It would've been nice to know Verandah is located in a MUD ZONE. VERANDAH is an exurb of Greenville Texas and a exurb of Royce City Texas. That's very unique! I now empathize with citizens of Puerto Rico and DC. Located in an the nation, but unable to vote for my interest of my immediate area except the ISD. Greenville, the county seat, is approximately 20 miles away. The location is good for me, and my neighbors I've met, are friendly and excited about their new home purchase. There are not many lights on the street I live and it's pretty dark at night. This should've been looked at a little closer. There were some problems identified but the response to having them corrected has been reasonable. There should be vehicle speed signs posted. The major offenders appear to be construction workers and support personnel. Residents aren't immune from exceeding normal speed restrictions in the complex. It's a disappointment, to me, rain gutters we're not factored into the price of the home. I would have welcomed that, now that's an additional out of pocket expense for me and I hope not to run afoul of the HOA. There were little things forgot that were supposed to be installed in the home. The ring system was hard to set up. Had to call on each piece of equipment to set up. The front line sales person seemed annoyed with the process of the transaction as well. Everytime a question was asked he acted like it was a task to give out info.

Builder response on few reported items was quite awesome and completed reported issues on time. The house orientation by the QA team was not expected though, should have spent some more time and covered each part of the house

Sales are very good. But 【Lennar Mortgage 】is very unprofessional！You should go to Google Maps and read the reviews, people are not happy with 【lennar Mortgage】！My salesman, Mr. Kristian Chanin, is a young, very polite, energetic, patient, and very professional . The home buying experience was not bad at all. Don Segal worked to ensure my needs and questions were addressed. Just with Lennar caulked the baseboards. It give the house a more finished look.

You get what you pay for and its on you to make sure things are good before the warranties are over. I like the house but I knew what i was purchasing before I bought it. I have seen people complain about what is included with the house. You have to understand that this is basically the bare minimum new build. So don't expect garage door openers, ceiling fans, gutters ect... In the end its my own home, its comfortable and I love improving it myself with DIY projects. These homes are great for first time buyers.

Our home is beautiful and the construction manager (Amanda) is very informative & helpful. But the sale agent, she was a little bit rude & not really care to give a good information when I first time visit model home. My another complaint is the drive way & side walk got cracks & damage not look really good. I have to fix my own. Overalls, we love the house, especially the kitchen.

They were working on my house the last day before I closed. Some things are still not done. The landscaping is shoddy but the structure and interior are really nice. I’d recommend but expect a wild ride.

Lennar homes are a good value overall. We struggled with several delays in closing on our new house, but given current demand for new homes, this is understandable.

Took a long time to build our house.

Overall a good home some issues were had but were resolved in a timely manner.

We are very happy and absolutely love our home, we are glad we chose Lennar to build our beautiful home.

Feeling good in every way

Buying a house isn't always the easiest thing to do but knowing that our sales rep, Trent, was on our side definitely made a difference. He was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. He emailed us progress reports and made sure we were informed of everything going on. When problems arose (which is bound to happen in this type of process) Trent made sure everything was taken care of. He's the best and I don't know what we would've done without him.

everything was good. anything at the walk through that was wrong was fixed right away. Then we did finial walk through. everything was fixed that was wrong. We have had 4 other houses but this is our first new home. It feels really good.

I would recommend to friends!

It has been 1 month that we have moved-in, but we have had 3 flat tires, which I had to change 2 of tires due to nails inserting side wall of my tires. The construction team must stop dropping nails in the sidewalk and street / in front my driveway. I would like to be compensated for my cost impact.

Everything looks good. But builder is not allowed to customize anything while building the home. Small changes are also not allowed. If they allowed customization, it will be so great.

According to prices it’s very nice and nice location right next to highway 80

This builder builds nice structured homes with a really beautiful design, Very comfortable and cozy.

Craftsmanship is awesome. But, the make ready team is horrible. I've had to go back over a lot of missed items reported on walk through and still have some areas that were not touched.

Due to demand, there are only spec houses available which does limit the individual's choice of the model they want and the lot they want.

The materials are very nice but some of them are not of good quality. There was a lot of essential info missing from the orientation. For example, they never told us about the filter, how it needs to be replaced, How to operate the thermostats. etc.....

Full featured homes available at competitive prices with great amenities.

There where some minor problems at frist and some communication issues but eventually everything was worked out.
