Everyone was easy to work with every step of the way.

This was one of the worst homebuying processes I have had to go through, I feel the employees are incompetent in some departments and making big mistakes with numbers that caused me to change my loan type at the last minute, change my move in date, change my mortgage payment, and it was just an overall bad experience.

I am grateful that everything is clean and brand new, however, the quality and craftsmanship is lacking. The large kitchen sink has the wrong faucet for that sink size, something like rinsing, the sink out is impossible, and it will have to be replaced. The bathroom faucet leaks under the sink when you splash water washing your face. Over 50% of the installed lights do not work properly. It’s so dim, it’s difficult to see for example cooking in the kitchen or putting on make up in your master bathroom. The backyard is not level. There’s so many large hole like ditches, I have rolled my ankle a few times, I was dismissed & told “it will level out” ? Lennar warranty company has been attentive to most of my request, but I’m told some of it is just them cutting corners and using the cheapest products there’s a garage door with no opener, in addition, there is no handle on the outside of the garage door to open it from the outside. These are just a few of the items that I’ve run across, However, I have not had any issues with the heating and air conditioning, hot water, sewer, etc. So that’s a very big positive. The neighborhood is nice and I look forward to having a clubhouse and pool eventually. I’ve not had an inspection by a private company yet so we’ll see what they say about the “bones” of the house. It was a quick buying experience. Made me feel comfortable while buying the home. I was able to choose which home to buy. Unlike other locations which try to force you which house to buy.

Price for value is totally awesome. Some nice features too. More reliable warranty support system would be nice.

Linnar was easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. It was quick and easy to upload the documents Linnar needed even for someone not tech savvy! All issues discovered from the home inspections were corrected quickly and to my satisfaction. Linnar offered a great one stop shop for buying my home and offering mortgage and insurance companies. I am totally satisfied with Linnar’s home buying experience.

I purchased two properties. First one had a massive hvac leak causing ceiling damage within 30 days of purchase. Second one, wren we moved the cooking range to clean, we found the area behind that was not caulked or treated properly. Both cases, we had to submit warranties claim,. First one was fixed quickly. Waiting for response on second one since claim was recently submitted

wost experience of my life. I was stressed put until the day I moved. From pre-approval nothing changed for me financially, but I had to keep submitting letters saying how I'm going to pay my mortgage. Nothing changed for me financially, I would not recommend this experience to my worst enemy.

I Will buy again if I have a good deal in future

When we started the process of purchasing our new home we were very nervous to hear that this was a new experience, but thank God we found a very professional Realtor and people at Lennar who guide us throughout the entire process until the exciting moment in which we receive the keys of the house. The quality of the home is not good.

As a first-time homebuyer, my experience was generally positive with some areas for improvement. The initial stages were particularly impressive, and I appreciated the appeal of moving into a brand-new neighborhood, especially with the attractive incentives offered. The house is charming and provides a solid foundation that can be customized to fit my preferences. However, the quality of the work could benefit from some enhancements. The home buying experience at Lennar was intense everything seemed to happen very quickly.. it was very overwhelming for first time homebuyers. However majority of our team was helpful ( especially our loan officer) I do wish our home concierge made more time for us, and walked us through the final steps of the process but she was ooo most of the time and rarely responded. Overall it was an okay experience, and we love our new home... Even if there are still some blue tape left

Great experience with lennar staffs.

The experience was fast and great. Did have some issues with the consultant at the start of picking our new house. It worked out for the best. When choosing our house the advisor rep that showed us told us everything included but towards the end she did not add it to the addendum as promise. I spoke to the concierge and other reps and they got it resolved and got me what was originally promised. I’m loving the new house.

Loved the experience of being a first time home buyer

Buying experience was easier than I could have imagined and all issues we found were resolved very quickly.

Philip did a great job, I am very please with the professionalism and the work that was done to get us in the house on time. The value for the home is amazing.

Once items were not resolved on the punch list we were passed to many different individuals and did not appear it was any one specific individual's job to resolve the house to get us to close. Do not recommend the mortgage team for the same reason. I would not purchase through Lennar again based on this experience.

From beginning to end, this was without a doubt the best home buying experience we have had. Our home is beautiful and Lennar staff have been wonderful from the beginning and continue to be helpful with questions after our purchase.

The process was pretty fluid, a few small bumps on closing day but nothing major. The Lennar team we have dealt with are nice and responsive to issues in a timely manner. We do wish we were able to have some choices in appliances and fixtures but overall we love our home, very satisfied!

The two people that started out helping me were awful. The last person that helped me from Arizona was amazing. Everything that was suppose to be completed before close wasn't completed. The door jams suck and always move down and allows the wind to be howling all day and night. If I had to do over I wouldn't have purchased this house. Now I am just waiting until I pay off enough or the price of the house goes up so I can sell it or maybe I will look into renting it out.

I wish a copy of HoA had been given prior to purchase. Some of the rules are based on opinion with no defined parameters.
