After sale Cx service is great and team is helpful however home is poorly built. There is no quality assurance audit before closing it seems. Too many issues- gaps in roof siding, cooktop don’t work, doors don’t seal, window frame broken, secondary water heater unit doesn’t work, sprinkler system has leaky water hose, walls are not straight, no electric outlets in laundry room for iron or vacuum cleaner. Seems like someone walked on Insulation in attic- compressed. Also, we had a water leak from furnace drip pan before we moved in- water puddle on attic floor. 10 inch Metal rod is sticking out in lawn and much more. Home closing was delayed by several months. Overall bad buying experience, poor customer service skills by construction manager. Good part- Terri from after sale warranty team is helping and has great CX service skills. Thank you Terri! ... Since we closed we had major plumbing issues and our dishwasher broke the other day. We have lived here for 1 month. I don’t t trust Lennar workmanship at all after hearing neighbors issues and online reviews on Lennar homes. I have anxiety living in a Lennar home due to poor warranty time frames and craftsmanship on the home. The price was ok I don’t think this home was worth $265,000 but we had to move so we took it. I do love the elementary school and amenities. It’s a beautiful neighborhood I’m just very confused on how small the streets are. It’s made for one vehicle at a time if someone is parked on the street. I don’t trust any issues regardless of warranty being fixed the correct way. I also had a horrible experience with Justin as my loan officer to finance the house. He was not doing his job at all. Justin dropped the ball too many times. I hope they build the second pool near Timber Point Dr. So we can use it. This community is too big for just one pool at the community center. Again, my anxiety is high closing on a NEW Lennar home because of the issues that were a problem prior to closing and now since we closed the issues we have experienced. ... More

Three words. L. O. L.

I have been in my home almost 12 weeks and I’m still waiting on some things to be finished. I do understand that supply and labor shortages may have impacted it but it’s been a long wait and I’m ready for my home to be completed. Other homes under construction have been getting supplies so why has it taken so long to get mine? Overall I’m happy with my home but that has been frustrating.

We had a very bad experience with our sales agent. No transparency. He was just trying to misfeed the information and push us through closing. We had to push the closing three time just because the home was not ready. Our sales agent thought it was ready for him to close all the three times. I had to fight to push the closing. All I was requesting was to give me a home that's complete by the time we close. It was very stressful to deal with our sales agent since the signing of the contract. He made our first home buying experience a nightmare. Our Lennar loan officer was really good. We feel like the workmanship and quality of the materials used is low for the price we paid. The quality of the interior doors is very poor. Cabinets are good. The kitchen sink in all the floor plans is small. I had to remove of shower drain cap to clean construction insulation foam. The time for addressing the pending items is very long. It has been more than 2 months since we closed and our pending items are still not addressed. ... More

The sales agent, the young one was rude and didn’t care at all to explain or show the homes since “the homes are selling themselves “. I walked through a home and was told the home would look exactly like it. Lennar changed out products to cheaper items with no update to the buyer and said oh well deal with or we will let you out your contract. My appliances were not in my home for the walkthrough liked I was informed. Afterwards there were several items pointed out to be repaired/fix during the initial walk through. Those items were not fixed and I was pressured to close without them being fixed. Closing was a nightmare. I was given an appointment time, and that came and went. Closing took over 4 hours. I would not recommend currently or in the future. I will be buying another home and if I see Lennar I will run not walk away quickly. ... More

I bought inventory home from hills of crown ridge, until sales and contract signing I have no issues, but walkthrough and finishing the issues reported will not be honored and builder just say he fixed everything.. due to the market craziness we have to accept everything, even after closing if any issues are reported they will not fix them, customer service is so pathetic

Pros : The home was delivered on time. Con : 1. Quality of cabinets used were basic 2. Overall workmanship was below par

I moved in for almost 2 months and still waiting to finish up some work. Don't know if they will do it.

My appliances are cheap, there is no outside vent for the microwave, No garage opener, I have to lift the door myself. No patio of any kind. calking and pain could have been a little better, a tthe end, I just couldn't split hairs anymore. Just not what I expected for a brand new home,

When we got the house it was not the same model and the restrooms were different. The material that they use for the shower is a waterproof Sheetrock and they glue a piece of Sheetrock to put shampoo on it and it did not stay that long , it fell the second time we used the shower and that happened to both restrooms.

The home was cheaply built

Lennar advertise that you get a smart home. Well the only smart technology I have is what I had to buy myself. House came with no door bell, no garage door opener, no peep hole in the door, very cheap appliances. You will also need to buy shower rods are have shower door installed at your expense. If you want the sprinkler system to be a smart device you will have to purchase the wireless device yourself as well. Even though they advertise there homes are smart homes that is not true. To me don't advertise something if it's not true

I passed on the first request to do a survey. I am tired of waiting for the drain to be put in. I am the one hounding your person because she does not get back in a timely manner. I NEED TERRI TO GET THE JOB DONE. ITS BEEN MONTHS. I AM TIRED OF EXCUSES.

Construction supervisor was impertinent and rude; workers without necessary skills were pulled from other crews to complete work - which was then poorly done. Replacements/substitutions made due to supply chain issues were NOT even close to "equal to or better than the model", as promised.

So many things don’t work or break so quickly. I’ve been waiting forever to get my front door fixed because I can’t unlock it so I can’t even open my front door. It’s ridiculous.

Reasonable, but expect delays in the response time on warranty repairs

Make certain everything is done right before you sign off with the quality assurance person. Once you sign that and then you close, you have warranty to deal with. Warranty has been horrible to deal with. They can only complete one item at a time. I wish my Home buying experience would have been better.

I feel like the builders rushed through the process and no one actually walked thru the home to verify the work was done properly. I had so many problems with this home after moving into it . Things are finally in an ok place , but now there is already cosmetic issues on the exterior. It’s only been 3 months since I moved in and repair needs to be done to that

Please do your do due diligence to make sure grading is up to par still having issues
