The layout just didnt really make any sence. Attic door is in the walkway and not in the garage. Doors are pretty thin like shoulder width? Storage could be a lot better.

I Do Not Recommend Lennar

The financial process was the only part that I will commend. The construction manager interaction is a very definite no. Too many excuses with no solutions. It took me verbalizing that I was not married to the house and could walk away before my concerns were taken seriously. I enjoy the home and it meets my needs. I cannot in good conscience recommend Lennar.

I would not recommend Lennar as your lender the experience was awful. I almost walked away until I found my new lender who had the deal done in 2 weeks

Overall experience was a little crazy. Communication was almost not a thing during the process unless I made contact first. Move in date kept getting pushed back further & further. When I finally moved in my home I started to notice small problems like when I take a shower the wall gets a little wet & the paint starts coming off the wall. Even on the ceiling the paint is coming off a little. The spiders are a problem being I am about to have a newborn inside the home. No street lights on my street & many others. Horrible to work with on mortgage side

There are not enough negative adjectives to accurately describe how horrendous our experience with Lennar Mortgage was. We would get sent a message, we’d respond with a question and no one would get back to us for days. Our initial application sat on the underwriters desk for 2 weeks when Lennar pushes closing within a month. We spent over 5 hours on the phone with their 3rd party credit company only to be told we need to send in documents for all the questions they spent the 5 hours going through. I don’t mind getting the documents but it was a complete waste of 5 hours when I could have ...

Was told that when I moved in the house would be clean, it was far from being cleaned, I had to clean the house my self as well filed issues for it being clean. I have a low OCD, certain things were not leveled , example an outlet clearly uneven as well the inside door latch.

Poor experience and full of disappointment

Our experience has been horrible. The house was poorly built and the responses to fix this items have been challenging. The roof company did not do the roof correctly. I had to hired an independent roof inspector 3 times and showed them proof of the items they did not fix. They had to come and “fix the roof” 5 times. That cost me 700 dollar to ensure they do it right. As of right now I am still fighting for them to fix over 15 mayor items. One of them being the floor that has a significant slope. In which the floor contractor stated “we are not on the business of making the floor level”. ...

Took Too Long to Get Our Earnest Money Returned

I purchased this house a month ago and it’s leaking water from roof to the ceiling and into the floor, I submitted emergency repairs, 5 days later, no one showed up, no repairs done (I submitted multiple times requests online), I thought buyers needed to know that when they are buying a home.

We had a very positive experience with the purchase. Our salesman, Michael was amazing! The only thing I can say negative is the quality of the finishes and the lack of thought with planning, for example, no outlet on the kitchen island anywhere, the way the tub is placed in the bathroom is IMPOSSIBLE to clean around it! The tub is too close to the wall on one side and the shower on the other side. There is no way to get to the section between the tub and the window/wall!!! How am I supposed to sweep, dust or clean there????

From “looking” to “closing”

I was looking for a home in a certain price range. Ava showed me a couple of houses, but they were not quite to my liking, then….. she showed me a house that I liked AND the price had been reduced and in my price range. I signed a contract, got in touch with the loan officers (Candee and Ernie) . Everyone was patient and professional, from “looking” to “closing” The closing was fast, convenient and easy. I have owned a few Lennar homes, knew what to expect and am not disappointed. Lennar builds a quality house and I have never had issues with any of them.

Great home layout. What you see is what you get so there are no questions on what you’re buying. Totally customize to your taste as its interior is all white. Neutral color floors also makes it easy to add rugs and color. I recommend Lennar homes.
