First off. Praise the Lord for this home. Tbh my ratings are probably low because of the TERRIBLE experience we had with the lady salesperson. Worst Communication Ever!!!. She closed the deal and was almost impossible to reach after that. We also went with another lender because of almost as bad finance communication. But… the pre sale walk thru guy was awesome! And. The warranty guy has been great so far!

The home is absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t believe that Lennar made it so easy to get into a wonderful home! The house is beautiful, and the building, sales, and finance teams were all very responsive and easy to work with.

The buying experience was extremely stressful. There’s no guidance and communication. There’s a ton of urgency asking for this or that but, when I asked questions it took days to get an answer. The sales people just assume you know the process but, when you’re a first time buyer it’s very stressful.

After purchasing a home, it has ALWAYS been courteous of the sales/realtor to leave a gift basket especially since we are moving from out of state. We didn’t even receive a folder of suggested services. Our pipe burst within the first week we moved in and flooded the laundry and bedroom to where the carpet had to be replaced. That got fixed with 3 weeks of being inconvenienced. The sewer manhole is bubbling with sewage to the point where huge trucks are emptying it on a daily basis. We are inconvenienced AGAIN. Unorganized throughout Home Buying Process. Outsource Issues after Close

Refused to perform final walk through with realtor. The financial process was unorganized. Switched to different untrained employees who made errors when calculating the amount due at closing. After the purchase, they were also difficult with letting us know how to pay them.

I had a pleasant experience with my construction manager and my warranty tech that met me on site and explained everything to me. They both wonderful and only because of them, would I rate this super high. The absolute worst part of this experience was my Lennar Sales Rep. Martha didn't really explain anything I had asked her to. She just gave me the basic information and showed me the house. Thankfully, when I went to a different Lennar Sales Rep (Princeton Lennar was amazing!) the week before that explained everything very well and took care of me. My sales person was Brian, all around just rude! If it wasn’t for the price of the homes, I would have not bought from him. Rush construction manager fixed my issue very fast, he didn’t however power wash the concrete like promised, pretty muddy on my street. All in all, I think the experience could have been better

Day one I was promised Lennar would over communicate during the process however it was quite the opposite. It took me contacting every VP in Lennar to get responses from my salesperson and community rep. Once I finally got answers to questions, I would get the standard response of “I can’t answer that because so and so handles that.” When I arrived for my final walk through the cleaning team was still there so we worked around them. We have now been in our home for 2 months. So glad we have a year warranty and boy have I been having to place warranty requests! Todays request really makes me sad because there is water leaking from the washroom wall and we had to use the emergency water shut off. Fortunately they get back with requests quickly. Homeowners are doing their part of maintaining their properties. However, LANNAR is lacking on their part. Overgrown grass and weed make it difficult to use the sidewalks. In addition, to getting bit by animals or reptiles in the Overgrown grass and crap grass.

Concierge was practically useless. Sales liason doesn't respond. They don't give a crap about your schedule or preferences. We see water drain issues in the yard within a month of home purchase.
