because I have seen the way they build their foundation since I purchased my home in an un-finished community. However, the bathroom showers could have been better. You can buy a brand new home with a different builder for a similar price more or less with a beefed up stand up shower. Some even come with tiled seats in them. Two more things to keep in mind is, that this community has the lowest the lowest grade shingles on their roof, 3-tab shingles. Also you can hear movements outside inside the house as simple as someone opening and shutting their car doors. Even people talking while walking across your house. It was a quick buying experience. Made me feel comfortable while buying the home. I was able to choose which home to buy. Unlike other locations which try to force you which house to buy.

Price for value is totally awesome. Some nice features too. More reliable warranty support system would be nice.

From beginning to end, this was without a doubt the best home buying experience we have had. Our home is beautiful and Lennar staff have been wonderful from the beginning and continue to be helpful with questions after our purchase.

The process was pretty fluid, a few small bumps on closing day but nothing major. The Lennar team we have dealt with are nice and responsive to issues in a timely manner. We do wish we were able to have some choices in appliances and fixtures but overall we love our home, very satisfied!

Lennar has been very accommodating on dealing with issues that came up with our new house. We only have 1 issue that has been a little hard to resolve but other than that they have been on top of things and friendly in handling issues. I’ve already told lots of people that we were satisfied with our experience with Lennar.

I have been very happy with Lennar!! Every call has been returned and the follow up has been great!!

The sales guy from Lennar was wonderful to take care of the whole process. There were hiccups during the first walkthrough but they fixed them all on the second walkthrough. There is an emergency leak caused by outside hose speagot. Lennar sent right away to fix the issue of plumbing. They fixed the drywall and did the painting caused by the issue. They stand by their warranty.

The first time I came out to meet the Sales agent "Cindy" to find out about the possibility of becoming a homeowner. My entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in my experience with all including the builder was great, he listen if I had any concerns which were not many. I love the quality and value of my new home. If I had to mention anything I would say I would have like if the builder gave little more patio/porch in the backyard. However; The Lennar -Team and every one made me me feel at ease. They provided exceptional customer service. I do not remember everyone I had contact with, but the Lennar staff-Team members, are a awesome group of people. Logan, believe he was the loan officer made me feel comfortable the first time I spoke with him, as he walked me through the process from start to finish, which took away our feeling of stress or being overly anxious. As of now I am enjoying my Lennar home, and I highly recommend all the Lennar team.. ... More
