Going through the loan application process was horrible. Very unfriendly to people without a realtor. Rude and not helpful or responsive to questions. Given no information on this community on how to handle utilities, HOA etc. Person doing the house walkthrough gave misinformation multiple times on how to do things. I was told by two different people that they get me a list of paint used on home, nothing. Overall it was not a good experience.

Love my new home! Absolutely adore it. I have not had the greatest experience with the salesman after I had signed the day of and put my deposit down. The QA guys were great. But they did say that my house would be cleaned before i moved in and sadly it was dirtier than it was the last time i saw it before it was officially mine. I hired my own inspector prior to buying my home and they found a leak in the evaporator coil in the HVAC. The air coming from the vents was 67 degrees - cool, but not what it should be. Our AC never caught up in the summer and regardless of setpoint, never dropped below 76 inside. I notifed Lennar and they sent some contractor at 5pm who refused to look inside the unit in the attic. I had to hire MY own HVAC company to get a 2nd opinion. Low Nd behold, a massive leak in the evaporator coil. They never fixed it! The picture presented on the webpages is nothing, like my house looks like. I feel like I was totally railroaded. All the videos of what I was showing that I would receive, I did not. From the outside to the in. it is nothing like I was shown. When I try to contact somebody for help, it takes days and talking to 20 different people in order to get some thing done. It has been an absolute nightmare. I would never refer any of them to anyone who is in the market for a house.

The total experience with Sales person, title, inspection were bad. In order for Lennar to be great company to trust, the ground work from. Sales and other areas should be good but my experience was very disappointing.

I signed on my home, on that day I had a water leak and the front bath floor was flooded, my dishwasher fell out of the island and the whole ring thing is a mess that was never explained to me. You should note that six weeks later I still do not have a vanity or sink in that bathroom! I had little to no orientation and had no help finding out how to get assistance. You had NO trouble telling me how much money you needed and when you expected it!

Our experience with Lennar was pleasant! Our Community Representative(Sales Consultant) Mrs. Martha, was very helpful! She has a very bubbly personality, she's, knowledgeable, and she kept us updated throughout the entire process! Our loan officer, Mr. John, was very helpful as well! He was attentive, empathetic, and responded to emails, texts, and phone calls, PROMPTLY! The only unpleasant part of the process was underwriting!!!

I think the hardest part would just be waiting for the house to be release for sale but once the house is ready everything is just so smooth from Sales to Mortgage and everyone from Lennar. Kudos to our sales person Kristian and mortgage team Cody.

The underwriting process was a complete mess. My close date had to be moved because of this. The underwriter and processor were so difficult to work with, I got approved a day before closing. The processor would not answer calls or emails and would keep requesting for the same document even though it had been uploaded multiple times. She would not call to clarify or nothing. The people in the office gave me a hard time, they were no help in getting the mail key and kept referring me to usps. I had to report the matter to higher ups to get the mail box issue fixed. Purchased house jun 30 2023 I wish to share my experience and service work along with suggestions: after you do a final walk through for items requiring fixing please confirm completion prior to moving -look at outside garage door dents, air conditioner dents too! I wouldn’t buy a Lennar home again. I have been trying nearly two months to get warranty items repaired. One being my front door lock. I have to make a 10 mile round trip to pick up my mail as my mail box station has been broken five plus months. And the list goes on.

Lennar has an amazing process setup for each and every aspect of home buying. Service request process is also very good, immediately things gets handled and gets resolved also. After our 3rd party inspection the construction super assured us all of the items would be addressed by closing inspection. Half were not. It took weeks for him to address the deficiencies after closing. I had to contact him multiple times to have the repairs addressed. One item is a tilted roof vent. The construction inspector contacted the roofing company and they said, "It is good enough." I expected Lennar to hold their contractors responsible for quality workmanship and fight for the home buyer. They did not.
