Recently I have my first new home with Lennar at Mckinney & overall experience with the entire team was really wonderful. Mostly there were no major issues & some minor issues were fixed immediately. They have very good customer service team & available whenever the request is raised. Builder can still do better on overall workmanship & it would be great if they can provide window treatments for new builds. I really appreciate Chad for helping me on my purchase & getting me all the information i needed. Overall i would say good experience for me

Danny was great!! He always returned my calls and listened well to my concerns. He was very helpful in connecting me to the mortgage process. My main concern with my Lennar experience was the delay of my closing. I did not have any items to correct after my orientation. Construction would not move the closing up and said they needed more time !!!!! My daughter came half way around the world to help me move. I believed the letters that Lennar sent saying that Lennar never misses a closing. Nothing made sense other than no one wanted in construction wanted to bend.

During the initial walkthrough, I was told my home would have tile flooring, but it was completed with laminate instead, which was a disappointment as I had been looking forward to tile. Additionally, there were minor chips on the cabinets that required touchups and the dishwasher installation was not perfect, though functional. Lastly, I felt the faucets could be better matched to the quality of the countertops and sinks. While I’m confident Lennar would have addressed these issues, I didn’t have the bandwidth to request changes after moving in. The Lennar home is a very nice home. Materials are nice quality (countertops, doors, flooring, etc.) are very good. The Lennar Team is very good. Sales were straight forward, support from Lennar Mortgage and Title were truly excellent. They are very organized with after sales support through the Lennar Portal.

I viewed and closed on my home in less than a month! Lennar made it seamless and easy, from the application to the virtual closing. The whole team was extremely helpful! Not only did they ensure I understood the process, but they explained everything step by step. They entertained my questions and reassured me when we hit a couple of snags along the way. I truly appreciate Lennar for giving me, a single woman, the opportunity to own a beautiful home! You made my dreams come true!

The website has tons of information as your house is getting built. You get to follow along every step of the way. I was able to see my house every week after I closed. And I love how the website gives detailed information about how to take care of your home. Very good experience from a first-time home buyer. My agent was great but I wish you was just a little bit more involved in the closing. I've even known some people to get small gifts from their real estate agents.

My entire home buying process with Lennar was so smooth, consistent & accurate from contractual agreement to closing. It has been two months since we moved to our new home. We are enjoying our new house with no issue so far. there is any issue at our home Lennar is there for help I am recommending friends & families to shop house from Lennar.

Buying our second home with the help of Martha and John was a great experience. From the first day we met Martha she always seemed to have our best interest at heart. She is a great person to work with. The underwriters were the only thing that made this transaction feel overwhelming. Good experience. Some lack of communication during the closing process but it all worked out. Good interest rate but overall price for the house is too high. But it's 2024 and housing prices are insane anyways.

I closed on my new home in September 2023 at a great rate (under 5%) that Lennar offered and closing took exactly 30 days. I had a third party home inspection done before closing to make sure the home was built efficiently and no major issues were found. The minor issues that were found was fixed immediately. Chad (my new home consultant) was pleasant/great to work with and answered my questions/concerns quickly. I would recommend Lennar to family, friends, and acquaintances if they were looking for a new home to purchase.
