This is my first home...

It was a very smooth home-buying process. All the people involved were extremely professional and helpful. Homes were reasonably priced despite of the booming housing market.

If you want an inexpensive plain vanilla home with efficient floor plan this is a good option.

My salesperson Carson was above and beyond helpful and patient. He made me feel as if he truly cared and did everything he could to keep me informed and guided me wisely. My loan officer Justin was exceptional as well.

They are building so far that you will have a lot of little things wrong. The builders will fix whatever was not done correctly. That is great. Overall nice community and homes for the price.

Hard to say as many delays (not the builders fault)made it an uncomfortable situation..

Material and quality of workmanship was really good for the price point

This is my first time buying a home. Not to mention a new home. I was expecting the walls and paint and flooring among everything else to be perfect. That is just simply not the case. There is and was a bunch of fitment issues between the walls and the floor as well as other small issues throughout the house. Some of these have been fixed and some have not. My point is that I was surprised that I have even had any of these issues to begin with. This is no reflection on the Sales office or Carl that is in charge of repairs and issues after the sale. Better communication , don’t understand what else you need

Other builders offer 5 gallon of paint. Also others builders paint the garage for same price or for less price on the house. Whoever paint the inside of my house paint the floor in a few areas of the house. Non response I get after the closing day. Also the proses on the financial is very stressful and inconvenience. They need to be more proactive and ask for all documentation at front and not the las day of the closing day.

Bathroom room fixtures are of less expensive value. One bathroom the fixtures have already became loose. For 236k, you only get a cookie cutter type home with tiny closets in extra bedrooms. No storage space.

Have home Inspector go over your home first.

Generally everything went well before we moved in. Well, there were issues along the way, but Lennar responded appropriately to them. Lennar told us the internet will be available by Fision provider the day of closing. We were happy about that. We thought if Fision does not work for us, we can change it to At&t right? No, WRONG. Now we have problem with Fision. Called HOA office. HOA office told us we can change it but still we have to pay for Fision too because Lennar has contract with them. What? That is the biggest betray from Lennar. How they can do this to people. This is America. America is America because consumers have options. Now we don't. (I do not know the term of the contract yet. But here I am asking Lennar do not do that again.) ... More

The home itself is beautiful and just right for me!

Our main concern is that we weren’t given the information we’d asked for. We didn’t know that there is Soltera South and North. We asked the salesperson about the HOA charges which are very high but she didn’t explain to us. We were looking for a home at Solitera but this lady didn’t give us full information about the location of Solitera amenities. We’re disappointed by this. We feel we’re scammed. There’s no Lenner in main soltera. We the south Soltera we’re paying HOA double for what isn’t benefiting us directly. I feel that we’re scammed by Lenner using Soltera name to sale their homes. Point blank There’s no Lenner in Main Soltera. We love our home very much but we miss the amenities we were looking and promised. We don’t want to drive miles to see lakes and nice flowers, we wanted to see it from our home. Overall, we’re glad we have our Lenner home and it was affordable to us. We are thankful ... More

Was so surprised how seamless the process was from searching to finding the right lender. A new build just outside the city in a quiet area that starting to be developed. Excited to host in my new space and see what comes of the surrounding areas.

Warranty service team is very bad with my experience

Jeremy was very patient and kind. He made the process less painful. It was a quick process too. The quality of the home is standard. There were a few things that I feel could have been done differently. But all in all a good investment and experience. I would recommend this builder to friends and family. Matter of fact, I have recommended my friends and family to buy from Lennar. I think Lennar produces a good product for the amount paid.
