Had a good experience generally. only big disappointment was on the 1st and 2nd viewing of the property before purchase. The lady treated us really badly. We still remember this.

Our house got pushed back multiple times with little to no transparency, leaving us in a bind with living arrangements. We continuously asked our representative to be upfront and honest about our buyers experiences and situations but he continuously told us “it varies from house to house” rather than being transparent. We’ve ran into a couple issues after living in the house which has taken months to be resolved and required us to continuously reach out to multiple people and parties for solutions. Lennar did an adequate job. The home is good all-in-all but there are definite things that need improving. The attention to detail is definitely lacking with the workmanship and the employees were not always the friendliest. If you’re looking for a pretty good house for a pretty good price, then you’ll get it, but don’t expect anything amazing from the product or the people.

Closed on time, got what I was shown, have had 0 issues for the first 4 months. It’s corporate home buying so all the pressure is put right on the lowest workers. They were all amazing and friendly and always helped within a day of any requests. No complaints here.

It’s a well known fact that the pandemic has resulted in major delays due to limited supply - why Lennar doesn’t buffer their dates to be realistic and strings you on week by week is beyond me. In addition - City inspections failed due to obvious issues that a supervisor would have noted if they had actually checked. Lennar has turned into a “Reactive”builder and is no longer proactive about getting their homes done right.

Mortgage process was more painful that an inquisition. Materials and workmanship is pretty cheap. House wasn't cleaned before handed over to me and it has way too many repairs that need to be done, the more toy look, the more you find. Won't recommend Lennar not even to my worst enemy.

Lennar advertise that you get a smart home. Well the only smart technology I have is what I had to buy myself. House came with no door bell, no garage door opener, no peep hole in the door, very cheap appliances. You will also need to buy shower rods are have shower door installed at your expense. If you want the sprinkler system to be a smart device you will have to purchase the wireless device yourself as well. Even though they advertise there homes are smart homes that is not true. To me don't advertise something if it's not true

I passed on the first request to do a survey. I am tired of waiting for the drain to be put in. I am the one hounding your person because she does not get back in a timely manner. I NEED TERRI TO GET THE JOB DONE. ITS BEEN MONTHS. I AM TIRED OF EXCUSES.

Seller wasn't the most responsive, has an attitude and seem like there was no accountability within the system when reported to higher ups. Closing moved 5 times, family stayed in an extended stay for 2months. Home orientation scheduled while home was not completed yet and then threatened for not completing orientation on an incomplete building. Displeasure about the whole process

Can’t believe lennar built houses like this very low quality, nothing is trusted if works for a year properly! The construction work is worth nothing very careless ppl working on these houses!! I just realized whatever they told me about my house quality was lie from the first person until last person I met!! It’s very sad! I had my inspector th at inspected my house and found lots of failures but no one from lennar stepped on to fix!!

We love our new home. It is built well and so far have only had drainage issues due to the new sod. Hopefully this gets better. We love our neighborhood and love the design of the home. Lending was quite easy with Lennar. The only problems we had was after we put in our application for purchase the communication almost stopped and processes were not explained to us at all. The lending was all done on line and it was hard to get somebody to call and explain next steps. We were just kind of standing around wondering if we were approved, should we pack, what do we do.
