Unpleasant experience overall. Felt very rushed and like all Lennar staff was too busy to take a second and explain the home buying process to me. Lots of unanswered questions and just neglect as a customer in general. Maintenance warranty requests take a while. Ronaldo is someone who stands out as he was extremely condescending and unhelpful.

Lennar does not care about new home owners after the exact day of closure.

The actual buying experience initially was very smooth, however since closing escrow and moving end to the community I am less than pleased with certain things. 1. - HOA covenants was not provided to me prior to signing purchase agreement nor was it provided to me at the close of escrow. Not being provided a copy and then receiving a violation letter for information that I was unaware is a little off kilter. (not happy) 2. I have followed 3 separate instructions for the homeowner request for community pool key and still have not received key or further communication from Legacy HOA as to the status of my request. (left VM, no response, 2nd call, was advised to request pool key via email, received pool request form via email response, filled out and physically mailed request to main office in Frisco, TX per instructions and still haven't received key) 3. No appropriate storage within house/rooms 4. No lighting in closets 5. Garage interior unfinished 6. Driveway stained; sidewalks along street and within community are already severely cracked and are in need of repair for the safety of the residents in the community 7. No transparency. If I didn't ask questions for the purpose of homeowner information, nothing was provided 8. Grass was dug up by ATT; left it a mess and dead grass but there was no prior notification or approval from homeowners that this was happening or going to happen and no explanation as to why. The issues were addressed promptly and rectified. The loan process was straightforward. I recommend Lennar.

Lennar has a great team that supports, helps and guide first time buyers!

Zack is awesome! He has great follow through and truly cares about the way he treats us.

Lennar builders don’t tell you the entire truth regarding warranty and how nothing falls under the warranty. Smoke screen of things you will receive half of the extra amenities pool etc aren’t even built because they’re so busy constantly building houses!

I had a decent experience.

We had a very long drawn out purchasing experience through the loan application, both the FHA and Lennar’s conventional loan people. They were very impatient when they wanted information but otherwise slow in keeping us informed as to what was happening. They asked for information that was none of their business and eventually told me that if I did not give them the information that the loan would not be approved. This process took weeks. I went to a bank and got an approval with 4 days. After move in, I (a former builder) found that there were house framing studs missing in places where it was apparently inconvenient. ... More

Not transparent with loan costs and unfair treatment. No response to the feedback

The sales rep has inaccurate information and the closing process was a hassle. They claimed the home would be locked but let someone come in and track the carpets and damage the floor. Also, didn’t get the keys during closing.

The process of buying the home was a mess.

First off the buying process step by step was good. As far as the quality material of the homes wasn’t great. A lot of the items can be damaged and If carefully found during walk through it will not be covered under warranty after closing. Tree’s that was planted were not deep enough and was knocked down on a windy day also not covered warranty after closing as well. We had to dig the hole deeper and re planted ourselves. It feels like the home was built/installed in a rush.

Every aspect of the home purchase journey was over the top. I would recommend Lennar to all my friends and family.

Thr service was very good. Issues were resolved and we were happy with it. Dominique is always trying to do his best and found way to help the homeowner!

The only trouble I had was with the technology and computer experience. Sorry it was difficult for someone who did not grow up on computers.

The home buying process was smooth and well-organized. My agent, Michael was knowledgeable, responsive, and guided me every step of the way. From getting pre-approved to closing day, everything went as planned. Since closing, any issues we've encountered have been promptly addressed by Lennar, and they've been helpful in getting things resolved. My family and I are so happy with our new home!

Brandy was great to work with. I was looking at a Horton home. And figured out the Horton home was going to be over 40,000 more I’ve done about $10,000 worth of upgrades but wouldn’t trade my house for the Horton house and also I love the development the pool area and play area which I don’t know is I’ll use much is absolutely gorgeous. You won’t be disappointed moving here.

It's ok, and they could have given bigger incentives.

Everyone was wonderful except the mortgage side. No communication blamed me for all the problems asked repeatedly for items they already had rude to me my gpa my attorney horrible stressful experience with the mortgage company

The home I got it’s not the same as model house! So many details they are not finished. The builder used the cheap materials. For the 2210sqf I paid 471.۰۰۰in my Neighbourhood paying a lot less!

It was great experience and overall process is more advanced and automated so it is pretty smooth. Thanks Lennar !!!
