I am local to the home office, but was forced to close via remote video. Therefore no one was face to face to hand me the keys to my home. I asked how this would be handled and was assured they would have my keys at the neighborhood model home. I reached out to them after closing and was assured someone would be at the model home to provide me my keys that afternoon until 630PM, I drove the 45 minutes to the model home and no one was there. This started the lies and misinformation for the next 72 hours. I was told multiple stories about what the issue was. Finally they admitted they had lost the keys, when I asked for a solution I was met with contempt and lack of empathy. It took them 72 hours to finally change the locks and provide me with keys to my home. However they also lost my mailbox keys, since they were with the original set of keys. This took two weeks to resolve and only after they had miraculously found the lost keys. When I asked for compensation for time spent locked out of my home I was met with ire and treated as if I was in the wrong. I still have never been made whole and essentially tossed aside. This seems to be an issue with Lennar as the same thing happened in 2018 when I bought a different house they had misplaced the keys however at that time the sales rep was on top of it and we had the keys within a few hours. Transition was great. The staff was very helpful and professional. Craftsmanship is ok, but I do love the design.

My new home was built on schedule.The lenar team is very helpful. Deborah and Danny succeeded in getting me through this purchase. The total company was very easy to work with

Everything worked out Great except for the Funding .. Loan dept did NOT let Me know 24 to 48 hrs on the dollar amount needed to fund the loan and it was done at the very last minute to where We had to wait tillm the following day to move in....Did Not get keys until the following day... If this would of been done sooner Everything would have been a Great experience....

For the price and the ease (although buying a house is never easy), Lennar was worth it. Our home in Shaded Tree is beautiful, but definitely has things that will need to be remodeled down the line for higher quality. Their employees are all helpful and attentive, but the tedium of going through a big company can be a headache in its own right. Overall a good experience. Our realtor helped a lot too. I would suggest having one even going for a new build.

Overall horrible experience from start to finish....and I ended up going with another builder!!!!

Everything felt very disorganized, starting with the salesperson, who was unprofessional. I always had to be the one to reach out, and even then, calls often went unanswered, or I had to leave several messages before getting a response. Another issue is that I had already paid the deposit on the closing day, yet they forgot to transfer the money to the home insurance company. I only found out when I received a cancellation notice from the insurance, and I had to keep contacting them repeatedly to push them to resolve it. Some challenges dealing with communicating with the financial group.

Riley was outstanding, he was very professional, he kept me updated every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and made the process easy. This was a great experience for me

Communication through the whole home buying process was not great. I still have emails with questions that were never responded to. The homes are nice and lot sizes are decent. Main issue we had was finding out all the things that didn’t come with the house at the final walk through. During the initial walkthrough the house was still in the finishing stages of being built and we were told specifically that the only things not included in the new build were a washer and drier and blinds. Which we were understanding of. Then on the final walk through we found out the house wasn’t going to come with a garage door opener or gutters. The situation felt sort of petty and deceiving. We asked if there was anything they could help with which resulted in nothing. Worth noting that the in house loan process was fairly easy. All in all If looking to buy in this neighborhood make sure you ask a lot of questions and understand exactly what you are getting into. ... More

I’ve bought 2 homes this year and would like more. I bought my 1st Lennar home Jan in Sherman, TX and my 2nd in Greenville, TX. It’s the easiest 2 purchases I’ve ever made. Value, Quality and everyone I’ve met at Lennar has been great. Thanks and I’ll be seeing y’all soon.

Amazing builder and smooth buying process

The agent that sold me the home was great. Every one involved was great. The issues I have had with the house are things like no towel racks in bathrooms, no faucet out back, no knobs or pulls on cabinet drawers and doors, no doorbell and the yard is very uneven. I realize the sod is new but I had new sod in my last home but it was flat. I am 78 with walking issues and have has a couple falls just walking outside.

We are happy with our new house. The process was very good and fast.

Even after 3rd party inspection they said fixed AC but they cheated, very first day ac stoped working I had to stay with our AC for 5 days, now it's Gas leak from stove even though it's in warranty they don't take responsibility and making us wait 10 days without cooking. Floors are uneven , every bad workmanship, they dnt fix issue.

Promises were not kept. Loan process was great. Walk through not so great.

Sales in this area are terrible - if you are looking go to Anna or McKinney as they have responsive sales people, not here. After closing when I took possession I arrived to find my house unlocked, the door scraped and a stain on the carpet. I contacted my salesperson and she replied "ok". Items I was assured were completed indeed were not. I could continue but you get the picture. The closing experience was great! My loam officer was incredible and made it easy.

Not impressed with the quality and workmanship

I'm so thankful with lennar, thanks to them I have my new home, they were always helpful so this make the process easy

Team at Lennar will not even resolve issues that were pointed out before closing. Their VP told us to take it or leave it as they are not going to repair the fixes we pointed out. I've had a great experience with Lennar from beginning to end. My salesman was great, making himself available to answer any all questions. Requested an early closing for school and I was accommodated. My inspection went seamlessly with no major issues, and still no major issues to this date.

Quick process, Good help from Luiz, it was a good experience.

This is my 2nd home bought from Lennar. They made my dream come through. I’m loving my new home.
