Quality of workmanship is poor. Value is low compared the price paid. The paint quality is poor. Warranty team responds to issues raised but would not fix everything.

Exhaust fan in the laundry room fell out of the ceiling- no bolts holding it in place. Same with light in bathroom.

Closing was a nightmare. The first closing appointment was cancelled without notification. I was at the second appointment from 12:00 to 8:15 PM. All I heard that day was "we're waiting on paperwork. Then the house keys were not available and they weren't sure where they were so I was unable to go to the house that day as planned. I had to go to the model home the next day to get the keys.

A lot of things are not in good shape when closing home. Staff members push you to close a new home, with a lot of things are missing or unfinished. Home was finished with low quality.

The craftsmanship put into our brand new home is absolutely atrocious and frankly, I am appalled. From the sales staff to the construction manager and everyone in between, it has been an awful experience. Corners were cut while finishing our brand new home and it looks terrible. I want Lennar held responsible for hiring a dependable high quality finish carpentry company to come and fix the embarrassingly low quality, garbage level of work we are forced to live with and pay for. This is unacceptable and when expressing my frustrations to our Lennar warranty rep. we are left feeling like the ...

Our sales associate Tanna is always excellent. She’s very helpful and responsive. Jody also did a great job. Jody helped us with the loan and was very friendly… And responsive. We had a great experience… We would recommend to others.

Not my first Lennar home but will be the last. Home not complete on Closing Day and home has very shoddy workmanship and does not have finishes stated when signing contract. In this very tight market I believe I was taken advantage of and now it’s time to handle. Beware!

Communication fell off a cliff after purchase of home and could not contact team unless I physically drove out there. Deadlines were continuously missed and since moving in there have been many things falling apart that should not be. Trim is falling off, there are cracks EVERYWHERE in the drywall, we are still missing pieces to our home, our dishwasher broke the first time we used it and weve been told it will be months before it can be fixed. We moved into a new home to minimize issues with repair but every weekend we are fixing something that is broken. The only thing that makes this house ...

It is what it is, but the build quality is barely good. The walk through I had some issues that were not addressed. It's a cheap tract home I get it, My concerns were only cosmetic, but you can tell the GC doesn't look after the workers and it shows.

Our overall experience was very fast as bought a house that was already in progress. The Lennar office staff was terrific and extremely helpful in the buying process. Our whole experience with closing was very smooth. The only blip we experienced was not having some preclosing requirements met and difficulty getting those completed after closing. Some was supply chain issue which is understandable. Others, we are still waiting on a few things. Patience has been key, but overall we would use Lennar again. Our home is beautiful.

When we were first shown our Lennar home, we were very eager and excited about the home and the neighborhood. We signed our contract in October and we’re told our closing date would be December. I understand that there are supply chain issues and other things out of Lennar’s hands that caused a delay in building, but we did not close on our house until the end of April. Lennar’s communication (or lack there of) with us and our real estate agent was absolutely terrible. We were given 5 different closing dates, yet did not find out until the week of, that our closing date had been pushed with ...

This home was not built for me. I ended up buying this house but shared the issues with the home. The simplest issues where fixed partially. They caulked and painted the split door frame. When they painted they closed the doors so when I opened them the paint came off the doors. The cleaning crew was horrible. There are paint specs all over the quartz. The bathrooms and shelves are covered with paint and saw dust. The joint compound for the drywall on my ceiling has bubbled up. These are the things they need to fix and haven’t. Construction manager office is in front of me and when he sees ...

I bought inventory home from hills of crown ridge, until sales and contract signing I have no issues, but walkthrough and finishing the issues reported will not be honored and builder just say he fixed everything.. due to the market craziness we have to accept everything, even after closing if any issues are reported they will not fix them, customer service is so pathetic
