Pretty happy with home and customer service

Home buying was the worst I have ever went through, the right hand does not talk to the left hand. Quality has dropped and home owners will suffer long term with these issues. Trustworthiness, no one will reach out and tell you where things stand and or how to proceed, I feel they don't truly care, i would feel bad for new home owners. Responsive is not in there vocabulary, months later still don't hear back!

Quality of central Air conditioner ventilation needs to be installed more professionally. I had to invest & spend $950.00 of my own money to upgrade ducks & vents.

I'm a first-time home buyer and overall I had a good experience. Communication was not always the greatest, and doing everything online was nerve racking at times. I appreciated the walkthrough experience and felt that the building team truly wanted what was best for our family.

We love our home in Honey creek, however the home buying process as a first time home buyer was extremely disappointing. Emails and calls from us went unanswered, especially by the loan officer. We felt extremely dismissed with questions we had.

I've worked with Lennar in our regions several times before and it was okay, but this is my first time working with Lennar Dallas Forth Worth and it was bad. The did not install the rods for the closet and laundry room when they handed me the keys. Event after telling them several times. It eventually to 1 month for them to install after I had moved it and me reaching out few days.

We had such a wonderful experience with our builder! We needed a move-in-ready home, and they went above and beyond to take care of us. Within just one day, they helped us find the perfect home, and we were able to move in within three weeks! We absolutely love everything about our new home—from the beautiful craftsmanship and spacious square footage to the fence and all the thoughtful details throughout the house. The quality truly shows, and it feels like the perfect home for us. What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service. Everyone we worked with was helpful, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our home and our experience. The overall home buying experience went better than expected it was easier and faster than we thought it would be and it was overall a great home. Our only issue came from our closing day when we were billed for an inspection that we had already paid for and we were not given any credit or ***** even though our loan officer had assured us we would receive a credit instead of closing taking an hour it took about 4 hours as we were on the phone with the multiple loan officers we had as our original loan officer was term and we were basically handed off to another LO although they were better than our original they were the one that made us pay twice for the same inspection. ... We have had a few issues and it took a long time for anyone to respond. We all have air conditioning issues. We have an open ticket. The air does not blow in the master bedroom. I called the claims dept. Carla came out. She just said, I will have to send a technician. Over a week later, I have not heard anything from anyone. It is July in Texas, we would like the comfort that we pay for. We also have no water faucet/spicket in the backyard. We were told that is normal. I have never heard of such a thing . I had issued with my dishwasher and was told there is no warranty for appliances. We have a sprinkler head that does not work. Carla told us that the sprinkler head is underground and it is suppose to be. We mentioned issues we were having with our neighbors, they all said, good luck with that! The fence is literally falling apart and the assessment was it's ok and they will not repair it. The fence was poorly stained and someone was to come out here weeks ago to fix and no one has showed up. The access stairs to the attic is very shaky and does not close properly because it is out of alignment. Once again I was told that is the best they can do, I just need to put some muscle into it. The water shut off door in the garage won't open and when I try it feels like the entire casing will come out of the wall. The ceiling on the back patio was cut poorly and now that I removed the light to add a ceiling fan the gap shows. Again do to initial shoddy work. Even the system to go online to pay my mortgage was poorly developed and the rep I spoke with told me there was nothing that could be done about because they don't have IT experts. That prove to be NOT TRUE. Talked a different rep the following week and she got a website rep on the phone with both of us and the problem was resolved. It had everything to do with Lennar setting me up in the system incorrectly. After the sale was complete I never heard back from the sales guy, he ignored all of my calls but rep*****d to some of them via email. Didn't get my mailbox key for 3 weeks. Of course there is a lot I didn't pay attention before closing. No room to run a *****n mower properly because mine and the neighbors units are too close to access between. Just a bunch of other is*****s that let's me know that Lennar does not have the resident in mind when building. I will never buy another Lennar home. ... More
