All the design and quality of furnishings with trims is great, they also gave special attention to the backyard and put very detailed work in the fences etc,

The service during and after the purchase was top notch, but the quality of work was not worth thr price. Things have been falling apart left and right, and while the response and warranty work has been quick, im 3 months into my purchase, and over a dozen claims. These aren't little things either, light fixtures falling out of the ceiling, closet shelves falling off the wall, major structure issues, but this house had a premium price tag under the guise of "luxury". On the outside the home looks luxurious, but living in the home is now a guessing game of what will break next.

Still have some issues with water in side yard after it rains. A sink hole in the front yard by side walk. Hole in garage that mice can get in the walls

Me and my wife had what felt like a very smooth purchase. They were flexible with us on getting paperwork done. They also had everything setup and the in house lending was great. The only thing I would say is we are starting to notice some issues come up around the house and it's not many at all. Since we are first time home owners we could be digging a little too deep at things but, we are going to bring them up on our first year inspection. The house is beautiful though and the co.munity seems nice and we love our house.

The home I got it’s not the same as model house! So many details they are not finished. The builder used the cheap materials. For the 2210sqf I paid 471.۰۰۰in my Neighbourhood paying a lot less!

They need to improve on the materials they are using for the building. The contractor needs to do excellent work for their clients please

Initial times Lennar Sales person and Lennar Mortgage were very polite and professional. But later both of them were pressurizing to close the Home buying even though many of the activities are pending and some of the closure credit was changed at the last minute.

I have very good experience with Jon and my loan officer (Christian) and his team. But on my backyard the drainage (landscape) is really bad. I report for lennar home care last month 03/10/2023 and they told me the builder will fix the landscape. It's over a month now and a lot of water on my backyard. There is rain last Wednesday after 6 days still a lot of water.

we bought house in nov 21. we moved in and when raning for the first time we had a major leak. there are countless cosmetic issues including the paint surface not even a couple of very narrow trust bars a garage door that is not sealed and rodent precense inside the house. were also promised the inclusion of W/D which never happened.

The air conditioning does not work properly. Cannot accept it for a brand new home.

Our journey with Lennar was a bitter sweet one. Our first visit to a Lennar office was met with a very rude and unprofessional agent who was very excited to sell to us and when he saw our DOB on our IDs quickly returned them and told us there was no home available and will be none anytime soon. We left and returned some other time with our agent to be greeted and welcome by an absolutely amazing Lennar agent, Ty. Tyrone walked us through the process and assisted in every step of the way until closing. We had a little bit of hiccups with the closing agents and loan officers over constantly requesting for the same documents over and over again. Of course, the military wasn’t making it easier for them either. When we moved in, the AC was not working and we contacted Lennar warranty service and until today, they have not shown up, we fixed the problem. Overall, everyone we met did their jobs but Tyrone went above and beyond to represent the Lennar brand while recognizing we are buying a home not a pen. The experience wasn’t bad could’ve been better some of them could’ve been the shortage of materials some of the craftsmanship on the lower cost house seems like they went the cheapest way

It is what it is, but the build quality is barely good. The walk through I had some issues that were not addressed. It's a cheap tract home I get it, My concerns were only cosmetic, but you can tell the GC doesn't look after the workers and it shows.

Currently pre-construction items were not successfully updated and no one has gotten back to. Kitchen cabinet doors falling apart with only one month of use. Not happy with the amount of time they take in order to get back to you when issues are reported. On the other hand my sales person was amazing and always responsive. The mortgage and closing was a smooth transaction even when I had so many questions. They will always get back to me on a timely fashion even if it was after hours.

Overall good buying experience for us.

You have to double check to make sure issues are fixed properly to make sure things are working even thought they said everything is fixed…

The process from the start was awesome. Our home advisor helped us negotiate when our realtor didn't. She thought we should go in at full price. The Lender was slower than molasses, but the title company was quick and efficient. Overall, I would buy another, larger Lennar home in my near future.

I would say that the home buying experience would have been great if I went all in with Lennar. Since I did not and chose to go with my own lender things got weird to say the least.

The agent that sold me the home was great. Every one involved was great. The issues I have had with the house are things like no towel racks in bathrooms, no faucet out back, no knobs or pulls on cabinet drawers and doors, no doorbell and the yard is very uneven. I realize the sod is new but I had new sod in my last home but it was flat. I am 78 with walking issues and have has a couple falls just walking outside.

Too many people involved which made it very confusing as to whom to contact for various issues. There was a concierge but he seemed extremely young and inexperienced and was not prompt in replying. I think that role if properly staffed would have been perfect to help redirect us when we contacted the wrong person with a particular question or concern. A huge issue was no trash/recycle receptacles at closing. What in the world were we to do with our trash and tons of recycle the first two weeks. Thank goodness our 2 sons were able to accept a lot of our trash and recycle. It took weeks to get receptacles. At the beginning of the loan process we felt overwhelmed with the frequency and expected response times. One email came in on a Saturday afternoon with a 48 hour turn around. The loan and closing process were quite stressful. We are nearly 70 years old and the on-line process was extremely impersonal and we needed help with some of the photos to PDF process and a few other techy things. We hope to never have to purchase another home as the stress was overwhelming at times. But, bottom line is we love our new home from the layout design to the quality (except the back yard which we're afraid to use due to the lumps and bumps as we are afraid of breaking an ankle.) ... First things first - love my home. It meets all my needs and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Lennar delivered what they promised, on time. The reason I took off couple of stars is because of response delays during the home buying process. There were 3+weeks that both my real estate agent and I struggled to get answers and an updated closing estimate from Lennar. On the positive side, once they started working with me (last week before closing), the answers and updates happened quickly and efficiently. For everything else, Lennar did what they said they will do, when they promised it. Frankly, a "will happen in last week before closing" response would have worked better than current experience of asking repeatedly and not getting responses. ... More

The builders were absolutely helpful and kind. However, the title company was a different story. I did not like that the title company would not allow me to close in person. I had no access to a computer and was having to sign all these important documents on my small phone. I felt that my loan officer Terry was not helpful. At one point he even hung up the phone on me. When I was done with closing his response to me was, “I hope we didn’t beat you up too bad.” Terry was very aggressive about me wiring $500 over the price for closing just in case of any numbers were off. I still don’t understand how you would not have my final numbers for closing. They mailed a check of the money that I over paid for closing, but never received it in the mail. Then charged me for wiring It to my bank. I requested a survey of the property before closing, which they would not give me until I closed. Just from that experience alone, I will not be purchasing another LENNAR home in the future. ... More

The whole financial department of Lennar was absolutely horrible, very unorganized, changing fees last minute and adding in costs at closing to where I was almost not able to close.

The floor plans are amazing. The space inside the home is incredible. I love it.

It was great! It worked out!
