Multiple issues upon moving including massive unfinished hole in pantry wall in which ants swarmed the kitchen less than a week upon moving in. Leaks in sinks. Problems with scheduling people to come out for repairs. The people that have come for repairs have been polite and overall helpful, however, in a new home these issues are disappointing. These are on top of the lack of communication from sellers and mortgage and issues that my realtor has never seen. And losing home insurance because Lennar never paid the first prior to selling installment.

Unfortunately, we had the worst service and now can’t get anyone to help communication by sales rep and managers was awful I am waiting still til today for Greg to call me who is hire up in sales it’s been death ear on top some one after paying homeowners insurance hippo cancelled insurance due to Lennar agent requested it very bad service all the way around had to live out of hotel with kids lost 2,500 was told I would get reimbursed and never did guy sold me a home he wanted and we had no choice than to loss more money

I had a disappointing experience with this labor warranty. The quality of their work was subpar, with noticeable labor issues. When I requested and submitted a repair ticket, they refused to address the problems and gave excuses instead. I expected better service and responsibility for their workmanship

This was my first time going through home buying & when I tell you first off Jason Was the BEST! Whatever I needed to know he helped me with it explained everything, broke down everything I wanted to know. And what I love the most everyone in the office was so nice & they greeted me when I came in. And Jason was a 10/10! I love my Lennar home!

In buying my last new home, It was a roller coaster ride experience! I was not allowed to experience the joy of buying a new home! I started to quit the process several times but was begged by my son who lives here to continue the process. I moved from New Orleans and have bought six homes and this was my worst experience of them all! I am getting to like it now but I was angry when I moved here because of the experience I went through. With my credit and income it should not have been that way!

I thank GOD for placing the right people and place in my life. The overall experience was awesome from start to finish. Martha -sales rep went beyond and above so did John the mortgage broker. Thank you all so much for making my dream come true.

I was looking to purchase a home early this year. I went to another Lennar community where an agent named Blanca helped me. After deciding that community was not a fit for me, I decided to look at other properties. After letting her know my budget and also timeframe, she kept pushing for an earlier date, to which I didn’t feel comfortable. I decided she was not a fit, because I wanted someone who understood my timeframe and knew I wasn’t interested in spending thousands of dollars more since I was still leasing an apartment. After finding Falcon, I went for a house there. The process was smooth, until the walks and inspections took place. Lots of items needed to be fixed and also there were items that seemed rushed and quickly done, just to get it out of the way and fulfill the closing time. In addition to that, 6 days prior to closing, the Lennar office removed incentives from the sale and increased my closing over 5k more. Unbelievable! They even told me I could stop down from the sale when I said that was not right. After going back and forth during several days, they were able to correct some of the incentives. That was such a nerve-wracking week filled with tons of emotions. It was extremely stressful to say the least! Then, at the last minute, they said that blinds didn’t come with the house, even when I had in writing by 2 people from the company, that blinds came with the home. They told me no. That’s a very deceptive practice. The last thing that happened, on the day of closing, I went to pick up the keys of my new home and the person who was in the office, was the manager Blanca, who in a very condescending and harassing manner asked me why I didn’t put her as my agent, if she was helping me at the beginning. I felt very threatened by the fact she was telling me this as I was picking up my keys. Instead of congratulating me on my home, she was complaining to me that she didn’t pretty much have my sale. That was crazy! What an experience! I hope Lennar gets it together! ... More

The website has tons of information as your house is getting built. You get to follow along every step of the way. I was able to see my house every week after I closed. And I love how the website gives detailed information about how to take care of your home. Very good experience from a first-time home buyer. My agent was great but I wish you was just a little bit more involved in the closing. I've even known some people to get small gifts from their real estate agents.

My entire home buying process with Lennar was so smooth, consistent & accurate from contractual agreement to closing. It has been two months since we moved to our new home. We are enjoying our new house with no issue so far. there is any issue at our home Lennar is there for help I am recommending friends & families to shop house from Lennar.

I thought it would be a better first time homebuying experience. They found a quick sale. Thats all.

Carter Benson in sales at Eastland has very poor communication skills. As soon as he gets your deposit he will ignore your texts, calls and emails leaving you to have to reach out to other team members to help you. He will lie when you finally do get a hold of him to get you to stop reaching out to him. For 3 months this man has been lien saying a washer and dryer is being shipped to my home which was promised in my closing of my new home. He now won’t reply to my text messages and avoids me when going to the sale home. I’m not sure why he won’t just be honest and say he messed up and it’s not coming. But Cody Hester my down officer was awesome he helped me with everything even the things during the process Carter was supposed to. I would recommend him to anyone. For title, I didn’t know when I was going to sign until it was about two days before it was very hectic, I had to wait a long time when I went to the office because they didn’t have everything ready, and then after they wanted me to go back and sign more papers And I live like 45 minutes away so I said no, so a very nice lady came to my house so I could sign more papers, purchased many houses throughout my life. I have never had an experience like this should Communicate better, since people are anxiously waiting to know when it’s going to close and not Just two days before we close, because we have other things to do my like work. ... Lennar is a great builder their product is great and affordable. They truly care about their customers.

If you can buy with anyone else DO IT. Issues after issue, getting information/returned calls… umm yeah right. Praying on people with no knowledge of the mortgage industry and you should steer clear.
