I think the hardest part would just be waiting for the house to be release for sale but once the house is ready everything is just so smooth from Sales to Mortgage and everyone from Lennar. Kudos to our sales person Kristian and mortgage team Cody.

I have to say that I am very satisfied with all the entire experience. I read very negative post and reviews on internet about lennar, but my experience with them have been very positive.

Some of the wrong materials were used. Example: wardrobe keys were used for the room keys.

Delays were with justifiable reasons and sales manager kept us posted with video clips showing progress that as exciting

Initial contact with Lennar was amazing. Kevin was spot on. Deacon made the financial process smooth. Since moving in James has been great. Overall it is a beautiful experience and I will do it again if I could.

I love my house! I found a new house with a great deal. I love my neighborhood. It took less than a month to do everything .

Bathroom faucet is not strong enough, landscape not well done, it retains water and have killed the grass

I recently purchased a Lennar home at River place. The overall experience has been smooth. The sales executive, Tammy, has been responding timely. She has a wealth of information on hand, and guided us effectively during the whole process. I have had no issues while raising service request. The overall craftsmanship has been decent.

We learned very early that we could trust the Lennar Mortgage broker and the on-site builders agent Tammy and Deacon are hard working and honest professionals who were responsive and reassuring during the recent market in which it was very difficult to find a new build. When we think of Lennar, we think of the great interactions we have.consistently enjoyed with each of them. We thoroughly enjoy our house.

Great, closed as stated. Over all experience was good

I am definitely encouraging my friends and family to go for Lennar only because of thier quality work/products/materials. The down side of Lennar builder is that you won't get the house whatever they have intial clousing date. Keep in mind the date will be revised 2-3 times and you will have to wait one-two months more.

The Lennar work family ate very nice. As for as my home. I not to happy on how they respond to issues. I prefer phone call instead of emails if I have a service request. My kitchen light is hanging down, my bathroom plug doesn't work, and water stands in my yard for days after it rains cause I don't have a good run off system. I'm having this issue after month of moving in. They are great people but I'm not too impressed by the quality of my home.

It was a great experience to buy the Lennar Home. Jason is the one who made me to choose this home and I truly appreciate his support on all phases.

Our sales associate Tanna is always excellent. She’s very helpful and responsive. Jody also did a great job. Jody helped us with the loan and was very friendly… And responsive. We had a great experience… We would recommend to others.

House had no options to change. You get only what comes with the house.

Our overall experience was very fast as bought a house that was already in progress. The Lennar office staff was terrific and extremely helpful in the buying process. Our whole experience with closing was very smooth. The only blip we experienced was not having some preclosing requirements met and difficulty getting those completed after closing. Some was supply chain issue which is understandable. Others, we are still waiting on a few things. Patience has been key, but overall we would use Lennar again. Our home is beautiful.

This was our first time ever buying a home, and we are glad and blessed having worked with the Lennar team for Overland Grove in Forney, TX. Scott, my Lennar agent was really instrumental throughout the entire process, he made sure I received weekly updates and was always welcoming if I had any questions about the build status. The entire loan team was also great, they communicated everything well making sure I am always updated with the loan application. I would definitely recommend Lennar to friends and family!

Each person we have work with has been outstanding

From sales to closing to customers care service after closing, all the people that work here has great customer service. They are personable, attentive and responsive. First of all, I do appreciate that the house came with extra perks that I didn’t expect or known not to be included if you would be buying a custom home, like blinds and tech package is awesome. The different packages and layout is very thoughtful. I can’t wait for the community to be fully finish with amenities. It may be my particular home and I don’t know about the other homes, I expected the physical manifestations of the home to be just as great as I got from the other services. All are builders grade, which I understand the affordability, but the finishes are very cheap. I have had to make numerous call with fixes and it keep growing as I continue to live in the house and find more things. There’s no perfect house but I didn’t expect to have to report some basic fixes on brand new house. Overall, this is a great starter home, great alternative to fighting the cash offer bidding wars. ... More

We had a very good buying experience - was straight forward and easy

It was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Everyone involved from Builder to Lennar Mortgage and title was awesome and made this whole process effortless.
