The entire process using the internet and “portal” was a nightmare for this Baby Boomer! Everyone I encountered assumed I knew how to navigate, upload, download, scan, import to a file - and I still don’t! AND - I didn’t have a computer or the internet, so this experience left me with a bad impression of Lennar. I was treated like an absolute moron because I didn’t understand how to present documents or find one to sign!!!! And when I did ask for help, many people were impatient with my lack of understanding the technical lingo. Very unpleasant experience

We went to tour the division just to see what they were like and it went from a tour of new homes to essentially a car sale. I don’t mean that in any bad way, but that was the closest kind of transaction I can compare that too. Working with Michael we were qualified for our new home and thus began our journey to becoming homeowners. We were then assigned Matt to get all of our required loan documents in order. Once everything was collected we were good to wait until the closing and cash to close transfer. The signing was very quick and painless.

The process from looking at homes to the final move-in was seamless. Hailey H. was extremely personal and devoted her time and efforts in ensuring that my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. The quality the new home that I purchased is outstanding, what was optional features in most of the other homes we looked at were standard features for Lennar. The builders team from sales, financial to final inspection was over and beyond my expectations. Hailey was very attentive to what we were looking for and even helped us get more value for our money.

The seller response was really slow. I had to drive to the mortgage office to buy the house because of the slow email response. The Lennar support concierge never called me back and seemed not personable. Everybody seemed too busy to answer my questions in a timely manner.

My home buying process (1st time) was traumatizing. I was so excited at first but Ronnie was a huge bully and Jody was very condescending. Everything was rushed I had no time to think or weigh my options on anything . Ronnie made the experience the worse she was so rude and pushy. Jody would try to be helpful at times but her delivery and tone always seemed ask if I was bothering her. I wanted to back out so bad the only person I had a positive experience with was Taylor. When we did our walk thru she was nice informative and willing to help

Not understanding how they sold my loan to another finance company after I told them before they do that let me know and I will go to my credit union that was very unprofessional once they got the money for the house they didn't care about nothing else

The buying process was convenient and easy from the beginning to the end. The house is of good quality and I believe I have a good value for my money. The buider's team is very responsive to any of my concerns and they took care of them in a timely manner. You should know that the builder builds standard homes and they make no room for upgrades. You will have to do your upgrades on your own after you close.

Get an inspector and make sure Lennar fixes all issues found BEFORE closing. Lennar will find every excuse to not resolve any issues after the deal is done, even with the one year warranty

Buying a home should be a time for celebration of a great achievement, instead, with Lennar Homes, this was a frustrating and disheartening experience. I paid cash so this should have been a seamless experience. However, with the exceptionally poor communication with all Lennar employees I worked with, the closing nearly didn't happen. Lennar staff refused to give me the keys to my home hours after funds had been wired, because I would not fraudulently sign paperwork of things they had not done. The sales person was not helpful at all, most of the time she doesn't answer back or for the few times she did she was giving wrong information, my new neighbor had the same issue as well. Otherwise some of the floors in the house are not well leveled and also I fund some studs and trush buried under the sod and makes me question the quality of work and not trust your company. One good thing, the QA person who was in the final walk-through inspection was knowledgeable and had a good attitude.

Recently I have my first new home with Lennar at Mckinney & overall experience with the entire team was really wonderful. Mostly there were no major issues & some minor issues were fixed immediately. They have very good customer service team & available whenever the request is raised. Builder can still do better on overall workmanship & it would be great if they can provide window treatments for new builds. I really appreciate Chad for helping me on my purchase & getting me all the information i needed. Overall i would say good experience for me
