My experience was less than average. The process is complex with limited support from the staff. It is all about closing the deal vs. customer service. I was not impressed by what I got and this was my first experience with Lennar. I will likely be NOT inclined to do business with them in the future.

I think there are some basic things that needed to be included in these homes that Lennar does not. I think glass shower doors and maybe ceiling fans should be the basics in homes in Texas. I also think the team that builds the homes could use a little more supervision I won’t get into that. Other than that the homes are nice which they build more in other spaces affordable homes because all cities in Dfw need affordable homes not just in the outskirts.

Over all o would say a smooth experience but need to check on all financing details upfront to not have any surprises of government funding fee adding to your loan if on FHA and a great promising interests rates for sure

Lennar does not respond to request after they have received your down payment. The worst company to work with in my opinion. Please do not go through Lennar if you can avoid it.

The final handover team, was very rude and absolutely not professional. They treated as if we had no other options in the market, other than Lennar. I will share my experience with my fellow home buyers so that they can be prepared. Your ground staff needs to be trained.

Constant Lies and Poor Work

Buying this house was a huge pain. The builder routinely tried to lie to me about things and used dirty tricks to try and rush me through the process. I had to fight very hard with them to resolve problems that should have 100% been their responsibility. I am still struggling with the builder to get them to repair things that they screwed up. Aside from them rushing me through getting my new home inspection, they also moved up my closing date by a month without proper notice. I was originally going to close on 03/28 (which was signed the first week of February) per the contract but had ...

Buying our second home with the help of Martha and John was a great experience. From the first day we met Martha she always seemed to have our best interest at heart. She is a great person to work with. The underwriters were the only thing that made this transaction feel overwhelming. If I could give a 0 I would. I have barely been in my home a month and the paint is already chipping on this cheap siding y’all used. Some of the door knobs are loose. I called to get help with the thermostat you wanted to do a virtual call and couldn’t help with something so simple. I referred 2 friends which I’m sorry I did because y’all gave and is still giving 1 a bad experience. My sales person the one who sold me the house asked me who was my sales person when I went in the office to tell them that the fridge they promised me was not in my home. Happy we got a home but

So the home is nice for the most part, the yard is a good size. My only concerns were that the closing was a bit of a mess and it was hard to get a hold of certain people. Also. We have had an ant problem since the day we moved in and we’ve even paid to have someone come and spray but they keep coming in through the walls

Good experience. Some lack of communication during the closing process but it all worked out. Good interest rate but overall price for the house is too high. But it's 2024 and housing prices are insane anyways.
