The Lennar sales team was terrible throughout the entire buying process. Our home closed 5 months after initial projection. This, while frustrating, is understandable given the issues businesses are facing right now. What isn't understandable is the complete dearth of information and even general communication from beginning to end. No explanations were given besides "supply chain issues" and that was when we could get an answer at all. In the end, Lennar's sales team, including management, tried to force is to close on an incomplete home (garage door not working, cabinetry incomplete, ...

It seems very rushed. I already have a few issues in my attic where wood is bending and splitting. I've already submitted a ticket for the issue and I understand that some of this can be due to the house settling.

You get what you pay for and its on you to make sure things are good before the warranties are over. I like the house but I knew what i was purchasing before I bought it. I have seen people complain about what is included with the house. You have to understand that this is basically the bare minimum new build. So don't expect garage door openers, ceiling fans, gutters ect... In the end its my own home, its comfortable and I love improving it myself with DIY projects. These homes are great for first time buyers.

We are extremely thankful to the LORD for this beautiful home. Moving from out of state was hard, but finally being here now and enjoying this home was well worth the wait. Due to supply and demand issues, our closing date got pushed out a few months. Lennar came through and covered the extensions of our locked in interest rate, so we are very thankful for that.

Our journey with Lennar was a bitter sweet one. Our first visit to a Lennar office was met with a very rude and unprofessional agent who was very excited to sell to us and when he saw our DOB on our IDs quickly returned them and told us there was no home available and will be none anytime soon. We left and returned some other time with our agent to be greeted and welcome by an absolutely amazing Lennar agent, Ty. I am definitely encouraging my friends and family to go for Lennar only because of thier quality work/products/materials. The down side of Lennar builder is that you won't get the house whatever they have intial clousing date. Keep in mind the date will be revised 2-3 times and you will have to wait one-two months more.

Poor quality materials and finishes. Bad walkthrough experience, orientation was made over the phone! Dead trees handed over, you can see many of them dead in the community!

Our home is beautiful and the construction manager (Amanda) is very informative & helpful. But the sale agent, she was a little bit rude & not really care to give a good information when I first time visit model home. My another complaint is the drive way & side walk got cracks & damage not look really good. I have to fix my own. Overalls, we love the house, especially the kitchen.

The Builder is not Acceptible.

I would say to prospective homebuyers, Run! Do not stop in the office go as fast as you can to a better, reliable, more professional builder that will use quality products and stand behind their workmanship! I owned my house for a month and is already showing signs of decay that are not covered by the so-called warranty.

The Lennar work family ate very nice. As for as my home. I not to happy on how they respond to issues. I prefer phone call instead of emails if I have a service request. My kitchen light is hanging down, my bathroom plug doesn't work, and water stands in my yard for days after it rains cause I don't have a good run off system. I'm having this issue after month of moving in. They are great people but I'm not too impressed by the quality of my home.

While construction was delayed 15 days, the end result was sloppy work. Water bottles were found under our sod, detail paint was not completed. Lawn grading below par. Little attention to detail all around home, inside and out.

For poor service and attention to details from Lennar lender. Made several mistake and miscommunications throughout throughout the process. Myself who is in the financial industry and worked as a Mortgage specialist found this process to be very difficult with horrible communication. After closing we arrive back to the home to find the contractors from next door tracking mud in the home eating. They had finger prints on the wall and etc. when I contacted the builder they stated “Lennar never marked the house as sold”. So the contractors were hanging out listening to music during there ...

They were working on my house the last day before I closed. Some things are still not done. The landscaping is shoddy but the structure and interior are really nice. I’d recommend but expect a wild ride.

I have been in my home almost 12 weeks and I’m still waiting on some things to be finished. I do understand that supply and labor shortages may have impacted it but it’s been a long wait and I’m ready for my home to be completed. Other homes under construction have been getting supplies so why has it taken so long to get mine? Overall I’m happy with my home but that has been frustrating.

From two weeks after signing the purchase agreement, you can see the disorganization. The sales consultant was disorganized, inattentive, and unprofessional. Communication between loan officer, title company and sales consultant is non existent. No one knew when anything was happening until I told them. Upon completing the walkthrough we saw how messy and dirty Lennar kept everything. Trash everywhere. What can I say….for it being my first time buying a house, this was the worse experience ever. If I buy another home, later on, I’ll make sure it isn’t with Lennar. Try contacting them and seeing the status on everything….no response. Oh, by the way, you need 13k tomorrow for the closing. They moved the closing a week early and expect you to have the closing cost for the next day at 4 pm the day before—worse communication between buyer and seller. House has had so many issues that when you put in a work order request, they want you to sign that it’s been fixed even if it hasn’t even been ...

We had a very bad experience with our sales agent. No transparency. He was just trying to misfeed the information and push us through closing. We had to push the closing three time just because the home was not ready. Our sales agent thought it was ready for him to close all the three times. I had to fight to push the closing.
